1Influence of silicon coating on the corrosion resistance of Zn-Al-Mg-RE-Si alloy显示文摘The electric arc spraying method was used to prepare the Zn-Al-Mg-RE-Si alloy coating with different content of silicon.The corrosion resisting property was measured by copper accelerated salt spray(CASS) and corrosion weightless test.The influence of silicon content on the corrosion resisting property was investigated by XRD,SEM,polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) and the electrochemical property of coating in the corrosion process was analyzed.The results showed that the density of coating was improved significantly since the major nonequilibrium glass-like state phase was composed of silicon and other metals existed in the Zn-Al-Mg-RE-Si alloy coating,which prevented the corrosive medium and retarded the corrosion velocity because of compact corrosion products in the corrosion embryo.The Zn-Al-Mg-RE-Si coating had better corrosion resistance than the Zn-Al-Mg-RE because of more positive potential,half corrosion current density and double electrochemical reaction resistance.刘奎仁 马鹏程 蒲年文 陈建设 韩庆 2010Journal of Rare Earths2010,28,S1:9
2Theoretical analysis and numerical simulation on behaviour properties of large span cable-supported structures under fire conditions显示文摘Large span cable-supported structures have been developed rapidly in China, and they always adopt high-strength steel cables as structural members. However, the modulus of elasticity and yield strength of steel material will decrease seriously under fire conditions while fire protection is unlikely to be provided for steel cable. Several typical large span cable-supported structures such as cable truss, beam string structure and prestressed cable net are studied on their structural behaviour in this paper. Theoretical formulae are derived in terms of geometrical and material nonlinearity with high temperature effect. Finite element models are also established to simulate the structural performance under fire conditions. 4Snow resisting capacity of Caragana microphylla and Achnatherum splendens in a typical steppe region of Inner Mongolia,China显示文摘Snow resisting capacity of vegetation is important for secondary distribution of water resources in seasonal snow areas of grassland because it affects the regeneration,growth and nutrient circulation of vegetation in grassland.This study investigated vegetation characteristics(canopy height,canopy length and crown width)of Caragana microphylla Lam.(shrub)and Achnatherum splendens(Trin.)Nevski.(herb),and snow morphologies(snow depth,snow width and snow braid length)in a typical steppe region of Inner Mongolia,China in 2017.And the influence of vegetation characteristic on snow resisting capacity(the indices of bottom area of snow and snow volume reflect snow resisting capacity)was analyzed.The results showed that snow morphology depends on vegetation characteristics of shrub and herb.The canopy height was found to have the greatest influence on snow depth and the crown width had the greatest influence on snow width.The canopy length was found to have little influence on morphological parameters of snow.When the windward areas of C.microphylla and A.splendens were within the ranges of 0.0-0.5 m2 and 0.0-8.0 m2,respectively,the variation of snow cover was large;however,beyond these areas,the variation of snow cover became gradually stable.The potential area of snow retardation for a single plant was 1.5-2.5 m2 and the amount of snow resistance was 0.15-0.20 m3.The bottom area of snow and snow volume(i.e.,snow resisting capacity)of clumped C.microphylla and A.splendens was found to be 4 and 25 times that of individual plant,respectively.The results could provide a theoretical basis both for the estimation of snow cover and the establishment of a plant-based technical system for the control of windblown snow in the typical steppe region of Inner Mongolia.YAN Min ZUO Hejun WANG Haibing DONG Zhi LI Gangtie 2020Journal of Arid Land2020,12,2:1

7INVESTIGATION OF NEW COTTON RING AND TRAVELLER显示文摘A new Ω type cotton ring and traveller is introduced.The idea of its design is based on thefacts that running travellers deviate from normal profile in three coordinate directions and such adeviation can be utilized when the balloon expands.The contact between ring and traveller at outerrace can be increased to prevent the balloon from expanding and the traveller from continuous in-clination.Consequently,the wear of inner corner of ring can be reduced.This proves the maincourse of deterioration of ring.With small sized balloon,the outer contact diminishes.The yarntension is thus adjusted and average tension is cut down.Experiments on 13 and 29 texcotton-polyester yarn spinning prove the above idea correct.With the wear of ring greatly reduced,running life is more than doubled,end breakage rate falls 30% and power consumption falls 2%.The economic profit,estimated by pilot test,is an increase of production 6.1% and 130,000 YuanRenminbi per ten thousand apindles each year.张文赓 李鸿儒 1993Journal of China Textile University(English Edition)1993,10,2:0
