1Effect of Gastrodin on Early Brain Injury and Neurological Outcome After Subarachnoid Hemorrhage in Rats显示文摘Gastrodin is a phenolic glycoside that has been demonstrated to provide neuroprotection in preclinical models of central nervous system disease, but its effect in subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH) remains unclear. In this study, we showed that intraperitoneal administration of gastrodin(100 mg/kg per day) significantly attenuated the SAH-induced neurological deficit, brain edema, and increased blood-brain barrier permeability in rats. Meanwhile, gastrodin treatment significantly reduced the SAHinduced elevation of glutamate concentration in the cerebrospinal fluid and the intracellular Ca2+ overload.Moreover, gastrodin suppressed the SAH-induced microglial activation, astrocyte activation, and neuronal apoptosis. Mechanistically, gastrodin significantly reduced the oxidative stress and inflammatory response, up-regulated the expression of nuclear factor erythroid 2–related factor2, heme oxygenase-1, phospho-Akt and B-cell lymphoma2, and down-regulated the expression of BCL2-associated X protein and cleaved caspase-3. 2EEFA: Energy Efficiency Frame Aggregation Scheduling Algorithm for IEEE 802.11n Wireless Network显示文摘Packet size is restricted due to the error-prone wireless channel which drops the network energy utilization.Furthermore,the frequent packet retransmissions also lead to energy waste.In order to improve the energy efficiency of wireless networks and save the energy of wireless devices,EEFA(Energy Efficiency Frame Aggregation),a frame aggregation based energy-efficient scheduling algorithm for IEEE 802.1 In wireless network,is proposed.EEFA changes the size of aggregated frame dynamically according to the frame error rate,so as to ensure the data transmission and retransmissions completed during the TXOP and reduce energy consumption of channel contention.NS2simulation results show that EEFA algorithm achieves better performance than the original frame-aggregation algorithm.GE Zhihui LIANG Anzhong LI Taoshen 2014China Communications2014,11,3:3

5MODEL STUDY OF DREDGED CHANNEL SILTATION IN OFFSHORE OPEN WATER显示文摘Based on the model study, the siltation of dredged channel under the condition of clear water and sediment-water mixture in Lianyun Harbor, Jiangsu Province and the experimental method under complex hydrodynamic elements such as tides, winds, waves and tidal currents are studied. The regularities of the variation of the velocity in the dredged channel in clear water are discussed as well. A group of curves such as water depth, velocity and angle has been plotted as a guide to the selection of a proper direction for a dredged channel.
