| 1 | Endocrine Disruption Activity of 30-day Dietary Exposure to Decabromodiphenyl Ethane in Balb/C Mouse显示文摘Objective This study aimed to evaluate the hepatotoxicity,metabolic disturbance activity and endocrine disrupting activity of mice treated by Decabromodiphenyl ethane(DBDPE).Methods In this study,Balb/C mice were treated orally by gavage with various doses of DBDPE.After 30 days of treatment,mice were sacrificed; blood,livers and thyroid glands were obtained,and hepatic microsomes were isolated.Biochemical parameters including 8 clinical chemistry parameters,blood glucose and hormone levels including insulin and thyroid hormone were assayed.The effects of DBDPE on hepatic cytochrome P450(CYP) levels and activities and uridinediphosphate-glucuronosyltransferase(UDPGT) activities were investigated.Liver and thyroid glands were observed.Results There were no obvious signs of toxicity and no significant treatment effect on body weight,or liver-to-body weight ratios between treatment groups.The levels of ALT and AST of higher dose treatment groups were markedly increased.Blood glucose levels of treatment groups were higher than those of control group.There was also an induction in TSH,T3,and f T3.UDPGT,PROD,and EROD activities were found to have been increased significantly in the high dose group.Histopathologic liver changes were characterized by hepatocyte hypertrophy and cytoplasmic vacuolization.Our findings suggest that DBDPE can cause a certain degree of mouse liver damage and insufficiency.Conclusion DBDPE has the activity of endocrine disruptors in Bal/C mice,which may induce drug-metabolizing enzymes including CYPs and UDPGT,and interfere with thyroid hormone levels mediated by Ah R and CAR signaling pathways.Endocrine disrupting activity of DBDPE could also affect the glucose metabolism homeostasis. | SUN Ru Bao SHANG Shuai ZHANG Wei LIN Ben Cheng WANG Qiang SHI Yun XI Zhu Ge | 2018 | Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2018,31,1: | 7 |

| 3 | Quantum light source devices of In(Ga)As semiconductor self-assembled quantum dots显示文摘A brief introduction of semiconductor self-assembled quantum dots (QDs) applied in single-photon sources is given. Single QDs in confined quantum optical microcavity systems are reviewed along with their optical properties and coupling characteristics. Subsequently, the recent progresses in In(Ga)As QDs systems are summarized including the preparation of quantum light sources, multiple methods for embedding single QDs into different microcavities and the scalability of single-photon emitting wavelength. Particularly, several In(Ga)As QD single-photon devices are surveyed including In(Ga)As QDs coupling with nanowires, InAs QDs coupling with distributed Bragg reflection microcavity and the In(Ga)As QDs coupling with micropillar microcavities. | 4 | Decay-like fracture diagnosis of composite insulator based on small sample virtual expansion and radar graph mapping显示文摘Due to the complexity of test procedures and the high cost of measurements,the mechanism of the decay-like fracture is unclear,which brings hard concepts and the small sample problem.Therefore,it is intractable to establish accurate data-driven models.To solve the above mentioned problems,this paper proposes a data-driven modeling method based on radar graph mapping models and virtual sample generation(Radar-VSG).The main idea of the proposed method is to construct and select the most appropriate input features by using radar graph mapping,and to generate virtual samples by using the local outlier factor based on the isometric feature mapping algorithm(Isomap-LOF).To verify the effectiveness of our approach,a set of 27 training samples and 127 testing samples from China Southern Power Grid was applied.Experimental results suggested the accuracy was up to 100%after adding more than 27 virtual samples,with a 4.75%improvement.And the model has the best generalisation ability for 270 virtual samples,with the root mean square error of 0.018.Compared with support vector machine and four advanced VSG methods,the proposed Radar-VSG can achieve better performance. | Ben Shang Youping Fan Yuqing Zhang Lei Yang Zijiang Wang Yating Zhang Zian Zeng Jianyi Guo | 2023 | High Voltage2023,8,2: | 0 |
