1Diagnostic value of AFP-L3 and PIVKA-Ⅱin hepatocellular carcinoma according to total-AFP显示文摘AIM:To evaluate diagnostic value ofα-fetoprotein (AFP)-L3 and prothrombin induced by vitamin K absence-Ⅱ(PIVKA-Ⅱ)in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). METHODS:One hundred and sixty-eight patients during routine HCC surveillance were included in this study.Of the 168 patients,90(53.6%)had HCC including newly developed HCC(n=82)or recurrent HCC after treatment(n=8).Sera were obtained during their first evaluation for HCC development and at the time of HCC diagnosis before commencing HCC treatment.HCC was diagnosed by histological examination,appropriate imaging characteristics-computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging.Control sera were collected from 78 patients with benign liver disease(BLD),which were obtained during routine surveillance with a suspicion of HCC.AFP,AFP-L3 and PIVKA-Ⅱwere measured in the same serum by microchip capillary electrophoresis and liquid-phase binding assay on a micro-total analysis system Wako i30 auto analyzer.The performance characteristics of three tests and combined tests for the diagnosis of HCC were obtained using receiver operating characteristic curves in all populations and subgroups with AFP<20 ng/mL. RESULTS:Of 90 HCC patients,38(42.2%)patients had AFP<20 ng/mL,20(22.2%)patients had AFP 20-200 ng/mL and 32(35.6%)patients had AFP>200 ng/mL.Of the 78 BLD patients,74(94.9%)patients had AFP<20 ng/mL.After adjustment for age and HBV infection status,AFP-L3 levels were higher in HCC than in BLD among patients with low AFP levels(<20 ng/mL)(P<0.001).In a total of 168 patients,areas under the curve(AUC)for HCC were 0.879,0.887,0.801 and 0.939 for AFP,AFP-L3,PIVKA-Ⅱand the combined markers,respectively.The combined AUC for three markers showed higher value than the AUCs of individual marker(P<0.05).AFP-L3 had higher AUC value than PIVKA-Ⅱfor HCC detection in entire patients(P =0.043).With combination of AFP-L3(cut-off>5%) and PIVKA-Ⅱ(cut-off>40 AU/L),the sensitivity were 94.4%and specificity were 75.6%in all patients.In 112 patients with low AFP levels(<20 ng/mL),AUCs of AFP-L3,PIVKA-Ⅱand combine AFP-L3 and PIVKA-Ⅱtests were 0.824,0.774 and 0.939,respectively. AFP-L3 with a cut-off value of 5%showed sensitivity of 71.1%and specificity of 83.8%,and PIVKA-Ⅱwith a cut-off value of 40 AU/L had sensitivity of 57.9%and specificity of 95.9%in patients with low AFP levels. The combination of AFP-L3 and PIVKA-Ⅱincreased the sensitivity and specificity up to 92.1%and 79.7%, respectively,in low AFP group.Combined markers detected 81.8%of early stage HCC(Union for Inter-national Cancer Control stageⅠ),86.7%of small sized tumor(<2 cm)and 91.7%of single tumor of HCC in the low AFP group.In multivariate analysis,AFP-L3 was correlated with AFP and tumor size,and PIVKA-Ⅱwas correlated with laboratory tests including serum aspartate aminotransferase,total bilirubin,platelets and albumin levels.PIVKA-Ⅱhad no correlation with AFP,AFP-L3 or tumor characteristics. 2Changing trends in management of gestational diabetes mellitus显示文摘Gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)is on the rise globally.In view of the increasing prevalence of GDM and fetal and neonatal complications associated with it,there is a splurge of research in this field and management of GDM is undergoing a sea change.Trends are changing in prevention,screening,diagnosis,treatment and future follow up.There is emerging evidence regarding use of moderate exercise,probiotics and vitamin D in the prevention of GDM.Regarding treatment,newer insulin analogs like aspart,lispro and detemir are associated with better glycemic control than older insulins.Continuous glucose monitoring systems and continuous subcutaneous insulin systems may play a role in those who require higher doses of insulin for sugar control.Evidence exists that favors metformin as a safer alternative to insulin in view of good glycemic control and better perinatal outcomes.As the risk of developing GDM in subsequent pregnancies and also the risk of overt diabetes in later life is high,regular assessment of these women is required in future.Lifestyle interventions or metformin should be offered to women with a history of GDM who develop pre-diabetes.Further studies are required in the field of prevention of GDM for optimizing obstetric outcome.Gunasekaran Kala Poomalar 2015World Journal of Diabetes2015,6,2:32

