2膝关节单髁置换中聚乙烯垫片的损坏——体内植入和体外模拟的对比研究显示文摘改进的膝关节磨损模拟方法是使膝关节单髁置换(unicondylar knee replacements,UKR)与合成股骨(具有人体股骨相似的形态和材料特性)之间形成“解削式连接”。将体外标准模拟和改进模拟的UKR聚乙烯垫片与体内取出的UKR聚乙烯垫片进行损坏模式的对比。以此评估模拟改进的效果。,共评价了3组UKR垫片:一组为患者体内取出的垫片(植入组,n=17);另一组是将股骨部件连接于标准金属块上进行膝关节磨损模拟之后的垫片(标准组,n=6);最后一组是将股骨部件连接于合成股骨上进行膝关节磨损模拟之后的垫片(解剖纰,n=6)。所有UKR都具有相似的低匹配度的关市面。使用数字图像摄影测量法对关节的磨损(种类、频率和面积)进行量化。虽然这三组之间存往一些共同的磨损方式,但足标准组和解削组垫片磨损的面积与植入组不同。三组垫片在金属股骨关节面和聚乙烯垫片接触的地方,都具有相对聚集的磨损。但只有植人组掐片存在(因磨蚀方式而产生的)相对分散的磨损。合成股骨的使用增加了磨损模拟的复杂性,但是并没产生充分接近于取出垫片的麽损模式。M Harman S Affatato M Spinelli M Zavalloni S Stea A Toni 2011中华骨科杂志2011,31,8:1
