14白鲷高豆粕饲料中添加糖酶可提高养分利用率显示文摘试验旨在探讨高豆粕(SBM)/低鱼粉(FM)的白鲷鱼(鲷科)饲料中添加非淀粉糖酶(NSPase)复合酶对其性能的影响。四组等氮(36%CP)、等脂(18%CL)饲粮按2×2方阵设计,包括15%FM/32%SBM或5%FM/42%SBM两种豆粕、鱼粉比例,添加或不添加NSPase复合酶。共12组,每组15条鱼(平均体重58 g),为期10周。试验检测了各组日粮的表观消化率、FM两组的采食量、生长性能、饲料效率、体成分、消化率、远端小肠和肝组织形态学以及消化酶活性无显著差异。然而,补充NSPase能显著增加饲料消化率,提高蛋白质、能量利用率,5%FM组的作用效果高于15%FM组。随着NSPase的添加,体成分和脂肪含量也随之提高,粪氮和能量的损失减少。此外,在5%FM组添加NSPase能促进淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性,但对蛋白酶活性无影响。试验结果表明,饲料中缺乏FM时,白鲷性能表现更好。高植物性饲料中添加NSPase可提高饲料的营养利用效率,并有助于减少粪便产生。Magalh?es R Lopes T Martins N Rosales P D Couto A Ferreira P P Teles A O Peres H 2016饲料博览2016,0,10:0