4Protein induced by vitamin K absence or antagonist-Ⅱ versus alpha-fetoprotein in the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma: A systematic review with meta-analysis显示文摘Background: As a promising biomarker of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC), protein induced by vitamin K absence or antagonist-Ⅱ(PIVKA-Ⅱ) has been studied extensively. However, its diagnostic capability varies across HCC studies. This study aimed to compare the performance of PIVKA-Ⅱ with alpha-fetoprotein(AFP) in the diagnosis of HCC. Data sources: A systematic literature search was conducted to identify the studies from MEDLINE, Embase and Cochrane Library Databases, which were published up to December 20, 2017 to compare the diagnostic capability of PIVKA-Ⅱ and AFP for HCC. The data were pooled using random effects model. Pooled sensitivity and specificity were calculated. Summary receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC) was employed to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of each marker. Results: Thirty-one studies were included. The pooled sensitivity(95% CI) of PIVKA-Ⅱ and AFP was 0.66(0.65–0.68) and 0.66(0.65–0.67), respectively in diagnosis of HCC; and the corresponding pooled specificity(95% CI) was 0.89(0.88–0.90) and 0.84(0.83–0.85), respectively. The area under the ROC curve(AUC) of PIVKA-Ⅱ and AFP was 0.856(0.817–0.895) and 0.770(0.728–0.811), respectively. Subgroup analysis showed that PIVKA-Ⅱ was superior to AFP in terms of the AUC for both small HCC( < 3 cm) [0.863(0.825–0.901) vs 0.717(0.658–0.776)] and large HCC( ≥ 3 cm) [0.854(0.811–0.897) vs 0.729(0.682–0.776)]; for American [0.926(0.897–0.955) vs 0.698(0.594–0.662)], European [0.772(0.743–0.801) vs 0.628(0.594–0.662)], Asian [0.838(0.812–0.864) vs 0.785(0.764–0.806)] and African [0.812(0.794–0.840) vs 0.721(0.675–0.767)] HCC patients; and for HBV-related [0.909(0.866–0.951) vs 0.714(0.673–0.755)] and mixed-etiology [0.847(0.821–0.873) vs 0.794(0.772–0.816)] HCC. 5Vitamin D improves inflammatory bowel disease outcomes:Basic science and clinical review显示文摘Vitamin D deficiency is commonly diagnosed among patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).Patients with IBD are at risk of low bone density and increased fractures due to low vitamin D levels,long standing disease,and frequent steroid exposures;as a result,it is well established that vitamin D supplementation in this population is important.There is increasing support for the role of vitamin D in strengthening the innate immune system by acting as an immunomodulator and reducing inflammation in experimental and human IBD.The active form of vitamin D,1,25(OH)D3,acts on T cells to promote T helper(Th)2/regulatory T responses over Th1/Th17 responses;suppresses dendritic cell inflammatory activity;induces antibacterial activity;and regulates cytokine production in favor of an antiinflammatory response.Murine and human IBD studies support a therapeutic role of vitamin D in IBD.Risk factors for vitamin D deficiency in this population include decreased sunlight exposure,disease duration,smoking,and genetics.Vitamin D normalization is associated with reduced risk of relapse,reduced risk of IBD-related surgeries,and improvement in quality of life.Vitamin D is an inexpensive supplement which has been shown to improve IBD outcomes.However,further research is required to determine optimal serum vitamin D levels which will achieve beneficial immune effects,and stronger evidence is needed to support the role of vitamin D in inducing disease response and remission,as well as maintaining this improvement in patients’disease states.Krista M Reich Richard N Fedorak Karen Madsen Karen I Kroeker 2014World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,17:34
