1基于ν-SVR算法的边坡稳定性预测显示文摘提出基于一种改进支持向量机算法(ν-SVR)的边坡稳定性预测方法,直接利用边坡的特征参数快速预测边坡稳定性。为解决算法中模型选择困难的问题,用留一法设计预测模型,用网格搜索法搜索最优参数。留一法可以避免传统方法中根据经验确定预测模型的缺点,较为客观地获取合适的预测模型。网格搜索法可以保证搜索到合适的参数。计算结果显示,联合运用这两种方法可以获得合适的预测模型。利用该预测模型对82个圆弧破坏边坡实例中的71个实例进行学习,对另外11个实例进行推广预测,取得了较好的效果,其预测精度明显优于一种改进BP神经网络算法和常规SVR算法,与GA-BP神经网络算法相近。在此基础上,提出基于ν-SVR算法的边坡设计方法,能够快速、准确的获取不同方案下的边坡安全系数,评价其稳定性,为选择经济合理的边坡设计方案提供决策依据。余志雄 周创兵 李俊平 史超 2005岩石力学与工程学报2005,24,14:38
2Nonlinear singular vectors and nonlinear singular values显示文摘A novel concept of nonlinear singular vector and nonlinear singular value is introduced, which is a natural generalization of the classical linear singular vector and linear singular value to the nonlinear category. The optimization problem related to the determination of nonlinear singular vectors and singular values is formulated. The general idea of this approach is demonstrated by a simple two-dimensional quasigeostrophic model in the atmospheric and oceanic sciences. The advantage and its applications of the new method to the predictability, ensemble forecast and finite-time nonlinear instability are discussed. 4Retrieval of global terrestrial solar-induced chlorophyll fluorescence from TanSat satellite显示文摘The first Chinese Carbon Dioxide Observation Satellite Mission(TanSat), which was launched on December 21, 2016, is intended to measure atmospheric CO_2 concentration.The high spectral resolution(0.044 nm) and high SNR(360 at 15.2 mW m^(-1) sr^(-1) nm^(-1)) measurements in the region of the O_2-A band of the Atmospheric Carbon dioxide Grating Spectroradiometer(AGCS) module onboard TanSat make it possible to retrieve solar-induced chlorophyll fluorescence(SIF) from TanSat observations at the global scale.This paper aims to explore the potential of the TanSat data for global SIF retrieval.A singular vector decomposition(SVD) statistical method was employed to retrieve SIF using radiance over a micro spectral window(~2 nm) around the Fe Fraunhofer lines(centered at 758.8 nm).The global SIF at 758.8 nm was successfully retrieved with a low residual error of 0.03 mW m^(-1) sr^(-1) nm^(-1).The results show that the spatial and temporal patterns of the retrieved SIF agree well with the global terrestrial vegetation pattern.The monthly SIF products retrieved from the TanSat data were compared with other remote sensing datasets, including OCO-2 SIF, MODIS NDVI, EVI and GPP.The overall consistency between TanSat and OCO-2 SIF products(R^2= 0.86) and the consistency of the spatial patterns and temporal variations between the TanSat SIF and MODIS vegetation indices and GPP enhance our confidence in the potential and feasibility of TanSat data for SIF retrieval.TanSat, therefore, provides a new opportunity for global sampling of SIF at fine spatial resolution(2 km × 2 km), thus improving photosynthesis observations from space.Shanshan Du Liangyun Liu Xinjie Liu Xiao Zhang Xingying Zhang Yanmeng Bi Lianchong Zhang 2018Science Bulletin2018,63,22:29
5应用支持向量机评价土壤环境质量显示文摘基于野外采样和室内分析相结合的方法,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)对羊草沟煤矿研究区表层土壤样品中的Cd、Cr、Zn、Pb和Cu含量进行测定,应用非线性支持向量机模型中的分类支持向量机,选用sigmoid核函数,利用MATLAB编写程序,进行土壤环境质量评价,并利用模糊综合评判法对评价结果进行验证.在此基础上,运用对应分析方法对样品和变量进行了关联分析,进一步了解重金属污染特征.评价结果表明,研究区土壤环境质量多为Ⅰ类,与模糊综合评判法的相同率达到91.67%,将支持向量机用于土壤环境质量评价是可行的.相比于传统的评价方法,支持向量机采用结构风险最小化原则,将复杂的非线性问题转化为线性问题,成功的解决了多分类、高维运算等问题.姜雪 卢文喜 杨青春 赵海卿 2014中国环境科学2014,34,5:25

7QSAR Studies on the Inhibitory Activityof Levofloxacin-thiadiazole HDACi Conjugates to Histone Deacetylases显示文摘A molecular electronegativity distance vector(M_t)based on 13 atomic types has been used to describe the structures of 19 conjugates(LHCc)of levofloxacin-thiadiazole HDAC inhibitor(HDACi)and related inhibitory activities(pH_i,i=1,2,6)of LHCc against histone deacetylases(HDACs,such as HDAC1,HDAC2 and HDAC6).The quantitative structure-activity relationships(QSAR)were established by using leaps-and-bounds regression analysis for the inhibitory activities(pH_i)of 19 above compounds to HDAC1,HDAC2 and HDAC6 along with M_t.The correlation coefficients(R^2)and the leave-one-out(LOO)cross validation R_(cv)^(2 )for the pH_1,pH_(2 )and pH_(6 )models were 0.976 and 0.949;0.985 and 0.977;0.976 and 0.932,respectively.The QSAR models had favorable correlations,as well as robustness and good prediction capability by R^2,F,R^2_(cv),A_(IC),F_(IT )and V_(IF )tests.Validated by using 3876 training sets,the models have good external prediction ability.The results indicate that the molecular structural units:–CH_g–(g=1,2),–NH_2,–OH,=O,–O–and–S–are the main factors which can affect the inhibitory activity of pH_1,pH_(2 )as well as pH_(6 )bioactivities of these compounds directly.Accordingly,the main interactions between HDACs inhibitor and HDACs are hydrophobic interaction,hydrogen bond,and coordination with Zn^(2+)to form compounds,which is consistent with the results in reports.王超 冯长君 2018Chinese Journal of Structural Chemistry2018,37,11:23
