13日粮中添加酶制剂和蒸煮压片玉米对1~21日龄肉仔鸡消化特征和生长性能的影响显示文摘试验旨在研究日粮蒸煮压片(C-F)玉米和添加酶制剂(ES)对1~21日龄肉仔鸡黏膜形态、消化器官重量、饲料消化率和生长性能的影响。试验采用2×2完全随机设计,分为4个处理,其中玉米为未经处理的生玉米和C-F玉米,酶制剂为木聚糖酶、蛋白酶和α-淀粉酶混合物,并设两个添加水平,分别为0和500mg·kg-1。试验结果表明,不同玉米处理并不影响1~21日龄肉仔鸡生产性能,但ES可显著改善1~4日龄肉仔鸡体增重(P<0.01)和饲料转化率(P<0.001)。C-F玉米可改善肉仔鸡肠道食糜黏度,而ES却可以显著降低肠道食糜黏度(P<0.001)。日粮添加ES和C-F玉米对肉仔鸡肠道食糜黏度的影响较未经处理玉米组显著(P<0.05),且日龄较小时效果更为显蓍(P<0.05)。C-F玉米可显著提高肉仔鸡干物质和有机物的肠道表观消化率(P<0.05),极显著提高中性洗涤纤维和淀粉的肠道表观消化率(P<0.10),改善醚提取物(EE)消化率(P<0.10)。ES可以显著改善肉仔鸡氮沉积(P<0.01)和EE消化率(P<0.001)。中性洗涤纤维和淀粉的消化率随日龄增长呈线性增长趋势(P<0.001),但是肉仔鸡的氮沉积和有机物、EE、总能的消化率在4~8日龄下降,随后又会显著升高(P<0.001)。C-F玉米可降低肉鸡胰腺相对重量(P<0.01),提高肝脏的相对重量(P<0.001),且肉鸡前胃、肌胃和肝脏的相对重量在6日龄时达到最大,而小肠和胰的相对重量约在7、8日龄时达到最大。ES可影响绒毛长度,但不影响绒毛宽度或绒毛表面积。综上所述,C-F玉米可以改善肉仔鸡饲料消化率,但在21日龄肉仔鸡的生长性能没有影响;另外,ES只可以改善1~4日龄肉仔鸡的氮沉积、EE消化率和生长性能。Gracia M I Lázaro R Latorre M A Medel P Araníbar M J Jiménez-Moreno E Mateos G G 2009饲料博览2009,,8:0