6Inhibitory effects of RRR-α-tocopheryl succinate on benzo (a) pyrene (B (a) P)-induced forestomach carcinogenesis in female mice显示文摘AIM To study the inhibitory effects of VES( RRR-α-tocopheryl Succinate, VES ), aderivative of natural Vitamin E, on benzo (a)pyrene (B (a) P)-induced forestomach tumor infemale mice.METHODS The model of B (a)P-inducedforestomach tumor was established according tothe methods of Wattenberg with slightmodifications. One hundred and eighty femalemice (6 weeks old) were divided into six groupsequally; negative control (Succinic acid),vehicle control ( Succinate + B (a) P), positivecontrol(B(a) P), high VES(2.5g/kg. b. w + B(a)P), Iow VES(1 .25 g/kg. b. w + B(a) P) ig as wellas VES by ip (20 mg/kg, b. w + B(a) P). Exceptthe negative control group, the mice wereadministrated with B(a)P ig. and correspondingtreatments for 4 weeks to study the anti-carcinogenetic effect of VES during the initiationperiod. The experiment lasted 29 weeks, inwhich the inhibitory effects of VES both ontumor incidence and tumor size were tested.RESULTS The models of B (a)P-inducedforestomach tumor in female mice wereestablished successfully. Some werecauliflower-like, others looked like papilla, evena few were formed into the ulcer cavities. VES at1.25 g/kg. b. w, 2.5 g/kg. b.w. by ig and 20 mg/kg. b. w. via ip could decrease the number oftumors per mouse (1.7 ± 0. 41, 1.6 ± 0.34 and 1.1±0.43), being lower than that of B(a)P group(5.4 ± 0.32, P<0.05). The tumor incidence wasinhibited by 18.2%, 23.1% and 50.0%. 7Pathogenesis of pancreatic encephalopathy in severe acute pancreatitis显示文摘BACKGROUND: Pancreatic encephalopathy (PE) is a serious complication of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). In recent years, more and more PE cases have been reported worldwide, and the onset PE in the early stage was regarded as a poor prognosis sign of SAP, but the pathogenesis of PE in SAP still has not been clarified in the past decade. The purpose of this review is to elucidate the possible pathogenesis of PE in SAP. DATA SOURCES: The English-language literature concern- ing PE in this review came from the Database of MEDLINE (period of 1991-2005), and the keywords of severe acute pancreatitis and pancreatic encephalopathy were used in the searching. RESULTS: Many factors were involved in the pathogenesis of PE in SAP. Pancreatin activation, excessive release of cytokines and oxygen free radicals, microcirculation abnormalities of hemodynamic disturbance, ET-1/NO ratio, hypoxemia, bacterial infection, water and electrolyte imbalance, and vitamin B1 deficiency participated in the development of PE in SAP. CONCLUSIONS: The pathogenesis of PE in SAP has not yet been fully understood. The development of PE in SAP may be a multi-factor process. 9铁代谢相关血清学指标在贫血诊断中的应用价值显示文摘目的:了解血清维生素B12(VitB12)、叶酸(FA)及血清铁蛋白(SF)、血清转铁蛋白(TF)、总铁结合力(TIBC)、血清铁(SI)4项铁代谢指标检测在贫血的诊断和鉴别诊断中的价值。方法选择该院2013年1~5月贫血患者126例和健康对照组30例,测定其血清中VitB12、FA、SF、TF、TIBC和SI浓度并进行比较,贫血患者同时抽取骨髓标本涂片,经铁染色及形态学检查,检查结果与上述血清学指标测定结果进行临床诊断符合率的比较。结果铁代谢相关的各个指标的血清浓度在贫血患者和健康对照组比较差异有统计学意义( P<0.05),各类贫血均有其较为特异的血清学特征;126例贫血患者的临床诊断符合率,骨髓检查为82.5%,明显高于血清学检查(69.8%)(χ2=5.600,P=0.018);但在骨髓形态学不能明确诊断的23例贫血患者中,82.6%(19/23)血清学指标检测结果符合临床诊断;两种检查方法的不符合率达25.4%(32/126)。结论骨髓检查和血清学检测对贫血诊断的侧重点不同,各有优势,不能相互替代。二者联合应用对缺铁性贫血(IDA)与慢性病贫血伴缺铁(ACD/ID)、MDS与巨幼细胞性贫血(M A )以及混合细胞性贫血的鉴别诊断上具有一定的临床价值。彭碧 曾白华 陈小红 2014国际检验医学杂志2014,35,5:23

