1渐进成形圆柱孔翻边的有限元和实验分析(英文)显示文摘研究单点渐进成形中坯料预切孔尺寸对圆柱孔翻边的可成形性的影响。翻边制造从45°到90°分为4个阶段,采用铝作为实验材料。孔尺寸对圆柱翻边的应力/应变分布有显著影响。随着孔尺寸的增大周向应变增大,翻边的壁厚增厚。同样地,随着孔尺寸的增大von Mises应力降低。而且,孔尺寸存在一个临界值(80 mm),当低于这个值时会产生严重的应力,从而导致板材断裂,圆柱翻边成形失败。随着孔尺寸的减小,且大于临界尺寸时,可成形性降低。结果表明,孔的临界尺寸为80 mm能使铝板在渐进孔成形中的可成形性能最大化。G.HUSSAIN H.VALAEI Khalid A.Al-GHAMDI B.KHAN 2016Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2016,26,9:1
2Exploring the Approaches to Data Flow Computing显示文摘Architectures based on the data flow computing model provide an alternative to the conventional Von-Neumann architecture that are widelyused for general purpose computing.Processors based on the data flow architecture employ fine-grain data-driven parallelism.These architectures have thepotential to exploit the inherent parallelism in compute intensive applicationslike signal processing,image and video processing and so on and can thusachieve faster throughputs and higher power efficiency.In this paper,severaldata flow computing architectures are explored,and their main architecturalfeatures are studied.Furthermore,a classification of the processors is presented based on whether they employ either the data flow execution modelexclusively or in combination with the control flow model and are accordinglygrouped as exclusive data flow or hybrid architectures.The hybrid categoryis further subdivided as conjoint or accelerator-style architectures dependingon how they deploy and separate the data flow and control flow executionmodel within their execution blocks.Lastly,a brief comparison and discussionof their advantages and drawbacks is also considered.From this study weconclude that although the data flow architectures are seen to have maturedsignificantly,issues like data-structure handling and lack of efficient placementand scheduling algorithms have prevented these from becoming commerciallyviable.Mohammad B.Khan Abdul R.Khan Hasan Alkahtani 2022Computers, Materials & Continua2022,,5:0
