1英语写作教学分析显示文摘一、方法和框架 英语写作教学的重要性是外语教学界公认的,因为“写”是四个基本语言技能之一,而且随着学习者水平的提高,“写”的技能愈趋重要。写作教学之难,似乎也是外语教学界公认的; 教师批改作文难,学生的写作进步难。笔者带着这个问题,收集了几十篇学生作文,在英国进修时对此进行了探讨。有些新的想法,愿与同行交流,以得赐教。 所用素材共22篇作文,其中9篇为北外英语系学生的原文,6篇(标为A、B、C、D、E、F、)是一年级学生的,3篇(标为G、H、I)是二年级学生的,其余13篇是英国人和在英留学的中国学生对9篇作文的修改稿(标为A.Reformulation……等)。所统计的原文错误是按英国人修改稿上所作的一切改动,包括标点、拼法选词、句子结构、分段等。程静英 1994外语教学与研究1994,26,2:140

440-Year(1978–2017) human settlement changes in China reflected by impervious surfaces from satellite remote sensing显示文摘Impervious surfaces are the most significant feature of human settlements. Timely, accurate, and frequent information on impervious surfaces is critical in both social-economic and natural environment applications. Over the past 40 years, impervious surface areas in China have grown rapidly. However,annual maps of impervious areas in China with high spatial details do not exist during this period. In this paper, we made use of reliable impervious surface mapping algorithms that we published before and the Google Earth Engine(GEE) platform to address this data gap. With available data in GEE, we were able to map impervious surfaces over the entire country circa 1978, and during 1985–2017 at an annual frequency. The 1978 data were at 60-m resolution, while the 1985–2017 data were in 30-m resolution.For the 30-m resolution data, we evaluated the accuracies for 1985, 1990, 1995, 2000, 2005, 2010, and2015. Overall accuracies reached more than 90%. Our results indicate that the growth of impervious surface in China was not only fast but also considerably exceeding the per capita impervious surface area in developed countries like Japan. The 40-year continuous and consistent impervious surface distribution data in China would generate widespread interests in the research and policy-making community. 7中国区域物流业与经济发展协调度研究--基于复合系统模型与30个省区面板数据显示文摘采用复合系统模型计算了全国30个省(区)物流业子系统与经济子系统的有序度,在此基础上得出了全国与东、中、西3个地区各子系统有序度和复合系统协调度,并进一步分析了经济最发达的4个区域的协调度在研究时段内的变化情况。结果显示对物流业子系统贡献最大的序参量是周转量,受各个地方政府2005年加大物流业投入影响,物流业固定资产投资对物流业子系统贡献也明显上升。对经济子系统而言,城镇与农村居民恩格尔系数与人均工资先后对经济子系统贡献最大。总体上,东、中、西3个地区协调度呈上升趋势。张毅 陈圻 2010软科学2010,24,12:68

10广东省初婚夫妇不孕症发病率现状调查显示文摘目的 了解广东省初婚育龄夫妇不孕症(infertility)的发病率现状及生活职业环境的影响因素。方法 运用分层整群抽样法、利用全省计划生育服务网络等,以自然人群抽样代表性的195 95个已婚育龄家庭为研究对象,采用问卷调查,对广东省目前育龄夫妇不孕症的发生情况进行横断面调查,同时对其有关的流行因素进行分析。采用EpiData软件建立数据库,采用两次录入法录入全部数据,用SPSS 10 0统计软件进行统计学分析。结果 广东省不孕症的发生率为14 7% ;各地市间存在差异,珠三角地区较高,粤北地区较低。调查结果显示,不孕症的发生情况与地域分布、结婚年龄、职业状况等相关。结论 广东省初婚育龄夫妇不孕症的发生率为14 7% ,有必要对影响不孕症发生的相关因素进一步研究,以便找到降低不孕症发生的方法和途径。唐立新 王奇玲 文任乾 艾玲保 黄健初 马春杰 钟兴明 2005中国预防医学杂志2005,6,2:54
11The State of the Art of Data Science and Engineering in Structural Health Monitoring显示文摘Structural health monitoring (SHM) is a multi-discipline field that involves the automatic sensing of structural loads and response by means of a large number of sensors and instruments, followed by a diagnosis of the structural health based on the collected data. Because an SHM system implemented into a structure automatically senses, evaluates, and warns about structural conditions in real time, massive data are a significant feature of SHM. The techniques related to massive data are referred to as data science and engineering, and include acquisition techniques, transition techniques, management techniques, and processing and mining algorithms for massive data. This paper provides a brief review of the state of the art of data science and engineering in SHM as investigated by these authors, and covers the compressive sampling-based data-acquisition algorithm, the anomaly data diagnosis approach using a deep learning algorithm, crack identification approaches using computer vision techniques, and condition assessment approaches for bridges using machine learning algorithms. 12A three-dimensional variational ocean data assimilation system:Scheme and preliminary results显示文摘A new 3DVAR-based Ocean Variational Analysis System (OVALS) is developed. OVALS is capable of assimilating in situ sea water temperature and salinity observations and satellite altimetry data. As a component of OVALS, a new variational scheme is proposed to assimilate the sea surface height data. This scheme considers both the vertical correlation of background errors and the nonlinear temperature-salinity relationship which is derived from the generalization of the linear balance constraints to the nonlinear in the 3DVAR. By this scheme, the model temperature and salinity fields are directly adjusted from the altimetry data. Additionally, OVALS can assimilate the temperature and salinity profiles from the ARGO floats which have been implemented in recent years and some temperature and salinity data such as from expendable bathythermograph, moored ocean buoys, etc. A 21-year assimilation experiment is carried out by using OVALS and the Tropical Pacific circulation model. The results show that the assimilation system may effectively improve the estimations of temperature and salinity by assimilating all kinds of observations. 