摘　　要：Klebsiella pneumoniae(KP)is a typical conditional pathogen of medical origin.In recent years,KP has caused an increasing proportion of infections,especially in liver abscesses,and has replaced Escherichia coli as the main pathogen responsible for bacterial liver abscesses[1].However,the detection rate of KP in sterile body fluids is still low[2].Hypervirulent KP(hvKP)can cause multi-site infections such as intraocular inflammation at the same time[3],but the detection of KP in blood cultures,cerebrospinal fluid cultures,and testicular etiology sequencing has rarely been reported.In this study,we reported a case of KP causing multi-site infections,involving the blood,cerebrospinal fluid,testis,and epididymis,and the patient was successfully treated. 关键词：CEREBROSPINAL FLUID PATIENT
