1Effects of Electron Beam Local Postweld Heat Treatment on Microstructure and Properties of 30CrMnSiNi2A Steel Welded Joints显示文摘To improve the microstructure and properties of the electron beam welded joints, the vacuum or furnace whole post weld heat treatment (FWPWHT) usually should be done on it. The electron beam local post weld heat treatment (EBLPWHT) is a rather new heat treatment procedure that provides the advantages of high precision, flexibility and efficiency, energy saving and higher productivity. In this paper, the microstructure, mechanical properties, fracture toughness and fatigue properties of electron beam welded joints of 30CrMnSiNi2A steel in as-welded (AW) and EBLPWHT conditions have been investigated respectively. The results show that the microstructures of different zones of joints in as-welded condition are changed by EBLPWHT procedure, in which the welds from coarse needle martensite into lath-shaped martensite; the main structures of heat affected zones (HAZ) from lath-shaped martensite into lower bainite. The properties of welded joints can be improved by the EBLPWHT in some extent, especially the fracture toughness of the welds and the fatigue crack resistance of welded joints can be sufficiently improved. 2Modal identification based on Hilbert-Huang Transform of structural response with S VD preprocessing显示文摘In recent years, Empirical mode decompositionand Hilbert spectral analysis have been combined to identifysystem parameters. Singular-Value Decomposition is proposedas a signal preprocessing technique of Hilbert-HuangTransform to extract modal parameters for closely spacedmodes and low-energy components. 3Gust response modeling and alleviation scheme design for an elastic aircraft显示文摘Time-domain approaches are presented for analysis of the dynamic response of aeroservoelastic systems to atmospheric gust excitations. The continuous and discrete gust inputs are defined in the time domain. The time-domain approach to continuous gust response uses a state-space formulation that requires the frequency-dependent aerodynamic coefficients to be approximated with the rational function of a Laplace variable. A hybrid method which combines the Fourier transform and time-domain approaches is used to calculate discrete gust response. The purpose of this approach is to obtain a time-domain state-space model without using rational function approximation of the gust columns. Three control schemes are designed for gust alleviation on an elastic aircraft, and three control surfaces are used: aileron, elevator and spoiler. The signals from the rate of pitch angle gyroscope or angle of attack sensor are sent to the elevator while the signals from accelerometers at the wing tip and center of gravity of the aircraft are sent to the aileron and spoiler, respectively. All the control laws are based on classical control theory. The results show that acceleration at the center of gravity of the aircraft and bending-moment at the wing-root section are mainly excited by rigid modes of the aircraft and the accelerations at the wing-tip are mainly excited by elastic modes of the aircraft. All the three control schemes can be used to alleviate the wing-root moments and the accelerations. 5Synthesis of vertically aligned carbon nanotube arrays on silicon substrates显示文摘The growth of well-aligned carbon nanotube (CNT) arrays using a heat chemical vapor deposition system on silicon substrates is reported. The growth properties of CNT arrays are studied as a function of synthesis conditions. It is found that 750℃ and 10 nm Fe film are suitable conditions for the growth of well-aligned CNT arrays. CNT arrays with a uniform diameter, thick tube wall and firm cohesion to the Si substrate can be grown for C2H2 concentration of 27%. 11Distribution Characteristics of Winter Continuous Extreme Low Temperature in China显示文摘[Objective] The research aimed to study the distribution characteristics of winter continuous extreme low temperature in China. [Method] Based on the daily minimum temperature data in winter during 1961-2008 in 195 observatories, the continuous extreme low temperature event (cold night) which happened in winter in China and the distribution characteristics of accumulated temperature anomaly in 48 years were analyzed by using the actual probability distribution threshold method. [Result] Besides in Northeast China, Northwest China and Qinghai-Tibet Plateau where the geographical position was northerly, and the altitude was high, the long-time (above 5 d) extreme low temperature event was also easy to happen in the south of Yangtze River, especially in Guizhou, Guangxi, Hunan and so on. The continuous extreme low temperature event in the middle and lower reaches of Yellow River was the least. Started from the metaphase of the 1980s, the frequency trend of continuous extreme low temperature event decreased. But in 1992, 2000 and 2007, the low temperature event which continued above 7 d was more than the average. The accumulated cold in January in 48 years was the strongest. The second one was in February, and the smallest was in December. The accumulated cold in Northeast China and the north of Inner Mongolia was the biggest in December and January. The accumulated cold in the north of Xinjiang was the biggest in February. In the whole winter, the accumulated cold in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau was the smallest. The chilling injury was easier to happen in Guizhou, Guangxi and Hunan than other south areas in December and February. The occurrence probability of chilling injury in most areas of Szechwan Basin, Yunnan and Qinling Mountains in central China was smaller than that in other areas.
