| 1 | Discrimination of abiogenic and biogenic alkane gases显示文摘We have combined the analytical data of the carbon isotope distribution pattern, R/Ra and CH4/3He values of abiogenic and biogenic (referring to the thermogenic and bacterial or microbial) alkane gases in China with those of alkane gases from USA, Russia, Germany, Australia and other countries. | 2 | Landscape of PD-1/PD-L1 Regulation and Targeted Immunotherapy显示文摘Programmed cell death protein 1(PD-1)/programmed death ligand 1(PD-L1)is a significant immune checkpoint,and the dysfunction of this axis contributes to tumor metastasis and immune escape.PI3K/Akt/mTOR and MAPK signal network induces PD-1/PD-L1 expression and facilitates tumor progression.Transcriptional factors such as hypoxia induced factors,PTEN,p53,CDK5,BRD4,STAT modulate PD-1/PDL1 expression.PD-1/PD-L1 level is also regulated via epigenetic and post-translational manner.The underlying mechanisms mentioned above may provide potential targets for tumor treatment.At present,the combination therapy of PD-1/PD-L1 monoclonal antibodies plus small molecular inhibitors has achieved good outcomes in tumor treatment. | Jieming Ni Anping Ni | 2018 | Chinese Medical Sciences Journal2018,33,3: | 8 |
| 3 | Mechanism of separating pyrite and dolomite by flotation显示文摘To study the mechanism of separating pyrite and dolomite by flotation, the acting mechanisms of WHL depressor and both the minerals were studied by means of thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA), Fourier transform infra-red-diffuse reflection spectroscopy (FTIR-DRS), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results indicated that WHL formed metal salts with metal ions dissolved in water from dolomite and pyrite, which then deposited on their surfaces. Both of the minerals could be depressed by WHL. | 6 | Heteroheptacene-based acceptors with thieno[3,2-b]pyrrole yield high-performance polymer solar cells显示文摘Rationally utilizing and developing synthetic units is of particular significance for the design of high-performance non-fullerene small-molecule acceptors(SMAs).Here,a thieno[3,2-b]pyrrole synthetic unit was employed to develop a set of SMAs(ThPy1,ThPy2,ThPy3 and ThPy4)by changing the number or the position of the pyrrole ring in the central core based on a standard SMA of IT-4Cl,compared to which the four thieno[3,2-b]pyrrole-based acceptors exhibit bathochromic absorption and upshifted frontier orbital energy level due to the strong electron-donating ability of pyrrole.As a result,the polymer solar cells(PSCs)of the four thieno[3,2-b]pyrrole-based acceptors yield higher open-circuit voltage and lower energy loss relative to those of the IT-4Cl-based device.What is more,the ThPy3-based device achieves a power conversion efficiency(PCE)(15.3%)and an outstanding fill factor(FF)(0.771)that are superior to the IT-4Cl-based device(PCE=12.6%,FF=0.758).The ThPy4-based device realizes the lowest energy loss and the smallest optical band gap,and the ternary PSC device based on PM6:BTP-eC9:ThPy4 exhibits a PCE of 18.43%and a FF of 0.802.Overall,this work sheds light on the great potential of thieno[3,2-b]pyrrole-based SMAs in realizing low energy loss and high PCE. | Zhenghui Luo Ruijie Ma Jianwei Yu Heng Liu Tao Liu Fan Ni Jiahao Hu Yang Zou Anping Zeng Chun-Jen Su U-Ser Jeng Xinhui Lu Feng Gao Chuluo Yang He Yan | 2022 | National Science Review2022,9,7: | 0 |
