13初生金仓鼠蜗管发育的组织学观察显示文摘目的 建立一种可用于研究先天性耳聋的动物模型。方法 将出生后第一天和第五天的金仓鼠处死后 ,制作其耳蜗组织切片 ,进行观察分析。结果 金仓鼠出生后第一天 ,其耳蜗顶周所处的发育阶段可以和人耳在第 2月初胎龄时发育阶段相比 ,其底周则可和人第 2月末胎龄时相比 ,生后第五天的蜗管发育则相当于人耳蜗在整个第 3月胎龄的发育。结论 对出生后第一天的金仓鼠施加有害因素的影响 ,可能有助于对整个 2月胎龄的人耳蜗管发育阶段损害的病理和电生理的分析。魏能润 Giebel W Arold R 2001听力学及言语疾病杂志2001,9,4:0
