1初治涂阳肺结核病人DOTS及非DOTS干预的成本-效果分析显示文摘目的 评价初治涂阳肺结核病人DOTS及非DOTS干预的成本 -效果。方法 以初治涂阳肺结核病人用于药品、痰涂片、痰培养及X线检查四个部分的支出构成成本 ;干预的效果包括直接与间接效果两部分 :一是治愈病人而减少的DALY损失 ,二是降低传染而减少的DALY损失。结果 DOTS干预的病人以 4 5 7元即可挽救一个寿命年 ,而非DOTS干预的病人则需要 4 71 .3元才能挽救一个寿命年。结论 DOTS是费用 -效果佳的结核病控制策略。许群 金水高 张立兴 2000中国防痨杂志2000,22,2:34
2Synthesis, properties, and applications of graphene oxide/reduced graphene oxide and their nanocomposites显示文摘Thanks to their remarkable mechanical, electrical, thermal, and barrier properties, graphene-based nanocomposites have been a hot area of research in the past decade. Because of their simple top-down synthesis, graphene oxide (GO) and reduced graphene oxide (rGO) have opened new possibilities for gas barrier, membrane separation, and stimuli-response characteristics in nanocomposites. Herein, we review the synthesis techniques most commonly used to produce these graphene derivatives, discuss how synthesis affects their key material properties, and highlight some examples of nanocomposites with unique and impressive properties. We specifically highlight their performances in separation applications, stimuli-responsive materials, anti-corrosion coatings, and energy storage. Finally, we discuss the outlook and remaining challenges in the field of practical industrial-scale production and use of graphene-derivative-based polymer nanocomposites.Andrew T. 3现代结核病控制措施下结核病传染参数的研究显示文摘目的 探索现代结核病控制措施 (DOTS)下的结核病传染参数。方法 北京市顺义区自1978年开始对传染性肺结核病人采取现代结核病控制措施 (DOTS)。 1988年 7月全县开始停止新生儿卡介苗接种 ,并对儿童采取了一系列保护性预防措施。 1995年按照WHO和IUATLD推荐的国际标准结核菌素试验技术并采用国际标准PPD ,对 1988~ 1989年停止卡介苗接种的 12 84 9名 6~ 7岁小学一年级儿童进行PPD皮内试验。根据PPD试验反应硬结分布情况 ,以PPD反应硬结横径≥10mm为结核自然感染标准 ,然后 ,根据公式计算年结核感染率和传染参数。结果 顺义区结核自然感染率为 1.35 % ,推算年结核感染率为 0 .2 1%。与此同时 ,痰涂片阳性肺结核病人的年患病率为2 1.7 10万~ 39.1 10万 ,由此计算传染参数约为 6。结论 北京市顺义区的结核病传染参数约为 6 ,也就是 1名传染源每年平均传染 6名健康人 ,充分说明北京市顺义区所采取的现代结核病控制措施(DOTS)对控制结核病传染源、减少结核菌传播以及保护健康人群十分有效。何广学 2002中国防痨杂志2002,24,6:26
4北京农村全面监督短程化疗(DOTS)下初治涂阳肺结核病人五年转归的研究显示文摘目的 评价北京市农村 (1 0个远郊区县 )DOTS病人的 5年转归并分析导致复发和治疗失败的有关影响因素。方法 采用队列研究的方法 ,对北京市农村 1 995年新登记的全部初治涂阳肺结核病人的 5年转归进行分析评价。结果 1 995年北京市农村全部初治涂阳肺结核病人中 ,按照严格标准要求 ,符合DOTS标准的病人共有 2 72例 ,占病人总数的 72 .8%。监化组和自服药组在疗程结束时的治愈率分别为 95.2 %和 88.2 % ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5)。监化组和自服药组的 5年随访细菌学复发率分别为 1 .4%和 9.1 % ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。共有 372例病人参加治疗 ,初治失败 6例 ,5年随访细菌学复发 1 1例 ,经再次治疗 ,只有 1例最终成为慢性传染源。导致复发和治疗失败的主要影响因素是不规律服药。结论 在北京市农村地区 ,DOTS策略取得了良好的近远期效果 ,证明DOTS是控制传染源的非常有效的措施。结核病控制工作应把主要的人力。李波 屠德华 梁万年 2003中国防痨杂志2003,25,6:17

61500例复治涂阳肺结核成因及疗效分析显示文摘目的 分析复治涂阳病例成因 ,探讨WHO推荐的复治化疗方案及管理方式 (DOTS)成效。方法收集全省 1 992~ 1 998年完整的复治涂阳病历 1 50 0份。结果 化疗方案不合理 81 .3 % ,治疗不规则或未完成疗程 82 .0 %。实施复治涂阳方案后 ,2、3个月末痰菌阴转率达 91 .9%、95.4 % ,治愈率达 94 .7%。结论 造成复治涂阳原因是用药不合理、间断或无规律用药、未完成疗程。采用WHO推荐的 8个月短程方案、严格执行DOTS ,治疗复治涂阳病人合理、有效 ,可推广应用。符彩云 符致顺 2000中国防痨杂志2000,22,2:15
