7Hydrothermal Synthesis and Structure of [CH3NH3]2[(VⅣO)2(VⅤO4)2]:A New Layered Mixed-valence Vanadium Oxide Incorporated with Organic Cations显示文摘A new layered mixed valence vanadium oxide, [CH 3NH 3] 2[(V ⅣO) 2(V ⅤO 4) 2], which contains interlamellar organic cations was prepared under hydrothermal conditions and its single crystal structure was determined. It crystallizes in a triclinic system with space group P 1, a =0 625 59(8) nm, b =0 639 84(9) nm, c =0 747 19(10) nm, α =78 718(2)°, β =80 099(2)°, γ =77 100(2). 11Knockdown of the Meq gene in Marek’s disease tumor cell line MSB1 might induce cell apoptosis and inhibit cell proliferation and invasion显示文摘Marek’s disease(MD),a highly cell-associated and contagious disease of chickens caused by Marek’s disease virus(MDV)can result in neural lesions,immunosuppression and neoplasia in chicken.The Meq gene is an important oncogene in the MDV genome,and it is expressed highly in MD tumor tissues and MD T-lymphoblastoid cell lines.An experiment was conducted to elucidate the role of Meq in MD tumor transformation.RNA interference technology was used to block its expression,and then analyzed the biological effects of Meq knockdown on the MD tumor cell line MSB1.A small interfering RNA with an interference efficiency of 70%(P<0.01)was transfected into MSB1 cells to knock down the expression of Meq gene.The cell proliferation,cycle and apoptosis were detected post-Meq knockdown.The results showed that MSB1 cell proliferation was downregulated remarkably at 48 h(P<0.01),60 h(P<0.05)and 72 h(P<0.01)post-Meq knockdown.The cell cycle was unaffected(P>0.05).B-cell lymphoma 2 gene(BCL2)was anti-apoptotic and caspase-6 was the effector in the apoptosis pathway.The activity of caspase-6 was upregulated(P<0.05)significantly and BCL2 gene expression was downregulated(P<0.05)significantly post-Meq knockdown,suggesting cell apoptosis might be induced.MSB1 cell migration did not exhibit any obvious change(P>0.05)post-Meq knockdown,but the expression of two genes(matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP2)and MMP9)that are correlated closely to cell invasion was downregulated(P<0.05)remarkably post-Meq knockdown.The Meq knockdown might affect the main features of tumorous cells,including proliferation,apoptosis,and invasion,suggesting that the Meq gene might play a crucial role in interfering with lymphomatous cell transformation.ZHAO Chun-fang LI Xin HAN Bo QU Lu-jiang LIU Chang-jun Jiu Zhou SONG YANG Ning LIAN Ling 2020Journal of Integrative Agriculture2020,19,11:0
12A method of waveform design based on mutual information显示文摘A novel method called the general waterfilling,which is suitable when clutter is not negligible,is proposed to solve the waveform design problem of broadband radar for the recognition of multiple extended targets.The uncertainty of the target’s radar signatures is decreased via maximizing the mutual information between a random extended target and the received signal.Then,the general water-filling method is employed to the waveform design problem for multiple extended targets identification to increase the separability of multiple targets.Experimental results evaluated the efficiency of the proposed method.Compared to chirp signal and water-filling signal,our method improves the classification rates and even performs better at low signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio(SINR).Bo JIU Hongwei LIU Liya LI Shunjun WU 2009Frontiers of Electrical and Electronic Engineering in China2009,4,2:0
13Fractal Characteristics and Main Controlling Factors of High-Quality Tight Sandstone Reservoirs in the Southeastern Ordos Basin显示文摘Due to the complex conditions and strong heterogeneity of tight sandstone reservoirs,the reservoirs should be classified and the controlling factors of physical properties should be studied.Cast thin section observations,cathodoluminescence,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and high-pressure mercury injection(HPMI)were used to classify and optimize the reservoir.The Brooks-Corey model and stepwise regression were used to study the fractal dimension and main controlling factors of the physical properties of the high-quality reservoir.The results show that the reservoirs in the study area can be divided into four types,and the high-quality reservoir has the best physical properties and pore-throat characteristics.In the high-quality reservoir,the homogeneity of transitional pores was the best,followed by that of micropores,and the worst was mesopores.The porosity was controlled by depth and kaolinite.The model with standardized coefficients is y=12.454−0.778×(Depth)+0.395×(Kaolinite).The permeability was controlled by depth,illite/montmorillonite,and siliceous cement,and the model with standardized coefficients is y=1.689−0.683×(Depth)−0.395×(Illite/Montmorillonite)−0.337×(Siliceous Cement).The pore-throat evolutionary model shows that the early-middle diagenetic period was when the reservoir physical properties were at their best,and the kaolinite intercrystalline pores and residual intergranular pores were the most important.Ruilin Hao Wenhui Huang Jiu Bo Li Yuan 2024Journal of Earth Science2024,35,2:0
14Study on Tribological Behaviors of Boron-Nitrogen Modified Fatty Acid as Water-Based Lube Additives显示文摘A new type of boron-nitrogen modified fatty acid as water base lube additive was prepared and the chemical structure characterized by infrared spectrum.The tribological properties of the additive in water were evaluated by friction testers.The morphographies and tribochemical species of the worn surfaces were analyzed by means of X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscope(XPS).The results showed that the additive is excellent in increasing load-carrying capacity,anti-wear and friction-reducing abilities of water.The lubrication mechanism is inferred that a high strength adsorption film and a tribochemical reaction film are formed on the rubbing surfaces due to the carrier effect of the long chain fatty acid molecules,high reaction activities of nitrogen,electron-deficient orbit of boron and their synergisms.FANG Jian - hua CHEN Bo - shui DONG Ling WANG Jiu 2008润滑油2008,23,3:0
