1Comprehensive reform of community health service in east,middle and west regions of China:from patients’perspective显示文摘Objectives:To analyze the satisfaction of patients with community health service(CHS)and the changes of the CHS delivered before and after the new health reform in different regions of China,and to put forward relevant policy recommendations for CHS development.Methods:Twelve community health centers were selected by random sampling in each of the eight typical cities in the east,middle and west regions of China.Questionnaire survey was conducted among patients visiting these institutions during daily work hours.Results:The proportions of the participants who stated that the medical environment,service attitude and medical skills of the doctors were improved were higher in the west region than those of the east and middle regions;but the percentage of patients who held that the drug price had lowered was higher in the east region than those of the middle and west region,the differences were of statistical significance(P<0.0125).The patients’satisfaction rates with medical environment,service attitude,and technical skills of the medical staff in the west region were 88.9%,91.5%and 81.6%respectively,which were higher than those in the east and middle regions.In the east region,the satisfaction rate with the reimbursement for this visit was 58.5%,which was highest among the three regions;in the west region,patients’satisfaction rates with drug types and preventive care were 51.5%and 65.9%,respectively,which was significantly higher than those in the east and middle regions(P<0.0125).As recommended by the participants,the top three aspects of health services that need to be improved were drug type and quality(25.3%),drug prices(21.8%)and technical skills(18.2%)in the east region;infrastructure(28.2%),drug prices(21.8%)and drug types and quality(21.2%)in the middle region;infrastructure(30.8%),drug types and quality(28.1%)and reimbursement(27.9%)in the west region.Conclusions:The comprehensive CHS reform should take the opinions of patients into account;essential drug system should be consolidated continually;and the reform of the payment system should be promoted by actively cooperating with the health insurance organizations.JIANGMEI QIN YANCHUN ZHANG LIFANG ZHANG LIQUN LIU WEI ZHOU CAILING LIU LIKUN WANG JING LI 2013Family Medicine and Community Health2013,1,2:6
2N-doped carbon supported Pd catalysts for N-formylation of amines with CO2/H2显示文摘Using mesoporous N-doped carbons(NCs)derived from glucose and melamine as the supports,a series of Pd/NC catalysts were prepared,in which Pd nanoparticles with average size<2.0 nm were uniformly distributed on the supports.It was indicated that the resultant Pd/NC catalysts were effective for N-formylation of amines with CO_2and H_2in ethanol without any additives.Especially,the catalyst Pd/NC-800-6.9%containing quaternary N showed the best performance,affording a series of formylamides in good or even excellent yields.Further investigation reveals that the interaction between the Pd nanoparticles and quaternary nitrogen in the NC support was responsible for the good performance of the catalyst.Xiaoying Luo Hongye Zhang Zhengang Ke Cailing Wu Shien Guo Yunyan Wu Bo Yu Zhimin Liu 2018Science China Chemistry2018,61,6:4

4Traction rheological properties of simulative soil for deep-sea sediment显示文摘The traction capacity of the mining machine is greatly in?uenced by the traction rheological properties of the deep-sea sediments. The best simulative soil was prepared for substituting the deep-sea sediment based on the deep-sea sediment collected from the Paci?c C-C mining area. Traction rheological properties of the simulative soil were studied by a home-made test apparatus. In order to accurately describe the traction rheological properties and determine traction rheological parameters, the Newtonian dashpot in Maxwell body of Burgers model was replaced by a self-similarity spring-dashpot fractance and a new rheological constitutive model was deduced by fractional derivative theory. The results show the simulative soil has obvious non-attenuate rheological properties. The transient creep and stable creep rate increase with the traction, but they decrease with ground pressure. The fractional derivative Burgers model are better in describing non-attenuate rheological properties of the simulative soil than the classical Burgers model. For the new traction rheological constitutive equation of the simulative soil, the traction rheological parameters can be obtained by ?tting the tested traction creep data with the traction creep constitutive equation. 