1Bilateral inferior petrosal sinus sampling for the treatment of Cushing's disease Data from 52 cases from one institute over an eight-year period显示文摘The present study analyzed data from 108 Cushing's disease patients,who underwent trans-sphenoidal surgery in one hospital between January 2003 and April 2010,to investigate the performance value of bilateral inferior petrosal sinus sampling (BIPSS).Of the 108 patients,52 underwent BIPSS prior to surgery and 56 did not.Results showed that BIPSS accuracy for the diagnosis of Cushing's disease was 86.5% (45/52),and accuracy for adenoma lateralization during surgery was 76.9% (40/52).In addition,early remission rate was significantly greater compared to patients without BIPSS.Results demonstrated that BIPSS facilitated localization and diagnosis of Cushing's disease and helped to predict adenoma lateralization.Changyan Fan Xiuhua Shi Qingfang Sun Liuguan Bian Weiguo Zhao Jiankang Shen Hua Zhang Tingwei Su Weiqing Wang Xiaoying Li Guang Ning Liang Kong Lingling Hu 2011Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,28:1
2Elevated CO_(2) increases shoot growth but not root growth and C:N:P stoichiometry of Suaeda aralocaspica plants显示文摘The purpose of the current study was to investigate the eco-physiological responses,in terms of growth and C:N:P stoichiometry of plants cultured from dimorphic seeds of a single-cell C4 annual Suaeda aralocaspica(Bunge)Freitag and Schütze under elevated CO_(2).A climatic chamber experiment was conducted to examine the effects of ambient(720μg/L)and CO_(2)-enriched(1440μg/L)treatments on these responses in S.aralocaspica at vegetative and reproductive stages in 2012.Result showed that elevated CO_(2) significantly increased shoot dry weight,but decreased N:P ratio at both growth stages.Plants grown from dimorphic seeds did not exhibit significant differences in growth and C:N:P stoichiometric characteristics.The transition from vegetation to reproductive stage significantly increased shoot:root ratio,N and P contents,but decreased C:N,C:P and N:P ratios,and did not affect shoot dry weight.Moreover,our results indicate that the changes in N:P and C:N ratios between ambient and elevated CO_(2) are mainly caused by the decrease of N content under elevated CO_(2).These results provide an insight into nutritional metabolism of single-cell C4 plants under climate change.WANG Lei FAN Lianlian JIANG Li TIAN Changyan 2021Journal of Arid Land2021,13,11:0
3Monaural speech enhancement using U-net fused with multi-head self-attention显示文摘Under low signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)and burst noise conditions,the speech enhancement effect of existing deep learning network models is not satisfactory.In contrast,humans can exploit the long-term correlation of speech to form an integrated perception of different speech signals.Thus,describing the long-term dependencies of speech can help improve the enhancement performance under low SNR and burst noise conditions.Inspired by this feature,a time domain end-to-end monaural speech enhancement model TU-net that fuses the multi-head self-attention mechanism and U-net deep network is proposed.The TU-net model adopts the codec layer structure of U-net to achieve multi-scale feature fusion.It introduces the dual-path Transformer module using the multi-head self-attention mechanism to calculate the speech mask and better model long-term correlation.The TU-net model is trained with a weighted sum loss function in the time,time-frequency,and perceptual domains.Simulation experiments are carried out and the results show that with maintaining relatively fewer network model parameters,TU-net outperforms other similar monaural enhancement network models in several evaluation metrics such as perceptual evaluation of speech quality(PESQ),short-time objective intelligibility(STOI)and SNR gain under low SNR and burst noise conditions.FAN Junyi YANG Jibin ZHANG Xiongwei ZHENG Changyan 2023Chinese Journal of Acoustics2023,42,1:0