8Larvicidal and repellent potential of Moringa oleifera against malarial vector,Anopheles stephensi Liston(Insecta:Diptera:Culicidae)显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the larvicidal and pupicidal potential of the methanolic extracts from Moringa oleifera(M.oleifera) plant seeds against malarial vector Anopheles stephensi(A.stephensi) mosquitoes at different concentrations(20,40,60,80 and 100 ppm).Methods:M.oleifera was collected from the area of around Bharathiar University,Coimbatore.The dried plant materials were powdered by an electrical blender.From each sample,100 g of the plant material were extracted with 300 mL of methanol for 8 h in a Soxhlet apparatus.The extracts were evaporated to dryness in rotary vacuum evaporator to yield 122 mg and 110 mg of dark greenish material(residue) from Arcang amara and Ocimum basilicum,respectively.One gram of the each plant residue was dissolved separately in 100 mL of acetone(stock solution) from which different concentrations, i.e.,20,40,60,80 and 100 ppm were prepared.Results:Larvicidal activity of M.oleifera exhibited in the first to fourth instar larvae of the A.stephensi,and the LC_(50) and LC_(90) values were 57.79 ppm and 125.93 ppm for the first instar,63.90 ppm and 133.07 ppm for the second inslar,72.45 ppm and 139.82 ppm for the third instar,78.93 ppm and 143.20 ppm for the fourth instar,respectively. 11Growth inhibition induced by short hairpin RNA to silence survivin gene in human pancreatic cancer cells显示文摘BACKGROUND:Survivin is known to be overexpressed in various human malignancies,including pancreatic cancer,and mediates cancer cell proliferation and tumor growth,so the regulation of this molecule could be a new strategy for treating pancreatic cancer.In this study,short hairpin RNAs (shRNAs) specific to survivin were introduced into human pancreatic cancer Patu8988 cells to investigate the inhibitory effects on survivin expression and cell proliferation in vitro and in vivo.METHODS:Three kinds of shRNA specific to the survivin gene were designed and cloned into eukaryotic expression plasmid pGenesil-1 vector.Subsequently the recombinant plasmids were transfected into human pancreatic cancer Patu8988 cells with lipfectamine TM 2000 reagent.The mRNA and protein expressions of survivin in the transiently transfected Patu8988 cells were determined by RT-PCR,flow cytometry,and Western blotting analysis.The proliferation inhibition rates of stably transfected Patu8988 cells were determined by MTT assay.The antitumor activities of the three kinds of survivin-shRNA plasmids were evaluated in BALB/c nude mice inoculated with Patu8988 cells and bearing human pancreatic cancer.RESULTS:The three survivin-shRNA plasmids named pGenesil1-survivin-1,pGenesil-1-survivin-2 and pGenesil-1-survivin-1+2 (with double interfering RNA sites) were successfully constructed,and were confirmed by restriction enzyme cutting and sequencing.At 48 hours after transfection,the expression of survivin mRNA and protein was inhibited in Patu8988 cells transfected with pGenesil-1-survivin-1,pGenesil-1-survivin-2,and pGenesil-1-survivin-1+2 when compared with that of either pGenesil-1-NC (with scrambled small interfering RNA) transfected cells or control cells (P<0.05).The MTT results showed that the proliferation rates of Patu8988 cells stably transfected with survivin-shRNA plasmids were reduced when compared with that of either pGenesil-1-NC transfected cells or control cells (P<0.01).Furthermore,when Patu8988 cells stably transfected with survivin-shRNA were injected into BALB/c nude mice,tumor growth was dramatically lower and the tumor was smaller than that of either pGenesil-1-NC transfected cells or control cells (P<0.01).The inhibitory effect of