1Effects of Multiple Cleaning and Disinfection Interventions on Infectious Diseases in Children: A Group Randomized Trial in China显示文摘Objective To assess the effectiveness of multiple cleaning and disinfection interventions in the homes and kindergartens, in reducing gastrointestinal and respiratory illnesses of children. Methods From October 2010 to September 2011, we performed a prospective, controlled study in China. 408 children under 5 years old were recruited and group randomized into intervention and control groups. Families and kindergartens in the intervention group were provided with antibacterial products for hand hygiene and surface cleaning or disinfection for one year. Each child's illness symptoms and sick leave were recorded every day. Results A total of 393 children completed the study, with similar baseline demographics in each of the 2 groups. Except for abdominal pain, the odds of symptoms(fever, cough and expectoration, runny nose and nasal congestion, diarrhea), illness(acute respiratory illness and gastrointestinal illness), and sick leave per person each month were significantly reduced by interventions. The rates of fever, diarrhea, acute respiratory illness, gastrointestinal illness and sick leave per person per year were significantly decreased as well. 5A phase III randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled trial of the denosumab biosimilar QL1206 in postmenopausal Chinese women with osteoporosis and high fracture risk显示文摘The current study evaluated the efficacy and safety of a denosumab biosimilar,QL1206(60 mg),compared to placebo in postmenopausal Chinese women with osteoporosis and high fracture risk.At 31 study centers in China,a total of 455 postmenopausal women with osteoporosis and high fracture risk were randomly assigned to receive QL1206(60 mg subcutaneously every 6 months)or placebo.From baseline to the 12-month follow-up,the participants who received QL1206 showed significantly increased bone mineral density(BMD)values(mean difference and 95%CI)in the lumbar spine:4.780%(3.880%,5.681%),total hip:3.930%(3.136%,4.725%),femoral neck 2.733%(1.877%,3.589%)and trochanter:4.058%(2.791%,5.325%)compared with the participants who received the placebo.In addition,QL1206 injection significantly decreased the serum levels of C-terminal crosslinked telopeptides of type 1 collagen(CTX):−77.352%(−87.080%,−66.844%),and N-terminal procollagen of type l collagen(P1NP):−50.867%(−57.184%,−45.217%)compared with the placebo over the period from baseline to 12 months.No new or unexpected adverse events were observed.We concluded that compared with placebo,QL1206 effectively increased the BMD of the lumbar spine,total hip,femoral neck and trochanter in postmenopausal Chinese women with osteoporosis and rapidly decreased bone turnover markers.This study demonstrated that QL1206 has beneficial effects on postmenopausal Chinese women with osteoporosis and high fracture risk.Hao Zhang Jie-mei Gu Ai-jun Chao Qun Cheng Dong-hui Teng Jin-ming Yu Bing-wu Wang Ya-nan Huo Li Mao Qiu Zhang Hong Yang Shi-gui Yan Ke-qin Zhang Xue-ling Zhao Hua Lin Yu Pei Zhong Yuan Ru-chun Dai Liang He Li Chen Yong-feng Su Zhong-liang Deng Li You Bo Ban Mei Zhu You-liang Cao Yi-kun Zhu Zhi-jun Li Zhi Zhang Cheng-qing Yi Yi-bing Lu Guang Wang Cui-cui Han Zhen-jiang Wang Xian-xing Li Zhen-lin Zhang 2023Acta Pharmacologica Sinica2023,44,2:1
6Study of large area hydrogenated microcrystalline silicon p-layers for back surface field in crystalline silicon solar cells显示文摘A series of hydrogenated microcrystalline silicon (μc-Si:H) p-layers for back surface field in crystalline silicon solar cells were deposited on glass substrates by the developed large area (45 cm×45 cm) plasma enhanced chemical vapour deposition processor operating at 13.56 MHz and various values of source gas trimethylboron (TMB) to H2 flowratio. The influence of deposition parameters on the large area p-layer performance was intensively studied,as well as the thin film uniformity,optical,electrical and structural performances by Raman,FTIR,Ellipsometry,etc. Arrhenius and Tauc plots were used to discuss the μc-Si:H thin film’s activation energy and the defects state distribution. When amorphous-microcrystalline transition state was obtained,the deposited p-doped μc-Si:H layers showed specific resistance of 38.3 Ω-1cm-1 at the flowratio of 0.66% and high crystallinity of 45%–50% with no further treatment.
