1Gastric ghrelin in relation to gender,stomach topography and Helicobacter pylori in dyspeptic patients显示文摘AIM:To investigate the level of gastric ghrelin in stomach mucosa of dyspeptic patients in relation to Helicobacter pylori(H pylori)infection,bacterial cytotoxicity,topography and gender. METHODS:The study comprised 40 premenopausal women(19 H pylori positive)and 48 men(17 H pylori positive)with functional dyspepsia.All gastric biopsy specimens revealed normal mucosa or non-atrophic gastritis.Gastric ghrelin concentration was determined by Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.The cagA and vacA strains of bacterial DNA were identified by multiplex polymerase chain reaction. RESULTS:In general,infection with H pylori causedan increase in gastric ghrelin level regardless of gender and stomach topography.Significantly more hormone was present in both,noninfected and H pylori positive female samples,as compared to males.The distribution of bacterial strains showed cagA(+)vacA s1m1 and cagA(-)vacA s2m2 genotypes as the most common infections in the studied population.A tendency to higher ghrelin levels was observed in less cytotoxic (cagA negative)strain-containing specimens from the antrum and corpus of both gender groups(without statistical significance). 2Magnetic Moment Tensor Potentials for collinear spin-polarized materials reproduce different magnetic states of bcc Fe显示文摘We present the magnetic Moment Tensor Potentials(mMTPs),a class of machine-learning interatomic potentials,accurately reproducing both vibrational and magnetic degrees of freedom as provided,e.g.,from first-principles calculations.The accuracy is achieved by a two-step minimization scheme that coarse-grains the atomic and the spin space.The performance of the mMTPs is demonstrated for the prototype magnetic system bcc iron,with applications to phonon calculations for different magnetic states,and molecular-dynamics simulations with fluctuating magnetic moments.Ivan Novikov Blazej Grabowski Fritz Körmann Alexander Shapeev 2022npj Computational Materials2022,,1:4
3桦木酸对环磷酰胺致小鼠免疫器官氧化损伤的保护作用显示文摘为了研究桦木酸(BA)对环磷酰胺(Cy)诱导小鼠免疫器官氧化损伤的影响。将50只健康雄性昆明小鼠随机分为5组,即对照组、Cy组及0.05、0.50、5.00 mg/kg BW BA组。对照组和Cy组灌服1%的可溶性淀粉溶液,其余各组按不同剂量的BA灌服,连续14 d后,除对照组注射生理盐水外,其余4组均腹腔注射Cy(50 mg/kg BW)诱导氧化应激模型。收集血清、脾脏和胸腺,检测血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)活性及白蛋白(ALB)、总蛋白(TP)含量,检测脾脏和胸腺超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果显示:1)对于体重,对照组与Cy组无显著差异(P>0.05),各剂量BA组与Cy组无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,Cy极显著提高了血清AST、ALT活性(P<0.01),而5.00 mg/kg BW BA极显著缓解了这一现象(P<0.01)。3)与对照组相比,Cy引起了脾脏指数和胸腺指数的显著降低(P<0.05),而0.05 mg/kg BW BA显著缓解了胸腺指数的降低(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,Cy组胸腺SOD活性、胸腺CAT活性、脾脏GSH含量显著或极显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),脾脏MDA含量极显著升高(P<0.01);与Cy组相比,0.50 mg/kg BW BA组显著或极显著提高了脾脏和胸腺GSH-Px和CAT活性及脾脏GSH含量(P<0.05或P<0.01),极显著降低脾脏M DA含量(P<0.01),但极显著降低了胸腺SOD活性(P<0.01);与Cy组相比,5.00 mg/kg BW BA组显著或极显著提高了脾脏和胸腺GSH-Px和CAT活性(P<0.05或P<0.01),极显著降低脾脏MDA含量(P<0.01)。由此可见,BA能够改善Cy引起的小鼠免疫器官的氧化应激,对Cy诱导的氧化损伤有预防性的保护作用。易想炼 朱利娟 赵静 文利新 POZNIAK Blazej 罗晨曦 黄淑贤 邬静 易金娥 2018动物营养学报2018,30,3:4
