1A Simple Approach to Control the Growth of Non-spherical Gold Nanoparticles显示文摘A simple method to prepare the non-spherical gold particles was developed. The result solution included trigonal, truncated trigonal, hexagonal layers, and a pseudo-pentagonal shaped gold nanocrystals. The key factor is to control the relative rates of nucleation and cluster growth in this method. These attributes make seeding growth method as a useful tool in the fabrication of colloidal metal materials. A longitudinal plasmon resonance of 866 nm was observed, which is in the near-IR spectral regions (600-1000 nm). 3Highly Sensitive Spectrofluorimetric Determination of Riboflavin Based on the Generation of Active Oxygen Coupled with Enzymatic Reaction显示文摘A spectrofluorimetric method for the determining riboflavin (VB 2 ) based on its enhancement on the fluorescence of hemoglobin\|catalyzed enzymatic reaction was proposed. The proposed method consisted of two reactions. One was the photochemical reaction of VB 2 , the other was a hemoglobin\|catalyzed enzymatic reaction. The optimal experimental conditions for the determinations were established. The linear range of the method was 5.0×10 -9 \|1.0×10 -7 mol/L of VB 2 . The detection limit was calculated to be 3.65×10 -9 mol/L. 6New Approach to Detecting Phenoxyl Free Radicals Generated in Enzyme Reaction by Stopped-flow Spectrophotometry显示文摘A highly sensitive stopped-flow spectrophotometry kinetic method was proposed for quantification phenoxyl radicals based on their accelerating effect on the oxidation of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH).
