| 1 | The global image of the Moon obtained by the Chang'E-1:Data processing and lunar cartography显示文摘The global lunar image of the first phase of Chinese Lunar Exploration Program is the first image that covered all over the surface of the Moon. It will serve as a critical foundation for succeeding exploration and scientific research. In this paper, the acquisition, characteristics, and data quality of Chang'E-1 CCD image data are described in detail. Also described are the methodology and procedure of data processing. According to rule of planetary cartography, the image data have been processed, geometrically corrected, and then mosaicked and merged in a scale of 1:2.5 million. The results of data processing and charting show that the image data of Chang'E-1 CCD and their geometric precision meet the demand of charting a map in the scale of 1:2.5 million. The relative geometric positioning precision of the global image is better than 240 m, and the absolute geometric positioning precision is slightly better than that of the ULCN2005 and Clementine lunar basemap (V2.0). The plane positioning precision is approximately 100-1500 m. Only recently, with the rapid development of information technologies and the increasing accumulation of data, human beings can learn more about the unknown world with data-driven methods. Given data timeliness, there is a growing awareness of the importance of real-time data. There are two categories of technologies accounting for data processing: batching big data and streaming processing, which have not been integrated well. Thus,we propose an innovative incremental processing technology named after Stream Cube to process both big data and stream data. Also, we implement a real-time intelligent data processing system, which is based on real-time acquisition, real-time processing, real-time analysis, and real-time decision-making. The real-time intelligent data processing technology system is equipped with a batching big data platform, data analysis tools, and machine learning models. | 6 | The Tibetan Plateau Surface–Atmosphere Coupling System and Its Weather and Climate Effects: The Third Tibetan Plateau Atmospheric Science Experiment显示文摘The Tibetan Plateau(TP) is a key area affecting forecasts of weather and climate in China and occurrences of extreme weather and climate events over the world. The China Meteorological Administration, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences jointly initiated the Third Tibetan Plateau Atmospheric Science Experiment(TIPEX-Ⅲ) in 2013, with an 8–10-yr implementation plan. Since its preliminary field measurements conducted in 2013, routine automatic sounding systems have been deployed at Shiquanhe, Gaize, and Shenzha stations in western TP, where no routine sounding observations were available previously. The observational networks for soil temperature and soil moisture in the central and western TP have also been established. Meanwhile, the plateau-scale and regional-scale boundary layer observations, cloud–precipitation microphysical observations with multiple radars and aircraft campaigns, and tropospheric–stratospheric air composition observations at multiple sites, were performed. The results so far show that the turbulent heat exchange coefficient and sensible heat flux are remarkably lower than the earlier estimations at grassland, meadow, and bare soil surfaces of the central and western TP. Climatologically, cumulus clouds over the main body of the TP might develop locally instead of originating from the cumulus clouds that propagate northward from South Asia. The TIPEX-Ⅲ observations up to now also reveal diurnal variations, macro-and microphysical characteristics, and water-phase transition mechanisms, of cumulus clouds at Naqu station. Moreover, TIPEX-Ⅲ related studies have proposed a maintenance mechanism responsible for the Asian 'atmospheric water tower' and demonstrated the effects of the TP heating anomalies on African, Asian, and North American climates. Additionally, numerical modeling studies show that the Γ distribution of raindrop size is more suitable for depicting the TP raindrop characteristics compared to the M–P distribution, the overestimation of sensible heat flux can be reduced via modifying the heat transfer parameterization over the TP, and considering climatic signals in some key areas of the TP can improve the skill for rainfall forecast in the central and eastern parts of China. | 7 | Automatic extraction of imaging observation and assessment categories from breast magnetic resonance imaging reports with natural language processing显示文摘Background:Structured reports are not widely used and thus most reports exist in the form of free text.The process of data extraction by experts is time-consuming and error-prone,whereas data extraction by natural language processing (NLP) is a potential solution that could improve diagnosis efficiency and