4桦木酸对地塞米松致小鼠氧化应激的机制研究显示文摘本试验旨在研究桦木酸(BA)对地塞米松(Dex)诱导氧化应激小鼠的保护作用和机制。将40只健康雄性昆明小鼠随机分为5组,即对照(NC)组、Dex组、0.25 mg/kg BA组、0.50 mg/kg BA组、1.00 mg/kg BA组。NC组和Dex组小鼠灌服1%的可溶性淀粉糊,其余各组按不同剂量的BA灌服,连续14 d后,除对照组注射生理盐水外,其余4组均腹腔注射Dex(25 mg/kg BW)诱导氧化应激模型。检测各组小鼠肝脏、脾脏和胸腺总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、抑制羟自由基能力和过氧化物酶(POD)的活性,反转录(RT)-PCR检测脾脏和胸腺丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号通路中凋亡信号调节激酶1(ASK1)、c-Jun氨基末端激酶(JNK)和P38基因的表达量,蛋白质免疫印迹(Western Blot)法检测脾脏MAPK信号通路中ASK1、JNK和P38蛋白的表达量。结果表明:1)与NC组相比,Dex组的肝脏T-AOC、抑制羟自由基能力,脾脏POD活性,胸腺T-AOC、抑制羟自由基能力均极显著下降(P<0.01);与Dex组相比,0.50和1.00 mg/kg BA组肝脏T-AOC、抑制羟自由基能力以及POD活性均显著或极显著的升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),0.50 mg/kg BA组脾脏T-AOC、0.50和1.00 mg/kg BA组脾脏抑制羟自由基能力、0.25和1.00 mg/kg BA组脾脏POD活性均显著或极显著的升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),0.50和1.00 mg/kg BA组胸腺T-AOC、抑制羟自由基能力和POD的活性均显著或极显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。2)与NC组相比,Dex组脾脏和胸腺ASK1、JNK和P38 mRNA表达量均极显著升高(P<0.01);与Dex组相比,0.50和1.00 mg/kg BA组脾脏和胸腺ASK1、JNK和P38mRNA表达量均显著或极显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01)。3)与NC组相比,Dex组脾脏JNK和P38蛋白的表达量极显著升高(P<0.01);与Dex组相比,0.50 mg/kg BA组脾脏ASK1蛋白的表达量显著降低(P<0.05),0.25、0.50和1.00 mg/kg BA组脾脏JNK和P38蛋白的表达量显著或极显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。由此可见,BA预处理后,增强了Dex应激小鼠肝脏、脾脏和胸腺的T-AOC、抑制羟自由基能力和POD活性,降低了Dex应激小鼠脾脏和胸腺MAPK信号通路中ASK1、JNK和P38 mRNA表达量以及脾脏ASK1、JNK和P38蛋白的表达量。BA对Dex造成的氧化损伤具有预防性的保护作用,并且这种保护作用与JNK-P38 M APK信号通路相关。朱利娟 易想炼 赵静 王喜红 POZNIAK Blazej 文利新 邬静 易金娥 2018动物营养学报2018,30,3:4
5Robust Fault-tolerant Iterative Learning Control for Discrete Systems via Linear Repetitive Processes Theory显示文摘This paper addresses the problem of robust iterative learning control design for a class of uncertain multiple-input multipleoutput discrete linear systems with actuator faults. 7Phonon broadening in high entropy alloys显示文摘Refractory high entropy alloys feature outstanding properties making them a promising materials class for next-generation hightemperature applications.At high temperatures,materials properties are strongly affected by lattice vibrations(phonons).Phonons critically influence thermal stability,thermodynamic and elastic properties,as well as thermal conductivity.In contrast to perfect crystals and ordered alloys,the inherently present mass and force constant fluctuations in multi-component random alloys(high entropy alloys)can induce significant phonon scattering and broadening.Despite their importance,phonon scattering and broadening have so far only scarcely been investigated for high entropy alloys.We tackle this challenge from a theoretical perspective and employ ab initio calculations to systematically study the impact of force constant and mass fluctuations on the phonon spectral functions of 12 body-centered cubic random alloys,from binaries up to 5-component high entropy alloys,addressing the key question of how chemical complexity impacts phonons.We find that it is crucial to include both mass and force constant fluctuations.If one or the other is neglected,qualitatively wrong results can be obtained such as artificial phonon band gaps.We analyze how the results obtained for the phonons translate into thermodynamically integrated quantities,specifically the vibrational entropy.Changes in the vibrational entropy with increasing the number of elements can be as large as changes in the configurational entropy and are thus important for phase stability considerations.The set of studied alloys includes MoTa,MoTaNb,MoTaNbW,MoTaNbWV,VW,VWNb,VWTa,VWNbTa,VTaNbTi,VWNbTaTi,HfZrNb,HfMoTaTiZr.Fritz Kormann Yuji Ikeda Blazej Grabowski Marcel H.F.Sluiter 2017npj Computational Materials2017,,1:2