11Recent progress in Helicobacter pylori treatment显示文摘The main challenge in the field of Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)infection is antibiotic resistance,which influences the efficacy of eradication regimens.Bismuth-containing quadruple therapy has been confirmed as an effective regimen for eradicating H.pylori,especially in strains with antibiotic resistance.High-dose proton-pump inhibitor-amoxicillin dual therapy could decrease the use of unnecessary antibiotics,which is a promising alternative approach.Adjuvant therapy(specific probiotic or vitamin)also showed good results,although more evidence is needed.Novel anti-H.pylori drugs are needed,and the establishment of the H.pylori database is an effective way to acknowledge the real-time information of H.pylori management.This review provides the recent progress of H.pylori treatment,and further studies are needed to address the role of different regimens in improving H.pylori eradication rate,especially in strains with antibiotics resistance.Yi Hu Yin Zhu Nong-Hua Lu 2020Chinese Medical Journal2020,,3:20
12Repurposing vitamin D for treatment of human malignancies via targeting tumor microenvironment显示文摘Tumor cells along with a small proportion of cancer stem cells exist in a stromal microenvironment consisting of vasculature, cancer-associated fibroblasts, immune cells and extracellular components.Recent epidemiological and clinical studies strongly support that vitamin D supplementation is associated with reduced cancer risk and favorable prognosis. Experimental results suggest that vitamin D not only suppresses cancer cells, but also regulates tumor microenvironment to facilitate tumor repression. In this review, we have outlined the current knowledge on epidemiological studies and clinical trials of vitamin D. Notably, wesummarized and discussed the anticancer action of vitamin D in cancer cells, cancer stem cells and stroma cells in tumor microenvironment, providing a better understanding of the role of vitamin D in cancer. 14早期糖尿病肾病患者1,25-(OH)_2D_3及炎性因子的变化及骨化三醇胶丸的干预作用显示文摘目的观察维生素D代谢物1,25-二羟维生素D_3[1,25-(OH)_2D_3]对早期糖尿病肾病(DN)患者炎性因子TGF-β、TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP水平的影响。方法2型糖尿病患者150例,其中单纯糖尿病患者60例为DM组,早期DN 90例为DN组。DN组再随机分为治疗亚组和对照亚组各45例。对照亚组常规治疗,治疗亚组常规治疗+骨化三醇胶丸,疗程均3个月,比较各组1,25-(OH)_2D_3、24 h尿蛋白定量及相关炎性因子的变化。结果治疗前,DN组1,25-(OH)_2D_3水平低于DM组(P<0.05);TGF-β、TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP,24 h尿蛋白定量、SCr水平均高于DM组(P<0.05);治疗亚组治疗后TGF-β、TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP水平及24 h尿蛋白定量均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),1,25-(OH)_2D_3水平较前升高(P<0.05)。对照亚组与治疗亚组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(11.1】%vs.11.11%,P>0.05)。结论早期DN患者1,25-(OH)_2D_3缺乏,炎性因子水平增高,补充骨化三醇胶丸可以改善炎性反应状态。段晓星 常永丽 智淑清 2014疑难病杂志2014,13,4:18
15Correlation between serum vitamin B12 level and peripheral neuropathy in atrophic gastritis显示文摘AIM To explore the correlation between serum vitamin B12 level and peripheral neuropathy in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG). METHODS A total of 593 patients diagnosed with chronic gastritis by gastroscopy and pathological examination fromSeptember 2013 to September 2016 were selected for this study. The age of these patients ranged within 18-to 75-years-old. Blood pressure, height and weight were measured in each patient, and the body mass index value was calculated. Furthermore, gastric acid, serum gastrin, serum vitamin and serum creatinine tests were performed, and peripheral nerve conduction velocity and Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori) were detected. In addition, the type of gastritis was determined by gastroscopy. The above factors were used as independent variables to analyze chronic gastritis with peripheral neuropathy and vitamin B12 deficiency risk factors, and to analyze the relationship between vitamin B12 levels and peripheral nerve conduction velocity. In addition, in the treatment of CAG on the basis of vitamin B12, patients with peripheral neuropathy were observed. RESULTS Age, H. pylori infection, CAG, vitamin B9 and vitamin B12 were risk factors for the occurrence of peripheral nerve degeneration.Furthermore,CAG and H. pylori infection were risk factors for chronic gastritis associated with vitamin B12 deficiency. Serum vitamin B12 level was positively correlated with sensory