186份甘蔗种质资源工艺性状的评价显示文摘基于大田试验,在成熟期选择甘蔗锤度、甘蔗糖分、蔗汁糖分、简纯度和纤维分等5个重要工艺性状,运用主成分和聚类分析法对86份甘蔗种质资源进行评价及筛选。方差分析结果表明,各种质主要工艺性状间均存在极显著差异(P<0.01),变异系数为3.60%~11.60%,变异广泛。对86份种质5个工艺性状进行主成分分析,结果表明,5个工艺性状可简化为2个主成分,第一、二主成分累计贡献率达93.700%,特征值分别为3.700和0.990,显著高于其他因子。结合聚类分析,86份种质资源可以分为5个类群,第Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ类分别包含20、12、11、33、10份。甘蔗锤度、甘蔗糖分、蔗汁糖分和蔗汁简纯度以第V类群的最高,第Ⅱ类群的最低,其他3个类群的居中;纤维分以第Ⅲ类群的最低,第Ⅳ类群的最高。聚类结果的逐步判别分析显示,平均判对概率为91.86%,较好地体现了种质资源工艺性状的实际表现,筛选出10份工艺性状优良的种质(CP70–330、CP81–1405、CP94–1100、CP94–2059、KQ01–1261、Q155、Q188、Q190、Q207、Q96),全部为早熟品种,其中,CP81–1405、Q155、Q96的平均甘蔗糖分超过16%,可作为高糖亲本加以利用。赵勇 赵俊 昝逢刚 赵丽萍 赵培方 朱建荣 BURNER David M 吴才文 刘家勇 2019湖南农业大学学报(自然科学版)2019,45,5:6
2引进甘蔗种质资源主要工艺性状演进趋势分析显示文摘以67份甘蔗种质为材料,根据育成年份(10~20年为时间界点)划分为5个改良世代,基于大田试验,2017年11月至2018年3月,每月采集1次样本,选择甘蔗锤度、甘蔗蔗糖分、蔗汁蔗糖分、甘蔗纤维分、蔗汁简纯度等5个重要工艺性状指标,对其进行世代内、世代间方差分析及工艺品质与世代间的回归分析。方差分析结果表明:相同世代内各种质工艺性状指标存在显著差异,变异系数介于2%~20%;不同世代间各工艺性状指标间均存在显著差异,其中甘蔗蔗糖分、蔗汁蔗糖分和蔗汁简纯度3个工艺性状指标存在着世代和月份的交互作用。回归分析结果表明:世代与品质性状之间存在显著2次回归关系,随着改良世代的推进,甘蔗锤度、甘蔗蔗糖分和蔗汁蔗糖分等主要工艺性状显著提高,以第5世代的为最高,第2代的最低。赵勇 刘家勇 朱建荣 赵俊 赵丽萍 赵培方 姚丽 BURNER David M 杨昆 昝逢刚 2019湖南农业大学学报(自然科学版)2019,45,6:4
