1基于光强传输方程的非干涉相位恢复与定量相位显微成像:文献综述与最新进展显示文摘相位恢复与定量相位成像是光学测量与成像技术领域的一个重要课题。传统干涉测量法依赖高度相干光源的干涉叠加,干涉装置复杂,测量环境要求苛刻,引入的散斑噪声极大地限制了传统干涉测量法在显微成像领域的应用。光强传输方程(TIE)作为最具代表性的相位恢复方法之一,为定量相位成像提供了一种新的非干涉手段。近些年来,该方法在国内外得到广泛研究与关注,发展迅速,成果显著,在自适应光学、X射线衍射光学、电子显微学、光学显微成像等领域展现了巨大的应用潜力。从光强传输方程的基本原理、方程求解、光强轴向微分的差分估计、部分相干成像与光场成像等几方面综述了光强传输方程在光学成像领域,特别是定量相位显微成像领域的研究现状与最新进展,并针对现存问题以及今后的研究方向提出了建议。左超 陈钱 孙佳嵩 Anand Asundi 2016中国激光2016,43,6:32
2Microlens Light Field Imaging Method Based on Bionic Vision and 3-3 Dimensional Information Transforming显示文摘his paper adopts the 3-3-2 information processing method for the capture of moving objects as its premise, and proposes a basic principle of three-dimensional (3D) imaging using biological compound eye. Traditional bionic vision is limited by the available hardware. Therefore, in this paper, the new-generation technology of microlens-array light-field camera is proposed as a potential method for the extraction of depth information from a single image. A significant characteristic of light-field imaging is that it records intensity and directional information from the lights entering the camera. Herein, a refocusing method using light-field image is proposed. By calculating the focusing cost at different depths from the object, the imaging plane of the object is determined, and a depth map is constructed based on the position of the object’s imaging plane. Compared with traditional light-field depth estimation, the depth map calculated by this method can significantly improve resolution and does not depend on the number of light-field microlenses. In addition, considering that software algorithms rely on hardware structure, this study develops an imaging hardware that is only 7 cm long based on the second-generation microlens camera’s structure, further validating its important refocusing characteristics. 3Residual stress measurement for injection molded components显示文摘Residual stress induced during manufacturing of injection molded components such as polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA) affects the mechanical and optical properties of these components. These residual stresses can be visualized and quantified by measuring their birefringence. In this paper, a low birefringence polariscope(LBP) is used to measure the whole-field residual stress distribution of these injection molded specimens. Detailed analytical and experimental study is conducted to quantify the residual stress measurement in these materials. A commercial birefringence measurement system was used to validate the results obtained to our measurement system. 4In-line digital holography for dynamic metrology of MEMS(Invited Paper)显示文摘In-line digital holography helps to relax the spatial resolution requirement on charge-coupled device sensors for digital recording of holograms and to utilize the full sensing area for image reconstruction which provides larger field of view and better imaging resolution. In this letter, a lensless in-line digital holographic microscopy is presented for dynamic metrology of micro-electro-mechanical systems devices. The methodologies of interferometry and time-averaged in-line digital holography are presented for dynamic measurements, which are also useful for simultaneous suppression of in-line waves from real image wave. 5Digital Holography-A New Paradigm In Imaging, Microscopy and Metrology显示文摘Digital Holography (DH) has brought a new impetus to the field of holography. The fields of imaging, microscopy and metrology have all benefited from these developments. In this paper some of these developments will be described with some applications in the fields of color imaging, amplitude and phase microscopy and dynamic metrology.
