| 1 | 温度对海带幼孢子体生长和光合作用的影响显示文摘根据欧盟项目的总体研究计划 ,在室内和围隔实验中研究了海带幼孢子体在不同温度条件下的生长情况和光合作用曲线 ,得出幼孢子体在 15°C下生长情况最好 ,而且其长度和重量的日增加量均和温度有线性相关关系。 Pm 值在 15℃时为 5 79mol O2 / (g DW· h) ,围隔实验中为 6 4 2 (mol O2 / (g DW· h)。由于围隔实验海区的光照强于室内 ,使得围隔中海带的光合作用曲线其光饱和点高于室内实验海带的光饱和点。海带光饱和参数 (Ik)与温度有线性相关关系 (R2 =0 .736 7,p<0 .0 5 )。5℃时 ,Ik 值平均为 96μE/ (m2 · s) ,10℃时为 71μE/ (m2 · s) ,15℃时为 31μE/ (m2 · s)。呼吸速率 R值在 5℃时最低 ,为 5 4μmol O2 / (g DW·h) ,10℃、15℃和围隔中均高于 5℃时的呼吸速率 ,并且在 10℃达到最高。本次实验研究得出的生长和光合作用参数将有助于合理确定桑沟湾中海带的养殖容量。 | 朱明远 吴荣军 李瑞香 岳国锋 孙丕喜 Jean-Marc Deslous-Paoli Isabelle Auby | 2004 | 生态学报2004，24，1： | 14 |
| 2 | 海带(Laminaria japonica)幼孢子体生长和光合作用的N需求显示文摘根据室内和围隔实验中海带幼孢子体在不同硝态氮浓度下的生长情况和光合作用速率(Pmax),分析了幼孢子体的N需求,得到其最大生长率(μm)为0.12d-1,维持生存的最低组织N含量(NQ)为16.8μg/mgDW,以最大生长率生长所必需组织N的临界值(NC)为20.4μg/mgDW,每天以最大速率生长的N需求(Nreq)为2.45μg/mgDWd-1。同时,不同处理组的初始NO3-N浓度越高,海带幼孢子体吸收速率和组织N的累加速率越高,且呈明显的线性相关关系(R2分别为0.8393和0.7793,P<0.05)。现场围隔实验中,叶绿素a含量(R2=0.7907,P<0.05)和组织N含量(R2=0.9147,P<0.01)与Pmax也呈明显的线性相关关系。同时,根据海带幼孢子体N的需求和营养吸收状况,分析认为,海带幼孢子体存在受到N限制的风险,但凭其营养吸收能力有适应N限制的能力。还根据海带的这种生理特征,探讨了大型海藻的养殖对富营养化海水的生态调控。 | 吴荣军 朱明远 李瑞香 张学雷 郑有飞 孙丕喜 Jean-Marc Deslous-Paoli Isabelle Auby | 2006 | 海洋通报2006，25，5： | 7 |
