| 1 | Wind tunnel study of aerodynamic wind loading on middle pylon of Taizhou Bridge显示文摘Segment sectional model tests are carried out to investigate the wind loading on middle pylon of Taizhou Bridge, which has complicated three-dimensional flow due to its feature of double columns. Through the force measuring tests, aerodynamic force coefficients of every segment of the pylon columns have been obtained. It is found that the tested aerodynamic force coefficients are much smaller than those given by codes. The interference effects of aerodynamic force coefficients between columns of pylon are discussed. The results show that the interference effect is the most evident when the yaw angle is about 30 ° from transverse direction. | 5 | Dgcr8 deletion in the primitive heart uncovered novel microRNA regulating the balance of cardiac-vascular gene program显示文摘Primitive mammalian heart transforms from a single tube to a four-chambered muscular organ during a short developmental window.We found that knocking out global microRNA by deleting Dgcr8 microprocessor in Mespl cardiovascular progenitor cells lead to the formation of extremely dilated and enlarged heart due to defective cardiomyocyte(CM)differentiation.Transcriptome analysis revealed unusual upregulation of vascular gene expression in Dgcr8 cKO hearts.Single cell RNA sequencing study further confirmed the increase of angiogenesis genes in single Dgcr8 cKO CM.We also performed global microRNA profiling of E9.5 heart for the first time,and identified that miR-541 was transiently highly expressed in E9.5 hearts.Interestingly,introducing miR-541 back into microRNA-free CMs partially rescued their defects,downregulated angiogenesis genes and significantly upregulated cardiac genes.Moreover,miR-541 can target Ctgf and inhibit endothelial function.Our results suggest that micro-RNAs are required to suppress abnormal angiogenesis gene program to maintain CM differentiation. | Xi Chen Lin Wang Rujin Huang Hui Qiu Peizhe Wang Daren Wu Yonglin Zhu Jia Ming Yangming Wang Jianbin Wang Jie Na | 2019 | Protein & Cell2019,10,5: | 1 |

| 7 | Aerodynamic problems of cable-stayed bridges spanning over one thousand meters显示文摘The elongating of cable-stayed bridge brings a series of aerodynamic problems. First of all,geometric nonlinear effect of extreme long cable is much more significant for cable-stayed bridge spanning over one thousand meters. Lateral static wind load will generate additional displacement of long cables,which causes the decrease of supporting rigidity of the whole bridge and the change of dynamic properties. Wind load,being the controlling load in the design of cable-stayed bridge,is a critical problem and needs to be solved. Meanwhile,research on suitable system between pylon and deck indicates fixed-fixed connection system is an effective way for improvement performance of cable-stayed bridges under longitudinal wind load. In order to obtain aerodynamic parameters of cable-stayed bridge spanning over one thousand meters,identification method for flutter derivatives of full bridge aero-elastic model is developed in this paper. Model of the pylon under different construction periods is tested in both uniform and turbulent flow field. And the yaw angle of wind changes from transverse to longitudinal. Through full aero-elastic model testing, wind-induced vibration is checked, which includes vortex resonance, buffeting and galloping. Vortex resonance is observed and further studies are carried out by changing damping ratio.