nerve conduction velocity in the tibial nerve(R = 0.463). After vitamin B12 supplementation, patients with peripheral neuropathy improved. CONCLUSION Serum vitamin B12 levels in patients with chronic gastritis significantly decreased, and the occurrence of peripheral neuropathy had a certain correlation. CAG and H. pylori infection are risk factors for vitamin B12 deficiency and peripheral neuropathy. When treating CAG, vitamin B12 supplementation can significantly reduce peripheral nervous system lesions. Therefore, the occurrence of peripheral neuropathy associated with vitamin B12 deficiency may be considered in patients with CAG. 16Vitamin D deficiency/insufficiency from childhood to adulthood:Insights from a sunny country显示文摘Vitamin D is known to be a key regulator of bone metabolism and is associated with muscle strength.Vitamin D deficiency is widely prevalent worldwide.In adults,vitamin D deficiency has been implicated in numerous health conditions including osteoporosis,cancer,diabetes,and autoimmune diseases.Considerable changes have occurred in lifestyles and childhood activities in the past years.Studies have shown that the children population is at high risks of vitamin D deficiency.The objective of this study was to learn about the extent of vitamin D deficiency in children worldwide and especially in sunny country like Israel.In this article we reviewed the extent and severity of vitamin D deficiency worldwide and especially in Israel,through a very comprehensive review of previous reports and research studies done during the last years.We found reports on vitamin D deficiency in children,which was associated with metabolic syndromes and obesity.It was more prevalent in children who spend less time on outdoor activities,in obese children,and in cases when there was imbalance between nutritional intakes and requirements.Vitamin D deficiency is common even in children living in sunny places like Israel.Health professionals should be aware of the fact that although vitamin D deficiency is prevalent in the elderly population,it is also common in children,and can be associated with different illnesses.We encourage supplementation of vitamin D to special populations(pregnant and lactating women,infants,and high risk groups).We also encourage implementation of international food fortification programs.Motti Haimi Richard Kremer 2017World Journal of Clinical Pediatrics2017,6,1:17

18Diagnostic value of gamma-glutamyltransferase/aspartate aminotransferase ratio, protein induced by vitamin K absence or antagonist II, and alpha-fetoprotein in hepatitis B virus-related hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘BACKGROUND Researchers have investigated the diagnostic value of protein induced by vitamin K absence or antagonist II (PIVKA-II) and alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) in hepatitis B virus (HBV)-related hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), and obtained abundant clinical diagnostic data. However, PIVKA-II and AFP have unsatisfactory specificity and sensitivity in the diagnosis of early-stage HBV-related HCC. Gamma-glutamyltransferase (γ-GT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) are common biomarkers for evaluating liver function, and we hypothesized that the γ-GT/AST ratio in combination with PIVKA-II and AFP would improve the diagnosis of early-stage HBV-related HCC. AIM To evaluate the diagnostic value of γ-GT/AST ratio alone or in combination with PIVKA-II and AFP in HBV-related HCC. METHODS Serum levels of γ-GT, AST, PIVKA-II, and AFP were detected and analysed in 176 patients with HBV-related HCC and in 359 patients with chronic hepatitis B. According to tumour size and serum level of HBV DNA, HBV-related HCC patients were divided into the following categories: Early-stage HCC patients, HCC patients, HBV DNA positive (HBV DNA+) HCC patients, and HBV DNA negative (HBV DNA-) HCC patients. Receiver-operating characteristic (ROC) curves were used to analyse