1Dynamic management system of ore blending in an open pit mine based on GIS/GPS/GPRS显示文摘Using GIS, GPS and GPRS, a dynamic management system of ore blending in an open pit mine has been designed and developed. A linear program was established in a practical application. The system is very good at automatically drawing up a daily production plan of ore blending and monitors and controls the process of mining production in real time. 2Improved uranium leaching efficiency from low-permeability sandstone using low-frequency vibration in the CO_(2)+O_(2) leaching process显示文摘Extraction of uranium from low-permeability sandstone is a long-standing challenge in mining.The improvement of sandstone permeability has therefore become a key research focus to improve the uranium leaching effect.To address the low-permeability problem and corresponding leaching limits,leaching experiments are performed using newly developed equipment that could apply low-frequency vibration to the sandstone samples.The test results indicate that low-frequency vibration significantly improves the uranium leaching performance and permeability of the sandstone samples.The leaching effect of low-frequency vibration treatment is approximately nine times more effective than ultrasonic vibration treatment,whereas the concentration of uranium ions generated without vibration treatment is not detectable.Mathematical model that considers the combined action of physico-mechanical vibration and chemical erosion is established to describe the effect of low-frequency vibration on the permeability.The calculated results are in good agreement with the tested permeability values.This study thus offers a new method to effectively leach more uranium from low-permeability sandstone using CO_(2)+O_(2)and provides an insight into the impact of low-frequency vibration on the uranium leaching process.Yong Zhao Yong Gao Caiwu Luo Jun Liu 2022Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2022,14,3:2

4Spatio-temporal distribution of gaseous pollutants from multiple sources in industrial buildings with different flow patterns显示文摘Energy consumption of industrial buildings has remained continuously high,and the environmental quality requirements are also constantly improving.Only by improving industrial environmental control technology based on the transport mechanism of the pollution,can the energy consumption of industrial building environmental control be further reduced,and the environmental quality of industrial buildings can be improved as well.Therefore,after verifying the numerical simulation by experiments,this study uses a self-label method to investigate the spatio-temporal distribution of gaseous pollutants from multiple time-series sources in industrial plants with different length-span ratios.The results show that,the polluted flow in plants with different aspect ratios have different flow patterns:(i)the,,Back-mixingw flow pattern occurs when the ratio of ventilation rate 6 and polluted flow rate at the exhaust height b is less than 1,i.e.,G/L_(p)<1,and(ii)the'One-way'flow pattern occurs when G/L_(p)>1.For plants with the'Back-mixing'pattern,the following source pollutants enter a density stratified environment induced by the retained pre-source pollutants.The flow of following source pollutants released at the same intensity as the precursor source can reach the roof,while those with low velocity and density difference may be blocked during the ascending process.The maximum height zm of the flow of the following source is related to both the initial Froude number Fr_(o)of the following source and the unsteady vertical density gradient of the fluid in the indoor environment dpa/dz.For plants with the,,One-way,/pattern,the flow from the following source enters into an environment with approximately uniform density.Under the condition of positive buoyancy,design parameters of ventilation corresponding to the vicinity of G/L_(p)=1 may be the optimal solution for safety and energy conservation.Yingxue Cao Yi Wang Zhuolei Yu Caiwu Lu Songheng Wu Yang Yang Xiaojing Meng 2022Building Simulation2022,15,9:1

8Effects of Different Modes of Returning Farmland to Forest on Physicochemical Properties of Soil in Bashang Area of Northern Hebei Province显示文摘[Objective]The research aimed to understand the change rules of physicochemical properties of soil in the different modes of returning farmland to forest.[Method]The physicochemical properties of soil in three different types of returning farmland to forest(Hippophae rhamnoides Linn.forest,Caragana korshinskii forest and Ulmus pumila L.forest)were analyzed by taking the enclosed grassland as comparison in Bashang area of northern Hebei Province.[Result]The results showed that there were significant differences among different types.Order of the bulk density of soil:H.rhamnoides Linn.forest(1.17 g/cm^3)U.pumila L.forest(52.55%)>C.korshinskii forest(51.93%)C.korshinskii forest(3.128%)>U.pumila L.forest(2.804%)>enclosed grassland(2.536%).[Conclusion]After returning farmland to forest,vegetation played a positive role in physicochemical properties of soil.There were significant differences in physicochemical properties of soil among different modes of returning farmland to forest,and the improvement effect of H.rhamnoides Linn.forest on physicochemical properties of soil was the best.Yue YANG Yitian YANG Zhiyong WU Caiwu WU Yongjiao HAN 2020Meteorological and Environmental Research2020,11,4:0
