1Climatic Effects of Air Pollutants over China:A Review显示文摘Tropospheric ozone(O3) and aerosols are major air pollutants in the atmosphere. They have also made significant contributions to radiative forcing of climate since preindustrial times. With its rapid economic development, concentrations of air pollutants are relatively high in China; hence, quantifying the role of air pollutants in China in regional climate change is especially important. This review summarizes existing knowledge with regard to impacts of air pollutants on climate change in China and defines critical gaps needed to reduce the associated uncertainties. Measured monthly, seasonal, and annual mean surface-layer concentrations of O3 and aerosols over China are compiled in this work, with the aim to show the magnitude of concentrations of O3 and aerosols over China and to provide datasets for evaluation of model results in future studies. Ground-based and satellite measurements of O3 column burden and aerosol optical properties, as well as model estimates of radiative forcing by tropospheric O3 and aerosols are summarized. We also review regional and global modeling studies that have investigated climate change driven by tropospheric O3and/or aerosols in China; the predicted sign and magnitude of the responses in temperature and precipitation to O3/aerosol forcings are presented. 7Spastin is required for human immunodeficiency virus-1 efficient replication through cooperation with the endosomal sorting complex required for transport(ESCRT)protein显示文摘Human immunodeficiency virus-1(HIV-1)encodes simply 15 proteins and thus depends on multiple host cellular factors for virus reproduction.Spastin,a microtubule severing protein,is an identified HIV-1 dependency factor,but the mechanism regulating HIV-1 is unclear.Here,the study showed that knockdown of spastin inhibited the production of the intracellular HIV-1 Gag protein and new virions through enhancing Gag lysosomal degradation.Further investigation showed that increased sodium tolerance 1(IST1),the subunit of endosomal sorting complex required for transport(ESCRT),could interact with the MIT domain of spastin to regulate the intracellular Gag production.In summary,spastin is required for HIV-1 replication,while spastin-IST1 interaction facilitates virus production by regulating HIV-1 Gag intracellular trafficking and degradation.Spastin may serve as new target for HIV-1 prophylactic and therapy.Wenyuan Shen Chang Liu Yue Hu Qian Ding Jiabin Feng Zhou Liu Xiaohong Kong 2023Virologica Sinica2023,38,3:0
8Flexible,breathable,and reinforced ultra-thin Cu/PLLA porous-fibrous membranes for thermal management and electromagnetic interference shielding显示文摘Electromagnetic interference shielding and thermal management by wearable devices show great po-tential in emerging digital healthcare.Conventional metal films implementing the functions must sacri-fice either flexibility or permeability,which is far from optimal in practical applications.In this work,an ultra-thin(15μm),flexible,and porous Cu/PLLA fibrous membrane is developed by depositing cop-per particles on the polymer substrate.With novel acetone&heat treatment procedure,the mem-brane is considerably stronger while maintaining the porous fibre structure.Its fantastic breathabil-ity and super high electrical conductivity(9471.8130 S/cm)enable the composites to have fast electri-cal heating characteristics and excellent thermal conductivity for effective thermal management.Mean-while,the porous polymer substrate structure greatly enhances the diffusion of conductive substances and increases the electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness of the membranes(7797.98 dB cm^(2)/g at the H band and 8072.73 dB cm^(2)/g at the Ku band respectively).The composites present high flexibility,breathability,and strength with the functions of thermal management and electromag-netic shielding,showing great potential for future portable electronic devices and wearable integrated garments.Jinlin Chang Chen Meng Bowen Shi Wenyuan Wei Renzhi Li Jinmin Meng Haobin Wen Xiangyu Wang Jun Song Zhirun Hu Zekun Liu Jiashen Li 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,30:0
9Effect of model errors in ambient air humidity on the aerosol optical depth obtained via aerosol hygroscopicity in eastern China in the Atmospheric Chemistry and Climate Model Intercomparison Project datasets显示文摘当前全球气候模式普遍低估中国东部气溶胶光学厚度(AOD)。本文表明,模式低估中国东部地表大气相对湿度是AOD低估的原因之一。研究基于国际大气化学气候模式比较计划的干气溶胶质量浓度结果,用再分析湿度数据替换模拟湿度以计算AOD变化。结果表明,替换后我国大气相对湿度增加,多模式平均的华南年均AOD因此增长45%,华北6-8月AOD增长33%。不同模式采用相似的硫酸盐吸湿增长曲线。相对湿度低估对AOD模拟影响程度主要受吸湿颗粒质量浓度和相对湿度概率分布影响,该结论有助于解释我国AOD模拟误差。CHANG Wenyuan 2019Atmospheric and Oceanic Science Letters2019,12,3:0
