| 1 | 中国基层医疗二型糖尿病人中阳痿的普遍性,相互关联,患者态度和寻求治疗的行为显示文摘本研究探讨在基层医疗二型糖尿病人中,阳痿的普遍性、相互关联、患者态度和寻求治疗的行为。我们将一份结构性匿名自填问卷发放到十所普通科门诊诊所进行横断性调查。在603位参与者(91%回应率)中,以国际勃起功能指数(iief)作定义之阳痿的普遍性为79.1%。多数参与者患轻度阳痿(28.9%),随后为轻至中度阳痿(27.9%)、中度阳痿(13.4%)及严重阳痿(9%)。接近55%的阳痿患者并不自觉患有此症。少于10%的患者曾寻求医生治疗,76.1%的参与者表示若被确诊为阳痿,会期望得到医生治理。他们认为最重要的医生治理是临床评估(41.7%),其次是治理潜在因素(37.8%)、转介专科医生(27.5%)、教育(23.9%)、处方磷酸二酯酶5型抑制剂(16.9%),及转介辅导服务(6.7%)。与诊断阳痿最密切关联的因素是自觉患有阳痿(OR=90.49(20.00—409.48,P〈0.001))、以及较年长的组别(OR=1.043(1.011-1.076,P=0.008))。总体而言,阳痿在二型糖尿病人中非常普遍。其中大部分病人如患上阳痿都希望得到医生救治,但只有少数会真正提出此要求。建议医护人员使用结构性问卷筛选二型糖尿病人中的阳痿患者,有助于找出未被诊断的阳痿个案。 | Wai Hon Lo Sau Nga Fu Carlos King Ho Wong Ee San Chen | 2014 | Asian Journal of Andrology2014,16,5: | 8 |
| 2 | A major pathway for carbon and nitrogen losses-Gas emissions during storage of solid pig manure in China显示文摘This study investigated the carbon(C) and nitrogen(N) gas emissions(N_2O,NH_3,CO_2 and CH_4) from solid pig manure management in China.Gas emissions were quantified from static piles over 60 days during summer in China's Yangtze River Basin,using Drager-Tube and static chamber-gas chromatography techniques.High emissions of NH_3 and N_2 O were observed at the early stage of storage,but high emission of CH_4 occured later during storage.Overall,62% of the total C in the original pile was lost; CO_2 and CH_4 emissions accounted for 57 and 0.2% of C lost respectively.Over the same time,41% of the total N in the original pile was lost; NH_3 and N_2 O emissions accounted for 15 and 0.3% of N lost respectively.The volatilization of NH_3 during storage in summer was 4.56 g NH_3 per kg dry weight.The total greenhouse gas(GHG) emissions during storage accounted for 67.93 g CO_2 equivalent per kg dry weight; N_2 O and CH_4 contributed to 46 and 55% of total GHG emissions respectively.Given China's major role in pig production,further attention should given to pig manure management to mitigate its contribution to atmospheric pollution. | SHAN Nan LI Hu LI Jian-zheng Ee Ling Ng MA Yan WANG Li-gang CHEN Qing | 2019 | Journal of Integrative Agriculture2019,18,1: | 3 |
| 3 | Protein and RNA expression of acid-sensing ion channels 2 and 3 in myocardial ischemia rats induced by isoproterenol显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the impact of electro-acupuncture at the Neiguan(PC 6) acupoint on protein and RNA expression of acid-sensing ion channel 2(ASIC2) and ASIC3 in myocardial ischemia rats.METHODS:Fifty male Sprague-Dawley rats were used,weighing(230 ± 50) g.The rats were randomized into a normal group A,model group B,Neiguan(PC 6) group C,Lieque(LU 7) group D,and A-shi points group E.There were 10 rats in each group.Rats were continuously administered 85 mg/kg intravenous isoproterenol daily to establish the model.Successfully modeled rats in groups C,D,and E were given electro-acupuncture treatment.Each group of rats was sacrificed with chloral hydrate(1 mL/100 g) intraperitoneal injection.The left ventricular myocardium was extracted and placed at- 70 ℃ until use.Western blot analysis and real-time PCR were performed to assay protein and RNA expressions of ASIC2 and ASIC3,respectively.Fold changes in RNA expression were quantified with the 2~^(-△△Ct) method.Blood samples were drawn from the aorta abdominalis and tested for creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) levels using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.RESULTS:Myocardial ischemia rats given electro-acupuncture at the Neiguan(PC 6) acupoint had significantly lower protein and RNA expression of ASIC2 and ASIC3,and CK-MB and LDH levels,compared with model rats(P < 0.01).CONCLUSION:Electro-acupuncture at the Neiguan(PC 6) acupoint can not only decrease the protein and RNA expression of ASIC2 and ASIC3,but also inhibit the opening of ASICs and reduce the cardiomyocyte damage in myocardial ischemia rats. | Wang Shudong Zhang Lide Dong Baoqiang Zhang Wenshun Ho Chin Ee Guo Na Chen Yiguo | 2015 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2015,35,2: | 2 |