accuracy.The purpose of this study was to evaluate an NLP program that determines American College of Radiology Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System (BI-RADS) descriptors and final assessment categories from breast magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) reports.Methods:This cross-sectional study involved 2330 breast MRI reports in the electronic medical record from 2009 to 2017.We used 1635 reports for the creation of a revised BI-RADS MRI lexicon and synonyms lists as well as the iterative development of an NLP system.The remaining 695 reports that were not used for developing the system were used as an independent test set for the final evaluation of the NLP system.The recall and precision of an NLP algorithm to detect the revised BI-RADS MRI descriptors and BI-RADS categories from the free-text reports were evaluated against a standard reference of manual human review.Results:There was a high level of agreement between two manual reviewers,with a κ value of 0.95.For all breast imaging reports,the NLP algorithm demonstrated a recall of 78.5% and a precision of 86.1% for correct identification of the revised BI-RADS MRI descriptors and the BI-RADS categories.NLP generated the total results in <1 s,whereas the manual reviewers averaged 3.38 and 3.23 min per report,respectively.Conclusions:The NLP algorithm demonstrates high recall and precision for information extraction from free-text reports.This approach will help to narrow the gap between unstructured report text and structured data,which is needed in decision support and other applications. | Yi Liu Li-Na Zhu Qing Liu Chao Han Xiao-Dong Zhang Xiao-Ying Wang | 2019 | Chinese Medical Journal2019,,14: | 2 |

The performance of this technique is demonstrated with a Monte Carlo simulation of an experimental case where biased calibration coefficients are employed. The real calibration coefficients are restored with less than 1% relative accuracy when a sufficient number of π~0 is detected. METHODS We used data for 2100 subjects including X-ray images, pepsinogen Ⅰ and Ⅱ levels, PGⅠ/PGⅡ ratio, Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) antibody, H. pylori eradication history and interview sheets. We performed two-stage classification with our system. In the first stage, H. pylori infection status classification was performed, and H. pylori-infected subjects were automatically detected. In the second stage, we performed atrophic level classification to validate the effectiveness of our system.RESULTS Sensitivity, specificity and Youden index(YI) of H. pylori infection status classification were 0.884, 0.895 and 0.779, respectively, in the first stage. In the second stage, sensitivity, specificity and YI of atrophic level classification for H. pylori-infected subjects were 0.777, 0.824 and 0.601, respectively. The principle, function, development and application of the system composed of a total station and computer for monitoring and analyzing surrounding rock deformation were discussed. The new methods of two free station of 3D measurement and its mathematic adjustment mode were presented. The development of software for total station on-board and post for computer were also described. Without centering it and measuring its height, the total station controlled by the software on-board can fulfill the whole measurements to target points. Monitoring data can be processed by the post software and results of regression analysis, forecasting information of the tunnel surrounding rock deformation can be provided in time. The practical use shows that this system is practicable, highly accurate and efficient. | 16 | Training of Multi-layered Neural Network for Data Enlargement Processing Using an Activity Function显示文摘In this paper, we present a study on activity functions for an MLNN (multi-layered neural network) and propose a suitable activity function for data enlargement processing. We have carefully studied the training performance of Sigmoid, ReLu, Leaky-ReLu and L & exp. activity functions for few inputs to multiple output training patterns. Our MLNNs model has L hidden layers with two or three inputs to four or six outputs data variations by BP (backpropagation) NN (neural network) training. We focused on the multi teacher training signals to investigate and evaluate the training performance in MLNNs to select the best and good activity function for data enlargement and hence could be applicable for image and signal processing (synaptic divergence) along with the proposed methods with convolution networks. We specifically used four activity functions from which we found out that L & exp. activity function can suite DENN (data enlargement neural network) training since it could give the highest percentage training abilities compared to the other activity functions of Sigmoid, ReLu and Leaky-ReLu during simulation and training of data in the network.
