1Engineering self-healing adhesive hydrogels with antioxidant properties for intrauterine adhesion prevention显示文摘Intrauterine adhesion (IUA) is the fibrosis within the uterine cavity. It is the second most common cause of female infertility, significantly affecting women’s physical and mental health. Current treatment strategies fail to provide a satisfactory therapeutic outcome for IUA patients, leaving an enormous challenge for reproductive science. A self-healing adhesive hydrogel with antioxidant properties will be highly helpful in IUA prevention. In this work, we prepare a series of self-healing hydrogels (P10G15, P10G20, and P10G25) with antioxidant and adhesive properties. Those hydrogels exhibit good self-healing properties and can adapt themselves to different structures. They possess good injectability and fit the shape of the human uterus. Moreover, the hydrogels exhibit good tissue adhesiveness, which is desirable for stable retention and therapeutic efficacy. The in vitro experiments using P10G20 show that the adhesive effectively scavenges ABTS+, DPPH, and hydroxyl radicals, rescuing cells from oxidative stress. In addition, P10G20 offers good hemocompatibility and in vitro and in vivo biocompatibility. Furthermore, P10G20 lowers down the in vivo oxidative stress and prevents IUA with less fibrotic tissue and better endometrial regeneration in the animal model. It can effectively downregulate fibrosis-related transforming growth factor beta 1 (TGF-β1) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). 2Inhibition of the toxic byproduct during photocatalytic NO oxidation via La doping in ZnO显示文摘It is of a great challenge to develop semiconductor photocatalysts with potential possibilities to simultaneously enhance photocatalytic efficiency and inhibit generation of toxic intermediates.In this study,we developed a facile method to induce the La doping and cationic vacancie(V(Zn))on ZnO for the highly efficient complete NO oxidation.The photocatalytic NO removal efficiency increases from 36.2%to 53,6%.Most importantly,a significant suppressed NO2 production also has been realized.According to the DFT calculations,ESR spectra and in situ FTIR spectra,the introduction of La^3+induce the redistribution of charge carriers in La-ZnO,which promote the production of·O2^- and lead to the formation of V(Zn)for the formation of·OH,contributing to the complete oxidation of NO to nitrate.Besides,the conversion pathway of photocatalytic NO oxidation has been elaborated,This work paves a new way to simultaneously realize the photocatalytic pollutants removal and the inhibition of toxic intermediates generation for efficient and safe air purification.Chaowei Yuan Wen Cui Yanjuan Sun Jiadong Wang Ruimin Chen Jin Zhang Yuxin Zhang Fan Dong 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,3:3
3Cooperative Spectrum Sensing over Generalized Fading Channels Based on Energy Detection显示文摘This paper analyzes the unified performance of energy detection(ED) of spectrum sensing(SS) over generalized fading channels in cognitive radios(CRs). The detective performance of SS will be obviously affected by fading channels among communication nodes, and ED has the advantages of fast implementation, no requirement of priori received information and low complexity, so it is meaningful to investigate ED over various fading channels. The probability density function(p.d.f.) of α-κ-μ distribution is derived to evaluate energy efficiency for sensing systems.The detection probability with Marcum-Q function has been derived and the close-form expressions with moment generating function(MGF) method are deduced to achieve SS.Furthermore, exact closed-form analytic expressions for average area under the receiver operating characteristics curve( AUC) also have been deduced to analyze the performance characteristics of ED over α-κ-μ fading channels.Besides, cooperative spectrum sensing(CSS) with diversity reception has been applied to improve the detection accuracy and mitigate the shadowed fading features with OR-rule. At last, the results show that the detection capacity of ED will be evidently affected by α-κ-μ fading channels, but appropriate channel parameters can improve sensing performance. 4Enhanced blue-light excited cyan-emitting persistent luminescence of BaLu_(2)Al_(2)Ga_(2)SiO_(12)∶Ce3+,Bi3+phosphors for AC-LEDs via defect modulation显示文摘Alternating current light-emitting diodes(AC-LEDs)have received significant attention from both academia and industry due to their remarkable benefits of more compact volume,cheaper manufacturing cost,greater energy usage efficiency,and longer service life.One of the most significant challenges for AC-LEDs is the flicker effect,which is mainly caused by the unavoidable 5-20 ms dimming time.Aiming to reduce the flicker effect,we designed a series of excellent blue-light excited cyan-emitting persistent luminescence(PersL)phosphors BaLu_(2)Al_(2)Ga_(2)SiO_(12)∶Ce^(3+),Bi^(3+)via defect engineering of co-doping Bi^(3+).Interestingly,we found that co-doping Bi^(3+)not only effectively enhanced the PersL intensity,but also regulated the PersL lifetime of this phosphors.As the Bi^(3+)co-doping concentration increases to 0.01,the T80 value(the time when the PersL intensity decreases to 80%of the initial intensity)increases from 0.24 to 19.61 ms,which proves to be effective in compensating the flicker effect of AC-LEDs.A new method of generating white light emission during the dimming time through adding the blue-light excited cyan PersL phosphor to the original orange-red PersL phosphor was proposed and an AC-LED lamp with a decreased percent flicker of 48.15%was fabricated,which is significantly better than the other currently reported AC-LED devices based on PersL phosphors.These results demonstrate that BaLu_(2)Al_(2)Ga_(2)SiO_(12):Ce^(3+),Bi^(3+)might be an attractive material for low-flicker AC-LEDs.Weihong Yuan Ran Pang Shangwei Wang Tao Tan Chengyu Li Chaowei Wang Hongjie Zhang 2022Light(Science & Applications)2022,11,7:2

