| 1 | Analysis of human infectious avian influenza virus:Hemagglutinin genetic characteristics in Asia and Africa from 2004 to 2009显示文摘In the present study,we used nucleotide and protein sequences of avian influenza virus H5N1,which were obtained in Asia and Africa,analyzed HA proteins using ClustalX1.83 and MEGA4.0,and built a genetic evolutionary tree of HA nucleotides.The analysis revealed that the receptor specificity amino acid of A/HK/213/2003,A/Turkey/65596/2006 and etc mutated into QNG,which could bind withá-2,3 galactose andá-2,6 galactose.A mutation might thus take place and lead to an outbreak of human infections of avian influenza virus.The mutations of HA protein amino acids from 2004 to 2009 coincided with human infections provided by the World Health Organization,indicating a“low–high–highest–high–low”pattern.We also found out that virus strains in Asia are from different origins:strains from Southeast Asia and East Asia are of the same origin,whereas those from West Asia,South Asia and Africa descend from one ancestor.The composition of the phylogenetic tree and mutations of key site amino acids in HA proteins reflected the fact that the majority of strains are regional and long term,and virus diffusions exist between China,Laos,Malaysia,Indonesia,Azerbaijan,Turkey and Iraq.We would advise that pertinent vaccines be developed and due attention be paid to the spread of viruses between neighboring countries and the dangers of virus mutation and evolution. | Jirong ZHANG Fumin LEI | 2010 | Integrative Zoology2010，5，3： | 2 |
| 2 | Beta-blocker treatment in heart failure patients with atrial fibrillation:challenges and perspectives显示文摘Heart failure(HF)and atrial fibrillation(AF)are common conditions that share similar clinical phenotype and frequently coexist.The classification of HF in patients with preserved ejection fraction(>50%,HFpEF),midrange reduced EF(40%−49%,HFmrEF)and reduced EF(<40%,HFrEF)are crucial for optimising the therapeutic approach,as each subgroup responds differently.Betablocker constitute an important component of our pharmacological regimen for chronic HF.Betablocker administration is reccomended in patients with HF with reduced ejection fraction in stable sinus rhythm,due to improvement of symptoms,the better long termoutcome and survival.The beneficial role of betablocker use in patients with preserved EF still remain unclear,as no treatment showed a positive impact,regarding morbidity or mortality reduction.The presence of AF in HF patients increases as the disease severity evolves and is associated with a higher rate of cardiovascular morbidity and mortality.But more question is the use of betablocker in HF patients irrespective of EF and concomitant AF.There are many conflicting data and publications,regarding the beta blocker benefit in this population.Generally,it is supported an attenuation of betablockers beneficial effect in HF patients with AF.A design of more randomised trials/studies with HF patients and concomitant AF may improve our clinical approach of betablockers use and identify the patients with HF,who mostly profit from an invasive approach. | Emmanouil Chourdakis Ioanna Koniari Dimitrios Velissaris Grigorios Tsigkas Nikolaos G Kounis Neriman Osman | 2021 | Journal of Geriatric Cardiology2021，18，5： | 2 |

| 6 | Coronal sulcus-based ventral mucosal flap to help penile coverage in severe concealed penis显示文摘Introduction There are many techniques to treat congenital concealed penis(CP).Skin resurfacing is the most difficult step in severe cases.We aim to show medium-term results of coronal sulcus-based triangular ventral mucosal flap(CBVMF)as a treatment of prepubertal severe CP,a recently reported technique.We aim to determine whether results are durable and if the technique is associated with persistent mucosal redundancy or with a permanent unequal penile color pattern.Methods CP cases reconstructed with CBVMF were reviewed.Preoperative complaints,degree of motivation of the child/parent to surgery,satisfaction of parent/child with results,and surgical complications were described.Results Seven patients(6 months to 6 years old)were treated with CBVMP.Two patients showed megaprepuce and another was submitted to a limited postectomy 3 years before.One family was not fully satisfied(expected“bigger penis”),but acknowledged that the penis was now well exposed.No child talked about the problem preoperatively,but all of the boys were fully satisfied with the results of the surgery and verbalized this in the interviews.Flap edema resolved after 3 months in all but one patient.The flaps assumed the color of penile skin in the medium term.Conclusions CBMVP results were satisfactory.Serious complications did not occur.Flap edema does not persist in the medium term,and redundancy was not a problem.The color of the flap tended to evolve into a pattern similar to the penile skin. | Lisieux Jesus Flavia Amaro Jamel Fernanda Gomes Talia Dias Ribeiro Samuel Dekermacher | 2021 | World Journal of Pediatric Surgery2021，4，3： | 0 |