5Impacts of Land-Use Data on the Simulation of Surface Air Temperature in Northwest China显示文摘This study examines the impacts of land-use data on the simulation of surface air temperature in Northwest China by the Weather Research and Forecasting(WRF) model. International Geosphere–Biosphere Program(IGBP) landuse data with 500-m spatial resolution are generated from Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS)satellite products. These data are used to replace the default U.S. Geological Survey(USGS) land-use data in the WRF model. Based on the data recorded by national basic meteorological observing stations in Northwest China, results are compared and evaluated. It is found that replacing the default USGS land-use data in the WRF model with the IGBP data improves the ability of the model to simulate surface air temperature in Northwest China in July and December 2015. Errors in the simulated daytime surface air temperature are reduced, while the results vary between seasons. There is some variation in the degree and range of impacts of land-use data on surface air temperature among seasons. Using the IGBP data, the simulated daytime surface air temperature in July 2015 improves at a relatively small number of stations, but to a relatively large degree; whereas the simulation of daytime surface air temperature in December 2015 improves at almost all stations, but only to a relatively small degree(within 1°C). Mitigation of daytime surface air temperature overestimation in July 2015 is influenced mainly by the change in ground heat flux. 7Evaluation of the Forecast Accuracy of Near-Surface Temperature and Wind in Northwest China Based on the WRF Model显示文摘This study investigated the performance of the mesoscale Weather Research and Forecasting(WRF) model in predicting near-surface atmospheric temperature and wind for a complex underlying surface in Northwest China in June and December 2015. The spatial distribution of the monthly average bias errors in the forecasts of 2-m temperature and 10-m wind speed is analyzed first. It is found that the forecast errors for 2-m temperature and 10-m wind speed in June are strongly correlated with the terrain distribution. However, this type of correlation is not apparent in December, perhaps due to the inaccurate specification of the surface albedo and freezing-thawing process of frozen soil in winter in Northwest China in the WRF model. In addition, the WRF model is able to reproduce the diurnal variation in 2-m temperature and 10-m wind speed, although with weakened magnitude. Elevations and land-use types have strong influences on the forecast of near-surface variables with seasonal variations. 14Effects of different machine transplanting methods on the physiological and yield characteristics of late rice in China显示文摘To address problems caused by rice machine transplanting such as injury to the seedlings and recovery period that extend growth period,this study explored the effects of different machine transplanting methods on the physiological and yield characteristics of late rice in China,and determine the appropriate machine transplanting method for late rice,which was expected to provide a basis for high-yield and high-efficient cultivation of machine-transplanted late rice.Hybrid indica rice Taiyou 398 and conventional indica rice Jing Gangruanzhan were selected as the research objects,and large-pot carpet seedling machine transplanting(M1),conventional pot carpet seedling machine transplanting(M2)and ordinary carpet seedling machine transplanting(M3)were adopted respectively to analyze their effects on seedling quality,population physiological characteristics,yield and its components and economic benefits of late rice.The results showed that compared with M2 and M3,M1 achieved higher seedling quality,showing significant advantages in the early stage despite average root entwining force that met the requirement of machine transplanting.The seedlings transplanted using M1 had shorter recovery period after mechanical transplanting,with earlier tillering,earlier peak seedling,and slower declining of stems and tillers in the late stage;the peak seedling number was not high,but the effective tiller number and earbearing tiller percentage were significantly higher than those achieved by the other two machine transplanting methods.Also,M1 achieved stronger photosynthetic capacity of flag leaves before HS,with more photosynthetic products in stems and leaves transported to panicles and more efficiently after HS.Compared with seedlings transplanted using M2 and M3,the recovery period of those transplanted using M1 was shortened by 3 and 5 d,the heading stage(HS),and maturity stage(MS)were advanced,which effectively reduced the risk and impact of“cold dew wind”on machine-transplanted late rice.M1 had significant yield increase advantage and economic benefit,with better grain maturity,and“larger panicles,more panicles,more and fuller grains”.M1 achieved an average yield increase of 10.31%-11.10%,20.67%-25.10%in 2 years,and an average income increase of 18.65%-131.06%and 62.85%-323.78%,respectively.Therefore,vigorously developing M1 is the key to the high-yield and high-efficient cultivation of machine-transplanted late rice in China.Xuan Jia Yonglei Li Jiannong Song Cailing Liu Xiaolin Cao Licai Chen Lipengcheng Wan Xiang Ma 2023International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2023,16,6:0
