| 1 | Variable Sets principle and method for flood classification显示文摘Flood classification is an effective way to improve flood forecasting accuracy. According to the opposite unity mathematical theorem in Variable Sets theory, this paper proposes a Variable Sets principle and method for flood classification, which is based on the mathematical theorem of dialectics basic laws. This newly proposed method explores a novel way to analyze and solve engineering problems by utilizing a dialectical thinking. In this paper, the Tuwei River basin, located in the Yellow River tributary, is taken as an example for flood classification. The results obtained in this study reveal the problems in a previous method—Set Pair Analysis classification method. The variable sets method is proven to be theoretically rigorous, computationally simple. The classification results are objective, accurate and consistent with the actual situations. | 2 | Variable sets method for urban flood vulnerability assessment显示文摘On the basis of dialectics basic laws and mathematical theorems of variable sets,this paper proposes a variable sets method for urban flood vulnerability assessment.In this method,the comprehensive relative membership degree of multi-indices is represented by an index relative difference degree,which follows the characteristics of dialectical philosophy and mathematics.According to the quality-quantity exchange theorem,the relative difference degree of two adjacent levels(h and h+1),whose index standard interval values cross the boundaries,equals 0 in the urban flood vulnerability assessment.On the basis of the opposite unity theorem,the sum of relative membership degrees should be equal to 1 when indices lie in the adjacent degrees h and h+1.The variable sets method is proved to be theoretically rigorous and computationally simple.This paper takes 29 cities of Hunan province as an example to assess the urban flood vulnerability,and then compares the results from this newly developed method with the assessment results obtained from the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and fuzzy set pair analysis methods. | CHEN ShouYu XUE ZhiChun LI Min ZHU XuePing | 2013 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,12: | 9 |
| 3 | Nanosecond photoelectric effects in all-oxide p-n junction of La_(0.9)Sr_(0.1)MnO_(3)/SrNb_(0.01)Ti_(0.99)O_(3)显示文摘Nanosecond (ns) photoelectric effects have been observed in all-oxide p-n junctions of La0.9Sr0.1MnO3/SrNb0.01Ti0.99O3 for the first time. The rise time was about 23 ns and the full width at half maximum was about 125 ns for the open-circuit photovoltaic pulse when the La0.9Sr0.1MnO3 thin film in the p-n junction was irradiated by a laser of ~20 ns pulse duration and 308 nm wavelength. | 5 | A Comparative Study of Fish Assemblages Near Aquaculture, Artificial and Natural Habitats显示文摘Habitat plays a critical role in regulating fish community structure. Using the data collected from a monthly trammel net survey in Ma'an archipelago off the east coast of China, we evaluated impacts of five different habitats(artificial reefs, mussel farms, cage aquaculture, rocky reefs and soft bottom) on fish assemblages. This study suggests that artificial reefs(AR) have significantly higher species richness, abundance and diversity than mussel farms(MF) or soft bottom(SB) habitats during most seasons, and that fish taxa in the AR habitats are similar to those in the rocky reef(RR) habitats. Two different fish assemblage patterns were revealed in the study area using non-metric multidimensional scaling ordination: an assemblage dominated by reef fishes(especially by Scorpaenidae species) in AR, RR and cage aquaculture(CA) habitats and an assemblage dominated by Sciaenidae species in MF and SB habitats. We suggest that reef fishes play a key role in differentiating fish community structures in the study area. Although few differences in fish abundance and diversity were found between the CA and SB habitats, a more diverse age structure was observed in the CA habitats. | 10 | Spectrum Characteristics and Transfer Function of the Hydrograph of the Deep Aqueous System显示文摘The fluctuation of most of the hydrograph in the deep aqueous system records the fluid pulsation in lithosphere and variation of the earth’s crust. Many observations have verified that groundwater is an ideal information carrier of the crust. In this paper, the series of input (precipitation, air pressure, Earth tide etc.) and output (water level, artesian flow) of the deep aqueous system are studied by using the spectrum analysis and system theory. The application concepts of transfer function and the spectral structure of the hydrograph enrich the knowledge of the deep aqueous system. Two typical spectral structures of the hydrograph of the deep aqueous system are obtained by comparing with many water-bearing systems of the Jizhong depression. One is from well Ma-17 and the other is from the well Xinze-5. | 11 | Colossal magnetoresistance and spin-glass properties of La(1-x)TexMnO3(x=0.04,0.1)显示文摘For the first time, a novel material of La1-x- TexMnO3 (x = 0.04, 0.1), in which the La ions are replaced by the nonmetal element Te in the Chalcogen, has been synthesized. The material has a rhombohedral lattice with the space group of R3c, and Te ions have a tetravalence state. The curves of the resistivity vs. temperature indicate that this material has the property of a metal-semiconductor transition and the colossal magnetoresistance (CMR) effect. The maximum magnetoreistance ratio MR=[(0)()]/(0)H? is about 51% at 4 T for x = 0.1. | 12 | Trace elements of pyrite and S,H,O isotopes from the Laowan gold deposit in Tongbai,Henan Province,China:implications for ore genesis显示文摘The Laowan deposit is a large gold deposit in the Qinling-Dabie orogenic belt where pyrite is the main Au-bearing mineral phase.We present results from the occurrences of gold,trace elements and sulfur isotopes of pyrite,and hydrogen and oxygen isotopes of quartz and calcite to elucidate the sources of ore-forming fluid;the genesis of pyrite and the ore-forming process.From field observations,five generations of pyrite are identified;one formed in a metamorphic-diagenetic epoch(PyI),and the others during four mineralization stages:1)the coarse-grained pyrite-quartz stage(PyII),2)the quartz and medium-to fine-grained pyrite stage(PyIII),3)the polymetallic sulfide stage(PyIV),and 4)the carbonate-quartz stage(PyV).Gold mainly occurs in PyIII and PyIV.We find that Au,Ag,Pb,and Cu are incorporated into pyrite as micro-/nano-inclusions and that Co,Ni,As,and Se enter the pyrite lattice via isomorphous replacement.The Co/Ni values and Se concentrations indicate that PyI formed from metamorphic hydrothermal fluids and that pyrites(PyII,PyIII,and PyIV)from the ore-forming stages typically reflect a hydrothermal genesis involving magmatic fluid.Theδ^34S values of PyI(1.45‰-2.09‰)are similar to that of plagioclase amphibole schist,indicating that S was primarily derived from wall rock,while those of PyII,PyIII,and PyIV(3.10‰-5.55‰)suggest that S was derived from the Guishanyan Formation and the Laowan granite.The four mineralization stages show a systematic decrease inδD(from−77.1‰to−82.8‰,−84.7‰,and−102.7‰),while theδ^18OH2O values showed a gradual decrease from 5.7 to 2.7‰,1.0‰,and−1.3‰.These data show that the ore-forming fluid was similar to a mixture of magmatic and meteoric waters.Thus,we conclude that the Laowan gold deposit is related to magmatic-hydrothermal fluid. | Yuehua Zhao Shouyu Chen Jianli Chen Shuaiji Wu | 2020 | Frontiers of Earth Science2020,14,3: | 1 |
