20日粮中添加不同脂类对杂交母牛瘤胃消化和瘤胃微生物的影响显示文摘研究旨在探讨日粮中添加不同脂类对肉牛的采食量、干物质和营养物质的消化率、瘤胃发酵参数、微生物合成效率及瘤胃微生物的影响。试验选用配有瘤胃瘘和十二指肠瘘的杂交母牛9头,采用3×3拉丁方试验设计。母牛约18月龄,试验前与试验结束时其平均体重分别为(316.3±28.8)和(362.6±34.4)kg,饲喂青贮玉米浓缩料为64的日粮,其中浓缩料脂肪含量为58.0g·kg-1。脂类的来源包括大豆籽粒、过瘤胃脂肪和大豆油。试验数据采用SASPROCMIXED程序进行分析,均值比较采用Tukey检验。试验结果表明,日粮中的脂肪来源对肉牛的营养摄入量无显著影响(P>0.05)。处理组除对有机物表观消化率影响显著之外(P=0.024),其他营养物质的表观消化率与对照组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。大豆籽粒处理组肉牛体内的氮储存显著高于过瘤胃脂肪处理组(P=0.045),但与其他处理组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。大豆油和大豆籽粒处理组肉牛的微生物蛋白质含量显著高于过瘤胃脂肪处理组(P=0.001),过瘤胃脂肪处理组的原生动物和真菌含量极显著高于另两个处理组(P<0.001)。不同脂肪来源的日粮对pH、总挥发性脂肪酸和丙酸的含量无显著影响(P>0.05),而过瘤胃脂肪处理组的氨态氮和醋酸的含量高于其他处理组。研究表明,日粮中添加不同来源的脂肪对营养物质的摄入量无显著影响,但添加大豆油和大豆籽粒可减少瘤胃真菌和原生动物含量,改进微生物蛋白质的合成效率,促进营养物质的吸收。Fiorentini G Messana J D Dian P H M Reis R A Canesin R C Pires A V Berchjelli T T 2013饲料博览2013,,8:0
