| 1 | 大豆提取物抗戊四唑所致卵巢切除大鼠痉挛的作用(英文)显示文摘目的:研究大豆提取物抗戊四唑所致卵巢切除大鼠痉挛的作用。方法:雌性Wistar大鼠随机分为4组(n=15),分别为假手术组、卵巢切除组、低剂量大豆提取物组和高剂量大豆提取物组。假手术组大鼠行假手术,其余3组大鼠行卵巢切除术。每组大鼠再随机分为2个亚组,其中一个亚组(n=7)每日予低剂量戊四唑(40mg/kg)腹腔内注射,连续14d;另一亚组(n=8)予一次高剂量戊四唑(90mg/kg)腹腔内注射。在戊四唑注射前30min,低剂量大豆提取物(20mg/kg)及高剂量大豆提取物(60mg/kg)组分别腹腔内注射大豆提取物,假手术组及卵巢切除组注射生理盐水。上述步骤完成后,将大鼠置于树脂玻璃箱中观察60min。结果:重复低剂量注射戊四唑14d,卵巢切除组大鼠的痉挛评分在第3、5、8、10、11、12及13天低于假手术组(P<0.05或P<0.01),而低剂量大豆提取物组和高剂量大豆提取物组大鼠的痉挛评分高于卵巢切除组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。一次性高剂量注射戊四唑后,与假手术组相比,卵巢切除组大鼠阵发性强直性抽搐潜伏期延长,而最小阵发性痉挛潜伏期无明显变化;与卵巢切除组相比,低剂量及高剂量的大豆提取物显著缩短了大鼠阵发性强直性抽搐及最小阵发性痉挛的潜伏期(P<0.01)。结论:雌激素能够影响戊四唑所致大鼠痉挛的严重程度,而大豆中所含的植物雌激素也具有类似作用,这种作用还有待更多的研究予以证实。 | Ali Reza Ebrahimzadeh Bideskan Mahmoud Hosseini Toktam Mohammadpour Reza Karami Mehdi Khodamoradi Habibollah Nemati Karimooy Hassan Alavi | 2011 | 中西医结合学报2011,9,6: | 4 |

| 3 | In vitro scolicidal effect of Satureja khuzistanica(Jamzad)essential oil显示文摘Objective:To investigate the scolicidal effect of the Satureja khuzistanica(S.khusistanica) essential oil from aerial parts of this herbal plant.Methods:The essential oil was obtained by hydrodistillation method.Gas chromatography(GC) and gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC-MS) were employed to determine the chemical composition of the essential oil.Protoscolices were collected aseptically from sheep livers containing hydatid cyst.Protoscolices were exposed to various concentrations of the oil(3,5 and 10 mg/mL) for 10,20,30,and 60 min.Viability of protoscolices was confirmed by 0.1%eosin staining.Results:A total of 19 compounds representing 97.6%of the total oil,were identified.Carvacrol(94.9%) was found to be the major essential oil constituent.Scolicidal activity of S.khuzistanica essential oil at concentration of 3 mg/mL was 28.58,32.71,37.20 and 42.02%,respectively.This essential oil at concentration of 5 mg/ mL killed 51.33,66.68,81.12,and 100%.of protoscolices after 10,20,30 and 60 min,respectively. | 4 | Spatial variability of soil microbial indices in common alder COMMON ALDER(Alnus glutinosa) stands using a geostatistical approach in northern Iran显示文摘Microbial indices and their spatial patterns are strongly affected by environmental factors. Spatial variability of soil properties is one of the most important causes of variability in soil microbial indices. This research was conducted in the Caspian forest to assess spatial variabilities and frequency distributions of microbial properties.Ninety soil samples were taken using a grid sampling design 40 9 40 m. Microbial indices, organic carbon,nitrogen and pH were determined. Soil variable distributions showed that microbial indices had abnormal distributions. Logarithmic transformation produced normal distribution. Spatial continuity using geostatistical(variogram) was studied and maps obtained by point kriging.The variograms revealed the presence of spatial autocorrelation. The results indicate that spatial dependence of soil microbial indices was affected by non-intrinsic factors and forest management procedures. The maps show that soil microbial indices and soil properties have spatial variability. | 10 | Effects of different friction stir welding conditions on the microstructure and mechanical properties of copper plates显示文摘Friction stir welding is a new and innovative welding method used to fuse materials. In this welding method, the heat generated by friction and plastic flow causes significant changes in the microstructure of the material, which leads to local changes in the mechanical properties of the weld. In this study, the effects of various welding parameters such as the rotational and traverse speeds of the tool on the microstructural and mechanical properties of copper plates were investigated; additionally, Charpy tests were performed on copper plates for the first time. Also, the effect of the number of welding passes on the aforementioned properties has not been investigated in previous studies. The results indicated that better welds with superior properties are produced when less heat is transferred to the workpiece during the welding process. | 12 | A comparative study using state-of-the-art electronic structure theories on solid hydrogen phases under high pressures显示文摘Identifying the atomic structure and properties of solid hydrogen under high pressures is a long-standing problem of high-pressure physics with far-reaching significance in planetary and materials science.Determining the pressure-temperature phase diagram of hydrogen is challenging for experiment and theory due to the extreme conditions and the required accuracy in the quantum mechanical treatment of the constituent electrons and nuclei,respectively.Here,we demonstrate explicitly that coupled cluster theory can serve as a computationally efficient theoretical tool to predict solid hydrogen phases with high accuracy.We present a first principles study of solid hydrogen phases at pressures ranging from 100 to 450 GPa.The computed static lattice enthalpies are compared to state-of-the-art diffusion Monte Carlo results and density functional theory calculations.Our coupled cluster theory results for the most stable phases including C2/c-24 and P2_(1)/c-24 are in good agreement with those obtained using diffusion Monte Carlo,with the exception of Cmca-4,which is predicted to be significantly less stable.We discuss the scope of the employed methods and how they can contribute as efficient and complementary theoretical tools to solve the long-standing puzzle of understanding solid hydrogen phases at high pressures. | Ke Liao Xin-Zheng Li Ali Alavi Andreas Grüneis | 2019 | npj Computational Materials2019,,1: | 0 |