7家庭督导员影响新发肺结核患者治疗依从性研究显示文摘[目的]了解家庭督导员结核病相关知识掌握情况以及对督导工作的态度,并探求家庭督导员对患者治疗依从性的影响因素。[方法]利用自行设计流行病学问卷入户面对面调查肺结核强化治疗末期患者家庭督导员的基础资料、结核病相关知识以及对督导工作的态度。同时,在没有提前通知的情况下,以药片计数法调查患者依从性。[结果]家庭督导员绝大多数为患者近亲,文化程度和家庭收入较低。家庭督导员结核病相关知识掌握情况不理想,回答正确率在63.1%至90%之间。督导态度方面,97%的督导员在对患者进行督导时感觉'一般及高兴'。在多因素分析中少数民族(OR=0.43)、未婚(OR=0.10)、家庭收入在500~1000元之间(OR=0.28)为治疗依从性的有益因素;结核病知识的错误认识是主要的危险因素之一。[结论]各级结核病管理者应该提高家庭督导员对患者的依从性重要作用的认识,加强督导员在结核病相关知识方面的培训。王耶盈 何朝阳 李武 叶勇 蒋云春 刘华兴 2009现代预防医学2009,36,21:13
8Highly efficient and stable white LEDs based on pure red narrow bandwidth emission triangular carbon quantum dots for wide-color gamut backlight displays显示文摘High-performance white light-emitting diodes (WLEDs) hold great potential for the next-generation backlight display applications.However,achieving highly efficient and stable WLEDs with wide-color-gamut has remained a formidable goal.Reported here is the first example of pure red narrow bandwidth emission triangular CQDs (PR-NBE-T-CQDs) with photoluminescence peaking at 610 nm.The PR-NBE-T-CQDs synthesized from resorcinol show high quantum yield (QY) of 72% with small full width at half maximum of 33 nm.By simply controlling the reaction time,pure green (PG-) NBE-T-CQDs with high QY of 75% were also obtained.Highly efficient and stable WLEDs with wide-color-gamut based on PR- and PG-NBE-T-CQDs was achieved.This WLED showed a remarkable wide-color gamut of 110% NTSC and high power efficiency of 86.5 lumens per Watt.Furthermore,such WLEDs demonstrate outstanding stability.This work will set the stage for developing highly efficient,low cost and environment-friendly WLEDs based on CQDs for the next-generation wide-color gamut backlight displays.Fanglong Yuan Ping He Zifan Xi Xiaohong Li Yunchao Li Haizheng Zhong Louzhen Fan Shihe Yang 2019Nano Research2019,12,7:12
9河南省贫困地区DOTS策略下肺结核病费用及其影响因素调查显示文摘[目的]了解贫困地区DOTS策略与免费政策下肺结核病的个人支出费用及其影响因素。[方法]兼顾不同地理位置、DOTS执行情况等,采用非概率抽样选择3个贫困县作为调查现场,以这些县结核病防治机构登记并完成治疗的肺结核病人为调查对象,从调查开始日期向后依次入选,每县要求至少入选70例;制定统一的调查表,进行入户调查。[结果]共调查肺结核病人228例,其中190例免费治疗,38例非免费治疗;肺结核病的个人支出费用平均为2 223.6元/例(确诊前、后的支出分别占42.4%、57.6%;医疗支出与非医疗支出分别占87.3%、12.7%),其中免费病人平均为2 050.6元/例,非免费病人平均为3 088.5元/例。采用多因素logistic回归模型分析,与病人确诊前花费较高相关的因素有就诊次数、首次就诊到确诊时间,与病人确诊后花费较高相关的因素有确诊前花费、是否免费治疗、是否曾住院。[结论]河南省贫困地区DOTS策略下免费政策对肺结核病人的经济负担尽管有所减轻,然而免费范围有限,病人1年的收入尚不能满足看病的支出,经济负担是沉重的;病人发病后不能及时确诊、确诊后的一些不必要检查、不必要的昂贵辅助用药、不必要住院治疗等因素增加了病人的经济负担。王国杰 马士文 谢春雨 孟澜涛 甄新安 高三友 要玉霞 2007现代预防医学2007,34,7:11
10天津市监狱局囚犯中肺结核病人的DOTS管理及效果分析显示文摘目的 评价监狱系统囚犯肺结核病人实施DOTS管理及治疗效果。方法 对 2 0 0 0年天津市监狱局囚犯中发现确诊的 36 9例肺结核病人 ,实行直接面视下的短程化疗管理 (DOTS) ,并分析其病情转归。结果 初治涂阳肺结核治愈率为 93.8% ,复治涂阳治愈率为 6 9.2 % ;涂阳病人规律服药率为 92 .7% ;涂阴病人规律服药率为 90 .1%。涂阳肺结核病人占全部确诊肺结核病人的 14 .9% ;因释放停止治疗的肺结核病人占 7.1%。结论 对监狱系统囚犯肺结核病人实施DOTS管理并取得了一定的成绩。傅衍勇 2003中国防痨杂志2003,25,5:11
111997—2003年湖北省武昌监狱肺结核病控制效果分析显示文摘目的将监狱结核病控制工作纳入结防规划,降低本地区结核病疫情。方法1997—2003年在监狱囚犯中发现523例肺结核病人,采用现代结核病控制策略(DOTS)实施治疗及管理,分析其转归。结果7年来初治涂阳治愈率平均为93.3%,复治涂阳治愈率平均为85.7%;监狱内囚犯涂阳肺结核患病率从1997年的1146.95/10万降至2003年的497.37/10万。结论7年来在湖北省武昌监狱囚犯中主动发现肺结核病人并实施DOT管理,成效显著。陈丽萍 苏文 胡永峰 谢红 2005中国防痨杂志2005,27,3:10