9Mobile-agent-based energy-efficient scheduling with dynamic channel acquisition in mobile cloud computing显示文摘Mobile cloud computing(MCC) combines mobile Internet and cloud computing to improve the performance of mobile applications. However, MCC faces the problem of energy efficiency because of randomly varying channels. A scheduling algorithm is proposed by introducing the Lyapunov optimization, which can dynamically choose users to transmit data based on queue backlog and channel statistics. The Lyapunov analysis shows that the proposed scheduling algorithm can make a tradeoff between queue backlog and energy consumption in the channel-aware mobile cloud computing system. 11Fungi with potential probiotic properties isolated from Fuzhuan brick tea显示文摘Several of the fungal species associated with Fuzhuan brick tea(FBT)are considered as potential probiotics,but few studies have investigated the probiotic properties of these fungi.Here,we isolated 18 fungal strains from two types of FBT and identified these strains based on internal transcribed spacer(ITS)fragment sequence similarity to reference strains(sequence similarity>98%).Of the 18 strains,10 tolerated simulated human digestive conditions for sufficient periods in vitro:pH 2-3,0.3%-0.5%(m/V)bile salts,and artificial gastrointestinal juices.We then measured the antimicrobial activity of the remaining 10 strains against 5 enteropathogenic bacteria and tested the bacteriostatic effects of the thalli and fermentation broth extracts.Of the 6 strains with strong bacteriostatic effects,we eliminated Eurotium cristatum S-9 due to its low hydrophobicity of(26.12±0.35)%.Finally,2 exhibited good adhesion abilities to human cells(>100%).Notably,2 strains can survive in vivo,because they can be isolated from C57BL/6 mice feces.Thus,2 strains,Aspergillus cristatus H-1 and A.cristatus H-5,are herein identified as promising candidate probiotic strains.It may be put forward a novel research focus on evaluating potential probiotic fungi from FBT.Xin Wang Yuanyuan Cui Chaowei Sang Bin Wang Yirong Yuan Lin Liu Yahong Yuan Tianli Yue 2022Food Science and Human Wellness2022,11,3:0
12Direct incorporation of paraffin wax as phase change material into mass concrete for temperature control: mechanical and thermal properties显示文摘Taking advantage of heat absorbing and releasing capability of phase change material(PCM),Paraffin wax-based concrete was prepared to assess its automatic temperature control performance.The mechanical properties of PCM concrete with eight different Paraffin wax contents were tested by the cube compression test and four-point bending test.The more Paraffin wax incorporated,the greater loss of the compressive strength and bending strength.Based on the mechanical results,four contents of Paraffin wax were chosen for studying PCM concrete's thermal properties,including thermal conductivity,thermal diffusivity,specific heat capacity,thermal expansion coefficient and adiabatic temperature rise.When the Paraffin wax content increases from 10%to 20%,the thermal conductivity and the thermal diffusivity decrease from 7.31 kJ/(m·h·°C)to 7.10 kJ/(m·h·°C)and from 3.03×10−3 m2/h to 2.44×10−3 m2/h,respectively.Meanwhile the specific heat capacity and thermal expansion coefficient rise from 5.38×10−1 kJ/(kg·°C)to 5.76×10−1 kJ/(kg·°C)and from 9.63×10−6/°C to 14.02×10−6/°C,respectively.The adiabatic temperature rise is found to decrease with an increasing Paraffin wax content.Considering both the mechanical and thermal properties,15%of Paraffin wax was elected for the mass concrete model test,and the model test results confirm the effect of Paraffin wax in automatic mass concrete temperature control.Tao Luo JuanJuan Ma Fang Liu MingYi Zhang ChaoWei Sun YanJun Ji XiaoSa Yuan 2021Research in Cold and Arid Regions2021,13,1:0
13A lightweight data-voting strategy for triple-modular redundant control computers显示文摘Triple-modular redundancy(TMR), a well-known methodology for improving the reliability of computer systems, has been used for onboard control computers in many safety-critical space applications. In this paper, a lightweight data-voting strategy for TMR control computer is proposed, in which an additional straightforward input voting stage is added, so that determination of the maximum admissible deviation for output matching, as required by traditional strategies, can be avoided. The lightweight strategy is a practical data-voting solution for the TMR control computer that exploits the characteristics of the data of the control computer. The addition of input voting, in both the value and time domains, can ensure that the outputs of non-faulty machines are exactly equal, and the bitwise output matching of the TMR control computer can be performed. The new data-voting strategy has been optimized according to the actual application conditions in spacecraft control systems, and has been adopted for the TMR control computer of the Chang’e-5 Return Spacecraft.