pGenesil1-survivin-1 was the best among the three kinds of survivinshRNA plasmids,but no combination of inhibitory effects was found in pGenesil-1-survivin-1+2.CONCLUSIONS:shRNAs specific to survivin have gene silencing effects and inhibit pancreatic cancer cell proliferation.shRNA activity against survivin could be of potential value in gene therapy for pancreatic cancer.However,shRNAs with double combining sites did not significantly enhance the interference compared with single site shRNAs,therefore further studies on this are needed.Shen, Yong-Mei Yang, Xiao-Chun Song, Miao-Li Qin, Chen-Hao Yang, Chen Sun, Yi-Hui 2010Hepatobiliary & Pancreatic Diseases International2010,9,1:18
12Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma inhibits hepatic fibrosis in rats显示文摘BACKGROUND:Hepatic fibrosis is a necessary step in the development of hepatic cirrhosis.In this study we used lentiviral vector-mediated transfection technology to evaluate the effect of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma(PPAR-γ) on rat hepatic fibrosis. METHODS:Hepatic fibrosis in rats was induced by CCl4 for 2 weeks(early fibrosis)and 8 weeks(sustained fibrosis).The rats were randomly divided into four groups:normal control, fibrosis,blank vector,and PPAR-γ.They were infected with the recombinant lentiviral expression vector carrying the rat PPAR-γgene by portal vein injection.The liver of the rats was examined histologically and hydroxyproline was assessed.In vitro primary hepatic stellate cells(HSCs)were infected with the recombinant lentiviral expression vector carrying the rat PPAR-γgene.The status of HSC proliferation was measured by the MTT assay.The protein levels of PPAR-γ,α-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA)and type I collagen expression were evaluated by the Western blotting method. 13Vector超声系统对牙周炎维护期患者的疗效观察和疼痛感受评价显示文摘目的本研究应用Vector超声系统、手工刮治和常规超声系统对慢性牙周炎患者维护期的牙周袋进行治疗,以比较不同治疗方法的临床疗效和患者的疼痛程度。方法选择26例慢性牙周炎维护期的患者,其全口四个象限每个象限至少各有2颗牙齿,其邻面至少有一位点探诊深度≥4mm,有探诊出血,根据随机表将四个象限随机分入手工刮治组、传统超声治疗组(赛特力组)、Vector摩擦剂组和Vector抛光剂组进行龈下刮治。记录基线和治疗后3个月时,入选位点的菌斑指数、牙周探诊深度、临床附着丧失、出血指数及刮治当时的疼痛程度VAS值。结果对于牙周炎维护期患者,Vector摩擦剂组、Vector抛光剂组的治疗效果和手工刮治组、赛特力组相同,牙周探诊深度、临床附着丧失和出血指数在治疗后都有明显改善,同时患者在治疗中的疼痛程度明显小于常规的手工刮治和超声刮治。结论Vector超声系统为牙周炎维护期患者的复查复治提供了一个新的有效手段,有利于增加患者的依从性。周爽英 曹婕 孟焕新 2010现代口腔医学杂志2010,24,2:18

17基于PCA-LSSVM的机车走行部滚动轴承故障诊断研究显示文摘机车走行部的故障诊断是保障机车安全运行的重要手段之一。鉴于目前机车走行部滚动轴承故障诊断中存在的特征提取困难、故障诊断不准确等问题,提出一种基于最小二乘支持向量机(LSSVM)的故障诊断方法。通过主成分分析方法(PCA)对机车走行部滚动轴承的故障特征进行特征提取,将提取后的特征向量输入到故障诊断模型中,结合最小二乘支持向量机原理实现机车走行部滚动轴承的故障诊断。仿真结果表明,相比其他方法而言分类准确率达到了100%,模型构建时间为3.642 s,满足机车走行部滚动轴承的诊断要求。将最小二乘支持向量机引入并应用到机车走行部故障诊断领域中,为机车走行部故障诊断系统的研究与开发提供新思路和新方法。钟小凤 贺德强 苗剑 2014广西大学学报(自然科学版)2014,39,2:15

20Real-time transient stability assessment in power system based on improved SVM显示文摘Due to the strict requirements of extremely high accuracy and fast computational speed, real-time transient stability assessment(TSA) has always been a tough problem in power system analysis.Fortunately, the development of artificial intelligence and big data technologies provide the new prospective methods to this issue, and there have been some successful trials on using intelligent method, such as support vector machine(SVM) method.However, the traditional SVM method cannot avoid false classification, and the interpretability of the results needs to be strengthened and clear.This paper proposes a new strategy to solve the shortcomings of traditional SVM,which can improve the interpretability of results, and avoid the problem of false alarms and missed alarms.In this strategy, two improved SVMs, which are called aggressive support vector machine(ASVM) and conservative support vector machine(CSVM), are proposed to improve the accuracy of the classification.And two improved SVMs can ensure the stability or instability of the power system in most cases.For the small amount of cases with undetermined stability, a new concept of grey region(GR) is built to measure the uncertainty of the results, and GR can assessment the instable probability of the power system.Cases studies on IEEE 39-bus system and realistic provincial power grid illustrate the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed strategy.Wei HU Zongxiang LU Shuang WU Weiling ZHANG Yu DONG Rui YU Baisi LIU 2019Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2019,7,1:14
