1管材、显微组织和热处理对没有轴向力的液压成形管工艺响应的影响显示文摘本文研究了金属管的材质、显微组织和热处理对液压管工艺的响应。在实施一个成功的液压管工艺中最重要的参数之一是选择适当的金属管的材料。在分析部分,探索了为液压工艺选用的适当管材料所需的几个有效参数。最终得出较高的应变硬化指数(n),弹性模量(E)和各向异性指数(R),它们能在此工艺中增强成形性能。已经研究了显微组织和热处理对ASTM C11000铜和ASTM AA1050铝的成形性能的影响。因此选择了4种不同热处理工艺,有不同的加热温度和保温时间,以及对每一种材料的不同冷却方法。在试验中详细观测了这些热处理方法对最大膨胀高度、应变厚度和最终形成的压力的影响。用金相检验也观测了热处理对铜的显微组织的影响;另一方面考察了铜的显微组织对液压管工艺的影响。这些分析的结果,对铜和铝推荐两种热处理方法,即分别在450℃和350℃加热15 min,在水中冷却。所以采用这两种方法是因为能得到较高的应变厚度和膨胀高度,从而获得细而均匀的显微组织,较高的机械强度和增加材料的成形性。最后,测得两种材料的机械性能后,比较了它们的两个参数,强度系数和应变硬化指数,并把它们作为液压管工艺改善管变形的有效因素。Fatemi A Morovvati M R Biglari F R 2013热处理技术与装备2013,34,2:2