12Effects of Coal Rank and High Organic Sulfur on the Structure and Optical Properties of Coal-based Graphene Quantum Dots显示文摘Coal-based graphene quantum dots(GQDs) were successfully produced via a one-step chemical synthesis from six different coal ranks, from which two superhigh organic sulfur(SHOS) coals were selected as natural S-doped carbon sources for the preparation of S-doped GQDs. The effects of coal properties on coal-based GQDs were analyzed by means of high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD), Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis) absorption spectroscopy, and fluorescence emission spectra. It was shown that all coal samples can be used to prepare GQDs, which emit bluegreen and blue fluorescence under ultraviolet light. Anthracite-based GQDs have a hexagonal crystal structure without defects, the largest size, and densely arranged carbon rings in their lamellae; the highrank bituminous coal-based GQDs are relatively reduced in size, with their hexagonal crystal structure being only faintly visible; the low-rank bituminous coal-based GQDs are the smallest, with sparse lattice fringes and visible internal defects. As the metamorphism of raw coals increases, the yield decreases and the fluorescence quantum yield(QY) initially increases and then decreases. Additionally, the surface of GQDs that were prepared using high-rank SHOS coal(high-rank bituminous coal) preserves rich sulfur content even after strong oxidation, which effectively adjusts the bandgap and improves the fluorescence QY. 14Two-photon-excited near-infrared emissive carbon dotsas multifunctional agents for fluorescence imaging andphotothermal therapy显示文摘C dots (CDs) have shown great potential in bioimaging and phototherapy.However, it is challenging to manipulate their fluorescent properties andtherapeutic efficacy to satisfy the requirements for clinic applications. In thisstudy, we prepared S, Se-codoped CDs via a hydrothermal method anddemonstrated that the doping resulted in excitation wavelength-independentnear-infrared (NIR) emissions of the CDs, with peaks at 731 and 820 nm.Significantly, the CDs exhibited a photothermal conversion efficiency of -58.2%,which is the highest reported value for C nanostructures and is comparable tothat of Au nanostructures. Moreover, the CDs had a large two-photon absorptioncross section (-30,045 GM), which allowed NIR emissions and the photothermalconversion of the CDs through the two-photon excitation (TPE) mechanism. 15Near-infrared emissive carbon dots with 33.96% emission in aqueous solution for cellular sensing and light-emitting diodes显示文摘Near-infrared emissive carbon dots(CDs) were synthesized by hydrothermal method. The as-prepared CDs exhibited a relatively high quantum yield(QY) of 33.96% in an aqueous solution, and the peak toward the near-infrared fluorescence reached 685 nm. The CDs exhibited pH-sensitive characteristics under strong acidic conditions. Even at pH = 0, the as-prepared CDs retained a high fluorescence intensity,which proved that they possessed good acid resistance. More importantly, the CDs were sensitive to the Fe3+changes in living cells.