and compare the diagnostic value of the single and combined detection of various biomarkers in different types of HBV-related HCC. RESULTS Tumour size was positively correlated with serum levels of PIVKA-II and AFP in HCC patients (r = 0.529, aP < 0.001 and r = 0.270, bP < 0.001, respectively), but there was no correlation between tumour size and the γ-GT/AST ratio (r = 0.073, P = 0.336). The areas under the receiver-operating characteristic curves (AUROCs) of the γ-GT/AST ratio in early-stage HCC patients, HBV DNA+ HCC patients and HBV DNA- HCC patients were not significantly different from that in the total HCC patients (0.754, 0.802, and 0.705 vs 0.779, respectively;P > 0.05). When PIVKA-II was combined with the γ-GT/AST ratio in the diagnosis of earlystage HCC, HCC, and HBV DNA+ HCC, the AUROCs of PIVKA-II increased, with values of 0.857 vs 0.835, 0.925 vs 0.913, and 0.958 vs 0.954, respectively. When AFP was combined with the γ-GT/AST ratio in the diagnosis of early-stage HCC, HCC, HBV DNA+ HCC, and HBV DNA- HCC, the AUROCs of AFP increased, with values of 0.757 vs 0.621, 0.837 vs 0.744, 0.868 vs 0.757, and 0.840 vs 0.828, respectively. 19维生素C对人全血红细胞的抗氧化保护作用显示文摘为了研究维生素C(vitaminC)对全血中红细胞的抗氧化保护作用,将维生素C作为血液保存添加剂,加入盛有无偿献血者静脉血的塑料血袋中(含CPA抗凝液),在25℃条件下,以红细胞ATP酶活性,红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)酶活性,血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量,血浆K+离子含量等作为指标,观察维生素C对全血红细胞保护的抗氧化作用。结果表明:全血中加入维生素C之后,ATP和SOD活性在保存期内均高于对照组,且有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01),MDA和血浆R+浓度的动态变化均显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),超氧化物自由基浓度低于对照组(30%),pH下降速度低于对照组。结论:维生素C对提高红细胞ATP酶活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)酶活性,降低血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量、血浆K+离子含量和血浆中的超氧自由基浓度等方面均有良好的作用。詹彤 陶靖 唐荣才 刘衍春 刘毅 黄兵 周静宇 吴敏慧 刘洪莉 2005中国实验血液学杂志2005,13,6:16
20Oral berberine improves brain dopa/dopamine levels to ameliorate Parkinson’s disease by regulating gut microbiota显示文摘The phenylalanine-tyrosine-dopa-dopamine pathway provides dopamine to the brain.Iin this process,tyrosine hydroxylase(TH)isthe rate-limiting enzyme that hydroxylates tyrosine and generates levodopa(L-dopa)with tetranydrobiopterin(BH_(4))as a coenzyme.Here,we show that oral berberine(BBR)might supply H^(·) through dihydroberberine(reduced BBR produced by bacterial nitroreductase)and promote the production of BHl from dihydrobiopterin;the increased BH,enhances TH activity,which accelerates the production of L-dopa by the gut bacteria.Oral BBR acts in a way similar to vitamins.The L-dopa produced by theintestinal bacteria enters the brain through the circulation and is transformed to dopamine.To verify the gut-brain dialog activatedby BBR's effect,Enterococcus foecalis or Enterococcus faecium was transplanted into Parkinson's disease(PD)mice.The bacteriasignificantly increased brain dopamine and ameliorated PD manifestation in mice;additionally,combination of BBR with bacteriashowed better therapeutic effect than that with bacteria alone.Moreover,2,4,6-trimethy-pyranylium tetrafluoroborate(TMP-TFB)-derivatized matrix-assisted laser desorption mass spectrometry(MALDI-MS)imaging of dopamine identihed elevated striataldopamine levels in mouse brains with oral Enterococcus,and BBR strengthened the imaging intensity of brain dopamine.Theseresults demonstrated that BBR was an agonist of TH in Enterococcus and could lead to the production of L-dopa in the gut.Furthermore,a study of 28 patients with hyperlipidemia conhrmed that oral BBR increased bloodfecal L-dopa by the intestinalbacteria.Hence,BBR might improve the brain function by upregulating the biosynthesis of-dopa in the gut microbiota through avitamin-like effect.Yan Wang Qian Tong Shu-Rong Ma Zhen-Xiong Zhao Li-Bin Pan Lin Cong Pei Han Ran Peng Hang Yu Yuan Lin Tian-Le Gao Jia-Wen Shou Xiao-Yang Li Xian-Feng Zhang Zheng-Wei Zhang Jie Fu Bao-Ying Wen Jin-Bo Yu Xuetao Cao Jian-Dong Jiang 2021Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,3:16
