| 2 | Percutaneous Ethanol Intratumoral Injection for Treatment of Small Primary Liver Cancer:Summary of 240 Cases显示文摘Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of percutaneous ethanol intratumoral injection(PETT) for treatment of small primary liver cancer(SPLC). Methods 240 patients with surgically or pathologically proved SPLC(<3 cm in diameter)were treated by PETT(under the guidance of B-ultrasound).Of the 240 patients ,163 had recurrent liver cancer,55 had inoperable liver cancer because of cardiac ,pulmonary ,hepat-ic and renal dydfunctions or due to the close proximity of trmor to the major vessels,and 22 refused to receive surgical resection.In 40 pa-tients who received surgical resection after PETT treatment, the resected tumors were pathologically evaluated for necrotic status and the pa-tients were followed up postoperatively.Results Postoperative1-,2- and 3-year survival rate of the 240 patients was 94.9%,84.2% and 66.3% respectively.Conclusion PETTcan be used as a non-invasive treatment for SPLC,and preoperative PETT appears to be helpful in reducing recurrence of postoperative liver cancer. | GUOJia CHENHan 等 | 2002 | The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2002,1,2: | 4 |

| 4 | Real-time Bezier interpolation satisfying chord error constraint for CNC tool path显示文摘G01 code generated by a computer-aided manufacture(CAM) system is the most common form of tool trajectory in computer numerical control(CNC) machining. A tool path composed of short line segments has discontinuous tangency and curvature, generating large fluctuations of feedrate and acceleration, which in turn produces vibration in a machine tool. To obtain a smooth tool path, many methods on tool-path smoothing have been developed. However, the shortcomings in these methods exist when they are employed in a CNC system. It is difficult to simultaneously to guarantee the following requirements of CNC machining:(1) chord error should be rigidly constrained;(2) G01 points should be interpolated;(3) curvature should be continuous(G^2);(4) machining should be applicable to spatial cases;(5) real-time performance of computation is required. Based on these various requirements, this study proposes an interpolation scheme using cubic Bezier curves and includes an adjustment strategy to eliminate deficiencies in the tool path. The tool path generated is G^2, chord-error-constrained, G01-point-interpolated, loop-free, and optimized for both stretch and jerk energy. The method is applicable to 3D cases and involves only simple algebraic computations. Thus, the algorithm can be applied to real-time CNC machining. A simulation is conducted to validate the efficiency of the algorithm. | 11 | A novel phenotype of B cells associated with enhanced phagocytic capability and chemotactic function after ischemic stroke显示文摘Accumulating evidence has demonstrated the involvement of B cells in neuroinflammation and neuroregeneration.However,the role of B cells in ischemic stroke remains unclear.In this study,we identified a novel phenotype of macrophage-like B cells in brain-infiltrating immune cells expressing a high level of CD45.Macrophage-like B cells chara cterized by co-expression of B-cell and macrophage markers,showed stronger phagocytic and chemotactic functions compared with other B cells and showed upregulated expression of phagocytosis-related genes.Gene Ontology analysis found that the expression of genes associated with phagocytosis,including phagosome-and lysosome-related genes,was upregulated in macrophage-like B cells.The phagocytic activity of macrophage-like B cells was ve rified by immunostaining and three-dimensional reconstruction,in which TREM2-labeled macrophage-like B cells enwrapped and internalized myelin debris after cerebral ischemia.Cell-cell interaction analysis revealed that macrophage-like B cells released multiple chemokines to recruit peripheral immune cells mainly via CCL pathways.Single-cell RNA sequencing showed that the transdiffe rentiation to macrophage-like B cells may be induced by specific upregulation of the transcription factor CEBP fa mily to the myeloid lineage and/or by downregulation of the transcription factor Pax5 to the lymphoid lineage.Furthermore,this distinct B cell phenotype was detected in brain tissues from mice or patients with traumatic brain injury,Alzheimer’s disease,and glioblastoma.Overall,these results provide a new perspective on the phagocytic capability and chemotactic function of B cells in the ischemic brain.These cells may serve as an immunotherapeutic target for regulating the immune response of ischemic stroke. | Rui Wang Huaming Li Chenhan Ling Xiaotao Zhang Jianan Lu Weimin Luan Jianmin Zhang Ligen Shi | 2023 | Neural Regeneration Research2023,18,11: | 1 |

| 16 | Judgement on Extended Hepatectomy for Primary Liver Cancer显示文摘Objective: To expore the indications and safety of extended hepatectomy for primary liver cancer (PLC). Methods: From Nov. 2000 to Oct. 2002, 33 patients with PLC received extended hepatectomy, 26 of whom were complicated with liver cirrhosis. Preoperative findings, intraoperative management and the outcome of postoperative recovery were analyzed and evaluated. Results: Operative mortality was zero in this group and postoperative morbidity of complications was 33.3%, and all complications were cured after proper treatment.
