1Antecedents of Microblogging Users’Purchase Intention Toward Celebrities’Merchandise:Perspectives of Virtual Community and Fan Economy显示文摘Over the last few decades,cross-fertilization between marketing and fandom studies in a mediated world has been rare,hindering the knowledge development for marketing practitioners in the Chinese fan economy context.The purpose of this study is to find and establish a conceptual framework that includes Online Interaction(OI),Parasocial Relationships(PSR)and virtual fan communities on Weibo,and how these contributory factors embedded in the interplay process of digital fandom practices in terms of enhancing fans’Purchase Intention(PI)and media consumption behaviours toward the celebrities’merchandise.Using an online survey instrument,this research collected 294 completed responses from fans who had online interactions with celebrities and engagement of virtual fan communities on Weibo.Key results and findings provided a clear framework of four antecedents based on the conceptual model and indicated that the high intensity of OI led to higher levels of the perception of PSR and the Sense of Virtual Community(SOVC).Increased PSR and the SOVC can be seen as significant positive predictors of the PI(a part of consumer identity construction as a fan)also.This study revealed the underlying mechanism of an emerging marketing genre,also provide useful implications of audiences’digital marketing practices for marketers,celebrities and policymakers.Aoyi Yang KyuJin Shim 2020Journal of Psychological Research2020,2,2:2

17An eIF3a gene mutation dysregulates myocardium growth with left ventricular noncompaction via the p-ERK1/2 pathway显示文摘Left ventricular noncompaction(LVNC)is a heterogeneous disorder with undlear genetic causes and an unknown mechanism.elF3a,an important member of the Eukaryotic translation initiation factor 3(elF3)family,is involved in multiple biological processes,indluding cell prolif eration and migration during myocardial development,suggesting it could play a role in LVNC development.To investigate the association between a novel variant(C.1145 A->G)in elF3a and LVNC,and explore potential mechanisms that could lead to the development of LVNC.A novel elF3a variant,C.1145 A->G,was identified by whole-exome sequencing in a familial pedigree with LVNC.Adenovirus vectors containing wild-type elF 3a and the mutated version were constructed and co-infected into H9C2 cells.Cell proliferation,apoptosis,cell migration,and differentiation,as well as phosphorylation of ERK1/2 were stud-ied and were measured by proliferation assays,flow cytometry,real-time PCR and Westem blot,respectively.The elF3a mutation inhibited the proliferation of H9C2 cells,induced apoptosis,promoted cell migration,and inhibited the dif ferentiation of human induced plurip-otent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes(hiPSC-CMs).The effect of the elF3a mutation may be attributed to a decrease in expression of p-ERK1/2.A novel elF3a gene mutation disrupted the p-ERK1/2 pathway and caused decreased myocardium proliferation,differentiation,acceler-ated migration.This finding may provide some insight into the mechanism involved in LVNC development.Mei Ge Xuehan Bai Aoyi Liu Lingjuan Liu Jie Tian Tiewei Lu 2021Genes & Diseases2021,8,4:1
18Impact of physical activity on the prevalence of hypertension among the older adults in Beijing communities显示文摘This study aims to evaluate the impact of physical activity (PA) on the prevalence of hypertension among older adults in Beijing community. As economy growing rapidly in China, the occurrence of hypertension increases among older people in China as well. Epidemiological studies have shown that physical activity may significantly related to lower risk of hypertension. Taking PA maybe an instructive factor to reduce the risk of being hypertensive. We randomly selected Beijing community residents aged 65 and above (n = 400), collected data comprising level of PA (low, moderate, high), blood pressure, and a host of potentially confounding variables indicated by the literature. Five logistic regression models adjusted for different modifiers were used to estimate the association between hypertension and PA. The prevalence of hypertension was 96.88%, 78.57% and 73.66% among subjects with low, moderate and high level of PA respectively. Lower diastolic BP was observed for elder people with higher level of PA (p<0.01). We observed a strong and statistically significant association between moderate (OR=0.09, 95% CI: 0.01 to 0.74) or high (OR=0.08, 95% CI: 0.01 to 0.57) level of PA and lower risk of hypertension (p < 0.05).
