| 1 | 孕妇依从性对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇妊娠结局的影响显示文摘目的:研究孕妇医嘱依从性(包括日常运动和节食)对妊娠期糖尿病控制和其妊娠结局的影响。方法:纳入从2014年7月到2015年7月的共484例我院产检建卡的孕妇。实验组(GDM组):224例诊断GDM的孕妇,详细进行个体化日常饮食和锻炼宣教。对照组:260例同期非GDM孕妇。入院待产日对全部孕妇进行问卷调查,所有必要的信息及分娩方式及结局均被记录并分析孕产妇的依从性及其妊娠结局。结果:孕前体重指数,经产率,及娩出巨大儿发病率三者在GDM组均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。另外,依从性好的GDM孕妇巨大儿发病率和剖宫产率低于依从性差的GDM孕妇。结论:GDM增加孕妇及新生儿不良事件风险,GDM孕妇良好的依从性,遵医嘱进行饮食调整和适度的锻炼,可降低GDM相关不良妊娠结局,特别是巨大儿发病率。 | PUJA Baniya 王婉雪 李曼 张加苗 乐江华 杨一华 | 2016 | 华夏医学2016,29,4: | 5 |
| 2 | 稽留流产妇女蜕膜IFN-γ水平与IgE检测及临床分析显示文摘目的观察稽留流产妇女蜕膜组织IFN-γ水平,了解稽留流产妇女的免疫学特征。方法检测稽留流产妇女蜕膜组织IFN-γ、IgE含量,对蜕膜组织IFN-γ与蜕膜组织总IgE进行相关性分析。ELISA法测定蜕膜组织IFN-γ和蜕膜组织总IgE。结果(1)实验组蜕膜组织IFN-γ水平为(2.32±0.56)pg/mL,较对照组IFN-γ水平(0.90±0.15)pg/mL明显增高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)实验组蜕膜组织总IgE水平为(4.04±1.12)KU/L,较对照组蜕膜组织总IgE水平(1.51±0.54)KU/L明显增高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(3)蜕膜组织IFN-γ与蜕膜组织总IgE水平呈正相关,r=-0.698,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论稽留流产妇女蜕膜组织IFN-γ较正常儿童明显降低,蜕膜组织IFN-γ检测对于稽留流产妇女诊断治疗有一定参考价值。 | 方杰 鲍婷郡 Baniya S Kathayat S | 2013 | 中国医药科学2013,3,19: | 4 |

| 5 | Motive-based segmentation of international tourists at Gaurishankar Conservation Area,Nepal显示文摘Gaurishankar Conservation Area(GCA)is a recently established natural-based protected area in Nepal,which has witnessed an increase in international visitors.To optimize visitor experience,it is essential to examine motivations to visit along with visitors’characteristics and behavioral dispositions.The purpose of this study was to examine international tourists via a motive-based segmentation approach for GCA.In addition,the study also intended to identify visitor segments’profile characteristics such as socio-demographic,travel behaviors,satisfaction,loyalty intention,and their willingness to pay for higher entrance fees.Data(N=121)were collected among international tourists visiting GCA either as a primary destination or as a transit point.Results identified three distinct segments of visitors–‘local art and culture enthusiast’,‘escapist’,and‘nature adventurer.’Each cluster was different with regards to their sociodemographics,travelbehavior,satisfaction,willingness to revisit and recommend,and willingness to pay to support the environment and cultural resources,and local economy.The insights gained from motive-based segmentation can be beneficial to GCA to develop specific products and promotions and incorporate visitor monitoring&management programs. | Rojan BANIYA Brijesh THAPA Ramesh PAUDYAL Suman Shree NEUPANE | 2021 | Journal of Mountain Science2021,18,1: | 1 |