13Analysis of long non-coding RNA expression profiles in gastric cancer显示文摘AIM: To investigate the expression patterns of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) in gastric cancer. METHODS: Two publicly available human exon arrays for gastric cancer and data for the corresponding normal tissue were downloaded from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO). We re-annotated the probes of the human exon arrays and retained the probes uniquely mapping to lncRNAs at the gene level. LncRNA expression profiles were generated by using robust multi-array average method in affymetrix power tools. The normalized data were then analyzed with a Bioconductor package linear models for microarray data and genes with adjusted P -values below 0.01 were considered differentially expressed. An independent data set was used to validate the results. RESULTS: With the computational pipeline established to re-annotate over 6.5 million probes of the Affymetrix Human Exon 1.0 ST array, we identified 136053 probes uniquely mapping to lncRNAs at the gene level. These probes correspond to 9294 lncRNAs, covering nearly 76% of the GENCODE lncRNA data set. By analyzing GSE27342 consisting of 80 paired gastric cancer and normal adjacent tissue samples, we identified 88 lncRNAs that were differentially expressed in gastric cancer, some of which have been reported to play a role in cancer, such as LINC00152, taurine upregulated 1, urothelial cancer associated 1, Pvt1 oncogene, small nucleolar RNA host gene 1 and LINC00261. In the validation data set GSE33335, 59% of these differentially expressed lncRNAs showed significant expression changes (adjusted P -value < 0.01) with the same direction. 17Convolutional neural networks for time series classification显示文摘Time series classification is an important task in time series data mining, and has attracted great interests and tremendous efforts during last decades. However, it remains a challenging problem due to the nature of time series data: high dimensionality,large in data size and updating continuously. The deep learning techniques are explored to improve the performance of traditional feature-based approaches. Specifically, a novel convolutional neural network(CNN) framework is proposed for time series classification. Different from other feature-based classification approaches,CNN can discover and extract the suitable internal structure to generate deep features of the input time series automatically by using convolution and pooling operations. Two groups of experiments are conducted on simulated data sets and eight groups of experiments are conducted on real-world data sets from different application domains. 18应用RAPD标记技术探讨枣与酸枣的分类学关系显示文摘Genetic relationships between Ziziphus jujuba and Ziziphus spinosa populations were studied using RAPD data in population genetics. 275 loci were gained among which 249 loci were polymorphic by 22 primers. The polymorphic loci percentage was 89% among Z.spinosa population while that of Z.jujuba population was 56%. 31 specific RAPD markers were detected on 3 Z.jujuba varieties and 15 Z.spinosa forms. Cluster analysis showed: when λ=12, the forms tested were divided into 2 groups. One included Z. jujuba cv. Zanhuangdazao, Yudichuangan, Yuanshichuangan, Xiaochuangan, Qiantai No.1, Luzhuangchuangan; the other included Z. jujuba cv. Zilingdan and 26 Z. spinosa forms. 19Rapid Identification of Rice Samples Using an Electronic Nose显示文摘Four rice samples of long grain type were tested using an electronic nose (Cyranose-320).Samples of 5 g of each variety ofrice were placed individually in vials and were analyzed with the electronic nose unit consisting of 32 polymer sensors.TheCyranose-320 was able to differentiate between varieties of rice.The chemical composition of the rice odors for differentiatingrice samples needs to be investigated.The optimum parameter settings should be considered during the Cyranose-320 trainingprocess especially for multiple samples,which are helpful for obtaining an accurate training model to improve identificationcapability.Further,it is necessary to investigate the E-nose sensor selection for obtaining better classification accuracy.A re-duced number of sensors could potentially shorten the data processing time,and could be used to establish an application pro-cedure and reduce the cost for a specific electronic nose.Further research is needed for developing analytical procedures thatadapt the Cyranose-320 as a tool for testing rice quality.John Westbrook W.C.Hoffmann R.E.Lacey 2009Journal of Bionic Engineering2009,6,3:28
