| 1 | Assessment and sequencing of air target threat based on intuitionistic fuzzy entropy and dynamic VIKOR显示文摘In view of the fact that traditional air target threat assessment methods are difficult to reflect the combat characteristics of uncertain, dynamic and hybrid formation, an algorithm is proposed to solve the multi-target threat assessment problems. The target attribute weight is calculated by the intuitionistic fuzzy entropy(IFE) algorithm and the time series weight is gained by the Poisson distribution method based on multi-times data. | 2 | Dynamic assessment method of air target threat based on improved GIFSS显示文摘As the air combat environment becomes more complicated and changeable, accurate threat assessment of air target has a significant impact on air defense operations. This paper proposes an improved generalized intuitionistic fuzzy soft set (GIFSS) method for dynamic assessment of air target threat. Firstly, the threat assessment index is reasonably determined by analyzing the typical characteristics of air targets. Secondly, after the GIFSS at different time is obtained, the index weight is determined by the intuitionistic fuzzy set entropy and the relative entropy theory. Then, the inverse Poisson distribution method is used to determine the weight of time series, and then the time-weighted GIFSS is obtained. Finally, threat assessment of five air targets is carried out by using the improved GIFSS (I-GIFSS) and comparison methods. | 3 | Double weight determination method for experts of complex multi-attribute large-group decision-making in interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy environment显示文摘The systematic clustering analysis based weight determination methods are suitable for the experts of complex multiattribute large-group decision-making(CMALGDM) in intervalvalued intuitionistic fuzzy environment. However, these methods mainly have two shortcomings: they do not consider the consistency of the experts in each aggregation; the aggregation weights are often determined simply by the 'majority principle', and neglect the quantity of information provided by the holistic aggregation,leading to decision biases. Hence, a double weight determination method for experts is proposed to solve these problems. As for the first shortcoming, a mathematical programming model is used to solve for the optimal expert weights within each aggregation,ensuring consistency in the overall preferences of the aggregations. As for the second shortcoming, we propose a modification of the aggregation weights based on the information entropy, which fully considers both the number of experts and the amount of information provided by the holistic aggregation. With the proposed method, the final expert weights are determined more rigorously and objectively. | 4 | Temporal evidence combination method for multi-sensor target recognition based on DS theory and IFS显示文摘In order to effectively deal with the conflict temporal evidences without affecting the sequential and dynamic characteristics in the multi-sensor target recognition(MSTR) system at the decision making level, this paper proposes a Dempster-Shafer(DS) theory and intuitionistic fuzzy set(IFS) based temporal evidence combination method(DSIFS-TECM). To realize the method,the relationship between DS theory and IFS is firstly analyzed. And then the intuitionistic fuzzy possibility degree of intuitionistic fuzzy value(IFPD-IFV) is defined, and a novel ranking method with isotonicity for IFV is proposed. Finally, a calculation method for relative reliability factor(RRF) is designed based on the proposed ranking method. As a proof of the method, numerical analysis and experimental simulation are performed. The results indicate DSIFS-TECM is capable of dealing with the conflict temporal evidences and sensitive to the changing of time. | 5 | Multi-Criteria Decision Making Based on Correlation Coefficient of Triangular Intuitionistic Fuzzy Numbers显示文摘We study a multi-criteria fuzzy decision-making method based on weighted triangular intuitionistic fuzzy number correlation coefficients. Under the scenario that criteria weights for alternatives are completely unknown, triangular intuitionistic fuzzy method can not only supplement the insufficiency of the method based on the distance but also endow more information to the estimation and reduce the loss of evaluation information.Among the triangular numbers, two boundary numbers are the maximum and minimum values of the interval respectively, and the medium number is the most possible value under subjective estimation. Using this method,we propose a new way to obtain the criteria weights with more information quantity. By ranking the relative closeness of the weighted correlation coefficients between each alternative, and the critical and ideal alternatives,we show the method to figure out the most suitable alternative based on the expected criteria. In this paper, a new similarity measure between intuitionistic fuzzy sets based on the mid points of transformed triangular fuzzy numbers is proposed. The proposed similarity measure provides reasonable results not only for the sets available in the literature but also gives very reasonable results, especially for fuzzy sets as well as for most intuitionistic fuzzy sets. To provide supportive evidence, the proposed similarity measure is tested on certain sets available in literature and is also applied to pattern recognition and medical diagnosis problems. | 7 | Modeling and applying credible interval intuitionistic fuzzy reciprocal preference relations in group decision making显示文摘Intuitionistic fuzzy preference relations are powerful techniques used to express uncertain preference information.However, simultaneously providing the exact priority and nonpriority intensities could be difficult in real applications. A credible interval intuitionistic fuzzy number(CIIFN) is introduced and a credible interval intuitionistic fuzzy reciprocal preference relation(CIIFRPR) is developed to solve this issue. Unlike intuitionistic fuzzy preference relations, the new preference relations use the CIIFNs to express the preference information such that the decision makers simply provide the priority intensity with intervalvalued numbers and calculate the non-preference intensity with the transformed method, which avoids a complex evaluation of non-priority information. | 8 | On Optimal Priority Modelling of Group Intuitionistic Fuzzy Preference Relations with Normal Uncertainty Distribution显示文摘The uncertainty distribution can more effectively express the uncertainty of decision makers' judgments during a pairwise comparison of any alternatives. This paper investigates the priority models of group intuitionistic fuzzy preference relations with normal uncertainty distribution. The mathematical equivalence between the membership, non-membership degree interval fuzzy preference relation and the intuitionistic fuzzy preference relation is constructed, showing that there exists an inverse relationship between the priority of alternatives using these two types of interval preference relations. The new optimal models regarded the event that the deviation between the ideal judgement meeting the multiplicative consistency and the actual judgement obeying normal uncertainty distribution shall not exceed a threshold value under the given belief degree as a constraint, and regarded the minimum sum of all the threshold values as the objective function. The chance constraint was introduced to measure the degree to which multiplicative consistency can be realized under different belief degrees. Traditional models usually partition the global universe of discourse, which is not appropriate for all objectives. For example,the universe of the secular trend model is continuously variational.In addition, most forecasting methods rely on prior information, i.e.,fuzzy relationship groups(FRG). Numerous relationship groups lead to the explosive growth of relationship library in a linear model and increase the computational complexity. To overcome problems above and ascertain an appropriate order, an intuitionistic fuzzy time series forecasting model based on order decision and adaptive partition algorithm is proposed. By forecasting the vector operator matrix, the proposed model can adjust partitions and intervals adaptively.