| 7 | Physical Land Suitability Assessment for the Large Cardamom Amomum subulatum Roxb.Cultivation in Hills of Kathmandu Valley显示文摘Nepal is one of the top three exporters of larger cardamom(Amomum subulatum Roxb.) in the world market contributing largely to the Nepalese economy.Sub-Himalayan range of hilly area of eastern Nepal is popular for large cardamom cultivation.Being similar phytogeographical and ecological setting,cultivation has begun in hills of Kathmandu Valley however land suitability needs to be evaluated with reference to specific need of the crop.Kathmandu is a valley with alluvial bottom and altitudinal range between 1200 and 2730m above sea level having cool to warm temperate climatic range.Varieties of aspects and slope gradient have potentiality for the large cardamom cultivation.Aim of the study was set to categorize available land area in the range of suitability for large cardamon cultivation on the basis of physical characteristics of the land and ecological need of crop.Land evaluation methodology has been designed along with site specific amendment in FAO framework(1976).Land use map in scale of 1:25 000 was used in geographic information system environment.Suitability was done through map overlaying methods.Aim of the study was set to categorize available land area in the range of suitability categories for large cardamom cultivation based on physical characteristics of the land matching with ecological need of crop.Analysis of data shows that altitudinal range at uplands of Kathmandu Valley and annual average rainfall and temperature are found to be within suitability range for Amomum subulatum cultivation.Sandy loam soil,slightly acidic in nature with gentle sloping land of about 5-8° provides highly suitable condition.Result showed that more than one-third of total land area above 1800 m of altitude is suitable.Selectively,of the total area,5% are north facing slope,13% gentle slopes are highly suitable.16% lands with north east orientation are moderately suitable.Most of the land areas which are marginaly suitabile for vegetable and cereal crops are highly suitable for large cardamom.Hills of northern boundary hills found to be suitable due to more rainfall distribution pattern compared to southern boundary hills.Therefore,land evaluation also identifies limitations and input requirements for sustainable production. | Nabarath Baniya Michael Behme Saroja Baniya | 2009 | Chinese Journal of Population,Resources and Environment2009,7,4: | 0 |

| 10 | Rainfall erosivity and sediment dynamics in the Himalaya catchment during the Melamchi flood in Nepal显示文摘Rainfall erosivity is an indicator of rainfall potential to cause soil erosion.The Melamchi extreme flood occurred on June-15 and recurred on July-31,2021 in Nepal.During these flooding events,a large volume of sediments were eroded,transported and deposited due to the high rainfall erosivity of the basin.In this study,the temporal and the spatial distribution of rainfall erosivity within the Melamchi River Basin was estimated and further linked to sediment discharge and concentration at various sites along the river segments.The daily rainfall data for the event year 2021 of the entire basin were used.Validation was performed by post-flooding grain size sampling.The result showed that rainfall and rainfall erosivity exhibit pronounced intensity within the Melamchi River basin,particularly at Sermathang and Tarkeghang,both located in the middle section of the basin.The average annual rainfall in the Melamchi region was 3140.39 mm with an average annual erosivity of 18302.06(MJ mm)/(ha h yr).The average daily erosivity of the basin was 358.67(MJ mm)/(ha h)during the first event and 1241(MJ mm)/(ha h)for the second event.In the upper section of sampling,the sediment size ranged from 0.1 mm to>8 mm and was poorly graded.However,the lower region had smaller sediment ranging from 0.075 mm to>4.75 mm and also well graded.The smaller size(<1 mm)sediment passing was much higher in the Chanaute(78%)and Melamchi(66.5%)river segments but the larger size(>100 mm)sediments were passed relatively higher from the Kiwil(8.20%)and Ambathan(8.39%)river segments.During premonsoon and monsoon seasons,the highest sediment concentration was found to be 563.8 g/L and 344.3 g/L in Bhimtar and the lowest was 238.5 g/L and 132.1 g/L at the Ambathan,respectively.The sediment concentration during the pre-monsoon was found to be higher than the sediment concentration during the monsoon season in the Melamchi River.The more erosive regions in the basin were associated with the presence of highly fractured rock,weathered rocks and a thrust(weak)zone.The higher rainfall erosivity at upstream and the higher sediment concentration at downstream during flooding events have coincided well in the basin.Thus,the estimation of rainfall erosivity at the catchment scale and its influences on sediment concentration in the river are crucial for erosion control measures during flooding times in the Himalaya. | Binod BANIYA TANG Qiu-hong Bhupati NEUPANE XU Xi-meng HE Li Tirtha Raj ADHIKARI Seyed Rashid Fallah SHAMSI Yam Prasad DHITAL | 2023 | Journal of Mountain Science2023,20,10: | 0 |