15Staphylococcus epidermidis meningitis in combination with acute disseminated encephalomyelitis A case report显示文摘A nine-year-old girl with Staphylococcus epidermidis meningitis combined with acute disseminated encephalomyelitis(ADEM) was enrolled in the present study,and exhibited sustained fever and headache for 5 days and a single seizure episode.Meningeal irritation and disturbance of consciousness were apparent.Cerebrospinal fluid examination revealed increased protein level and pleocytosis.Cerebrospinal fluid culture demonstrated Staphylococcus epidermidis growth.The patient was treated with intravenous cefotaxime,intravenous dexamethasone,and decreasing intracranial pressure for 3 weeks.Seizures and fever symptoms improved,but disturbance of consciousness,muscle weakness,and bilateral limb paresis were significant.IgG index was elevated and oligoclonal bands were positive in the cerebrospinal fluid.Magnetic resonance imaging demonstrated high T2-weighted signals in subcortical white matter,which were consistent with ADEM.High-dose methylprednisolone for 3 days and a 6-day pulse therapy with immunoglobulins resulted in improved clinical symptoms and cerebrospinal fluid examination.The patient's temperature dropped to normal,and the headache disappeared.A Staphylococcus epidermidis infection associated with ADEM is uncommon in children.Results suggested that Staphylococcus epidermidis infection could be a pathogenic factor for ADEM,and ADEM is a complication of Staphylococcus epidermidis meningitis.Xin Chen Haijin Chen Zhiqin Liu Cailing Chen Fenping Luo Zhichun Feng 2009Neural Regeneration Research2009,4,11:0
16A nonenzymatic electrochemical sensor for the detection of hydrogen peroxide in vitro and in vivo fibrosis models显示文摘Fibrosis occurs due to the excessive deposition of extracellular matrix caused by cell injury.After various types of tissue injury,the dysregulation of the internal response can eventually lead to the destruction of organ structure and dysfunction.There is increasing evidence that oxidative stress,which is characterized by excessive production of hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2)),is an important cause of fibrosis.Therefore,we synthesized a biosensitive and efficient electrochemical H_(2)O_(2)sensor based on PtNi nanoparticle-doped N-reduced graphene oxide(PtNi-N-rGO)to detect H_(2)O_(2)released from transforming growth factorβ1(TGFβ1)-induced myofibroblast.In addition,the sensor could easily detect changes in H_(2)O_(2)in the lung and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)of mice with pulmonary fibrosis.Furthermore,the sensor could also detect H_(2)O_(2)in activated hepatic stellate cells and the liver of carbon tetrachloride(CCl_(4))-induced liver fibrosis.Moreover,the alterations in H_(2)O_(2)detected by the sensor were consistent with nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate oxidase 4(NOX4)protein expression and the staining results of pathological sections.Taken together,these results highlight the use of H_(2)O_(2)sensors for the rapid detection of fibrosis and facilitate the rapid evaluation of antifibrotic drug candidates.Hongyao Liu Yan Yu Taixiong Xue Cailing Gan Yuting Xie Doudou Wang Peilin Li Zhiyong Qian Tinghong Ye 2024Chinese Chemical Letters2024,35,3:0
17Selectively reductive amination of levulinic acid with aryl amines to N-substituted aryl pyrroles显示文摘Synthesizing nitrogen(N)-containing molecules from biomass derivatives is a new strategy for production of this kind of chemicals.Herein,for the first time we present the synthesis of N-substituted aryl pyrroles via reductive amination/cyclization of levulinic acid(LA)with primary aromatic amines and hydrosilanes(e.g.,PMHS)over Cs F,and a series of N-substituted aryl pyrroles could be obtained in good to excellent yields at 120○C.The mechanism investigation indicates that the reaction proceeds in two steps:the cyclization between amine and LA occurs first to form intermediate 5-methyl-N-alkyl-1,3-dihydro-2H-pyrrolones and their isomeride(B),and then the chemo-and region-selective reduction of intermediates take place to produce the final products.This approach for synthesis of N-substituted aryl pyrroles can be performed under mild and green conditions,which may have promising applications.Cailing Wu Mengjie Lou Mingming Sun Huiyong Wang Zhiyong Li Jikuan Qiu Jianji Wang Zhimin Liu 2023Green Energy & Environment2023,8,2:0
