1Mesenchymal stromal cells-exosomes:a promising cell-free therapeutic tool for wound healing and cutaneous regeneration显示文摘Cutaneous regeneration at the wound site involves several intricate and dynamic processes which require a series of coordinated interactions implicating various cell types,growth factors,extracellular matrix(ECM),nerves,and blood vessels.Mesenchymal stromal cells(MSCs)take part in all the skin wound healing stages playing active and beneficial roles in animal models and humans.Exosomes,which are among the key products MSCs release,mimic the effects of parental MSCs.They can shuttle various effector proteins,messenger RNA(mRNA)and microRNAs(miRNAs)to modulate the activity of recipient cells,playing important roles in wound healing.Moreover,using exosomes avoids many risks associated with cell transplantation.Therefore,as a novel type of cell-free therapy,MSC-exosome-mediated administration may be safer and more efficient than whole cell.In this review,we provide a comprehensive understanding of the latest studies and observations on the role of MSC-exosome therapy in wound healing and cutaneous regeneration.In addition,we address the hypothesis of MSCs microenvironment extracellular vesicles(MSCs-MEVs)or MSCs microenvironment exosomes(MSCs-MExos)that need to take stock of and solved urgently in the related research about MSC-exosomes therapeutic applications.This review can inspire investigators to explore new research directions of MSC-exosome therapy in cutaneous repair and regeneration.Peng Hu Qinxin Yang Qi Wang Chenshuo Shi Dali Wang Ubaldo Armato Ilaria Dal Prà Anna Chiarini 2019Burns & Trauma2019,7,1:20
2Degradation of H-acid in aqueous solution by microwave assisted wet air oxidation using Ni-loaded GAC as catalyst显示文摘A novel process, microwave assisted catalytic wet air oxidation(MW-CWO), was applied for the degradation of H-acid(1-amino-8-naphthol-3, 6-disulfonic acid) in aqueous solution. Ni-loaded granular activated carbon(GAC), prepared by immersion-calcination method, was used as catalyst. The results showed that the MW-CWO process was very effective for the degradation of H-acid in aqueous solution under atmospheric pressure with 87.4% TOC (total organic carbon) reduction in 20 min. Ni on GAC existed in the form of NiO as specified by XRD. Loss of Ni was significant in the initial stage, and then remained almost constant after 20 min reaction. 3Interaction of humic substances and hematite:FTIR study显示文摘The present work extended the knowledge on the binding and complexation of humic substances(humic acid or fulvic acid) and hematite by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR). The FTIR data gained gave the consist evidences by two different sampling preparation methods that the interaction mechanism between humic substances and hematite was mainly conform to the ligand exchange involving carboxylic functional groups of humic substances and the surfaces sites of hematite. 4Photocatalytic remediation of γ-HCH contaminated soil induced by α-Fe_2O_3 and TiO_2显示文摘Heterogeneous photocatalytic degradation of γ-HCH on soil surfaces was carried out to evaluate the photocatalytic effectiveness of α-Fe 2O 3 and TiO 2 toward degrading γ-HCH on soil surfaces. After being spiked with γ-HCH, soil samples were loaded with α-Fe 2O 3 or TiO 2 and exposed to UV-light irradiation. Different catalyst loads, 0%, 2%, 5%, 7%, and 10% (wt.)α-Fe 2O 3; 0%, 0.5%, 1%, 2:(wt.)TiO 2, were tested for up to 7 d irradiation. The effects of soil thickness, acidity, and humic substances were also investigated. The obtained results indicated that the γ-HCH photodegradation follows the pseudo-first-order kinetics. The addition of α-Fe 2O 3 or TiO 2 accelerates the photodegradation of γ-HCH, while the photodegradation rate decreases when the content of α-Fe 2O 3 exceeds 7%(wt.). The degradation rate increases with the soil pH value. Humic substances inhibit the photocatalytic degradation of γ-HCH. 5CRISPR-Cas12a-Empowered Electrochemical Biosensor for Rapid and Ultrasensitive Detection of SARS-CoV-2 Delta Variant显示文摘Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)is a highly contagious disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2).The gold standard method for the diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 depends on quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction till now,which is time-consuming and requires expensive instrumentation,and the confirmation of variants relies on further sequencing techniques.Herein,we first proposed a robust technique-methodology of electrochemical CRISPR sensing with the advantages of rapid,highly sensitivity and specificity for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 variant.To enhance the sensing capability,gold electrodes are uniformly decorated with electro-deposited gold nanoparticles.Using DNA template identical to SARS-CoV-2 Delta spike gene sequence as model,our biosensor exhibits excellent analytical detection limit(50 fM)and high linearity(R2=0.987)over six orders of magnitude dynamic range from 100 fM to 10 nM without any nucleic-acid-amplification assays.The detection can be completed within 1 h with high stability and specificity which benefits from the CRISPR-Cas system.Furthermore,based on the wireless micro-electrochemical platform,the proposed biosensor reveals promising application ability in point-of-care testing.Chenshuo Wu Zhi Chen Chaozhou Li Yabin Hao Yuxuan Tang Yuxuan Yuan Luxiao Chai Taojian Fan Jiangtian Yu Xiaopeng Ma Omar AAl-Hartomy SWageh Abdullah GAl-Sehemi Zhiguang Luo Yaqing He Jingfeng Li Zhongjian Xie Han Zhang 2022Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,10:2

7Convolutional Neural Network Visualization in Adversarial Example Attack显示文摘In deep learning,repeated convolution and pooling processes help to learn image features,but complex nonlinear operations make deep learning models difficult for users to understand.Adversarial example attack is a unique form of attack in deep learning.The attacker attacks the model by applying invisible changes to the picture,affecting the results of the model judgment.In this paper,a research is implemented on the adversarial example attack and neural network interpretability.The neural network interpretability research is believed to have considerable potential in resisting adversarial examples.It helped understand how the adversarial examples induce the neural network to make a wrong judgment and identify adversarial examples in the test set.The corresponding algorithm was designed and the image recognition model was built based on the ImageNet training set.And then the adversarial-example generation algorithm and the neural network visualization algorithm were designed to determine the model learning heat map of the original example and the adversarial-example.The results show that it develops the application of neural network interpretability in the field of resisting adversarial-example attacks.Chenshuo Yu Xiuli Wang Yang Li 2020国际计算机前沿大会会议论文集2020,,1:0
8Status-quo of proved oil/gas initially-in-place in China as of 2020 and its variation trend in the past decade显示文摘This study analyzes the status-quo of the proved oil/gas initially-in-place and its variation trend,the proved undeveloped oil/gas initially-in-place,and the remaining proved technically recoverable reserves(TRR)of oil/gas in China as of 2020 based on statistics.As shown by the results,the proved oil initially-in-place(OIIP),the proved undeveloped OIIP,and the remaining proved TRR of oil in China are mainly distributed in the Bohai Bay,Ordos and Songliao Basins,and those of free gas are mainly in the Ordos,Sichuan,and Tarim Basins.From 2011 to 2020,the largest increment in the proved OIIP,the proved undeveloped OIIP and the remaining proved TRR of oil occurred in the Ordos Basin,followed by the Bohai Bay Basin,while that in the proved gas initially-in-place(GIIP),the proved undeveloped GIIP,and the remaining proved TRR of gas occurred in the Ordos Basin,followed by the Sichuan Basin.In addition,a comprehensive analysis reveals that the petroliferous basins in China with the potential of reserve addition and production growth include the Ordos Basin,the Bohai Bay Basin,the Sichuan Basin,and the Tarim Basin.Liming Zhou Daoyong Zhang Jinchao Sun Yufeng Gu Chenshuo Zhang Chen Zhang 2022Energy Geoscience2022,3,4:0
