| 1 | Correlation of Helicobacter pylori and interleukin-8 mRNA expression in high risk gastric cancer population prediction显示文摘AIM:To evaluate(1) the association of the Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori) test and interleukin-8(IL-8) m RNA expression alone and the severity of gastric cancer(GC);(2) the association of both tests were added to patients' characteristics to identifli Thai suspected patients of gastric cancer who would receive the most benefit; and(3) diagnostic value of levels of IL-8 m RNA expression for gastric cancer.METHODS: A cross-sectional analytical study was completed with 220 patients with 86 GC patients who underwent endoscopy with gastric surgery divided into non-metastasis and metastasis groups,and 134 patients with benign lesions who underwent endoscopic examination,at the Gastrointestinal Surgery and Endoscopy Unit,Chiang Mai University Hospital between 2006 and 2010. Of 220 patients,86 cases of diagnosed gastric adenocarcinoma were in an advanced stage and 134 cases were non-cancer patients. RESULTS: The IL-8 m RNA expression showed predominant association with advanced GC when compared to H. pylori infection alone [OR(95%CI); 0.86(0.49-1.53) vs 5.44(3.08-9.62)] when including the patients' characteristics the highest of the area under the receiver operating characteristic curves(Au ROC) of the model were males older than 40 years of age [AuROC(95%CI); 0.81(0.75-0.86)]. However,preliminary testing for diagnostic indices of four cut-off points of IL-8 m RNA expression to predict the severity of GC cases found an increasing suboptimal trend from the likelihood ratio of positive to differentiate the severity in the GC group. The IL-8 mRNA expression showed a predominant association with GC when compared to H. pylori infection,especially in males older than 40 years of age who may benefit most from this test. | 6 | Petrochemistry and Zircon U-Pb Geochronology of Felsic Xenoliths in Late Cenozoic Gem-Related Basalt from Bo Phloi Gem Field, Kanchanaburi, Western Thailand显示文摘The Cenozoic basalts exposed in Bo Phloi Gem Field,Kanchanaburi Province,western Thailand are a host to different gem materials(e.g.,sapphire,black spinel,black pyroxene and zircon)as well as other xenocrysts and xenoliths from the deep-seated formations onto the earth surface.However,only felsic xenoliths have never been investigated and reported in detail though they are in fact significant evidence of ancient tectonic processes of this area.In this study,the felsic xenoliths were sampled and classified,on the basis of petrochemistry,into granite,syenogranite,and syenite.However,they contain similar mineral assemblages including essentials of quartz,K-feldspar,and plagioclase with different proportions and accessories of biotite,zircon,and opaque minerals.Moreover,large phenocrysts of K-feldspar and plagioclase commonly present as a primary texture which are frequently corroded and replaced by‘sieved texture’with secondary cumulative fringe of tiny feldspar and quartz.These secondary textures clearly indicate quenching after re-heating during transportation by basaltic magma.Geochemical analyses indicate that the alkaline and peraluminous magma show enrichment of Rb and depletion of Ba,Nb,Ta,Ti with steep slope of LREE/HREE enrichment patterns.These evidences suggest low-degree partial melting of crustal materials related to the collisional S-type granite magmatism.In addition,U-Pb dating of zircon from a felsic xenolith yields 211.6±1.3 Ma comparable to the Late Triassic magmatism of the central belt granite in this region which is resulted from the collision between Sibumasu and Indochina terranes. | Alongkot Fanka Chidchanok Kasiban Toshiaki Tsunogae Yukiyasu Tsutsumi Chakkaphan Sutthirat | 2021 | Journal of Earth Science2021，32，4： | 1 |

| 9 | 慢性病自我护理量表泰语版的跨文化调适及心理测量学分析显示文摘目的本研究旨在翻译和验证泰语版慢性病自我护理量表4.c版(Self-Care of Chronic Ilness Inven-tory version 4.c,SC-CII v4.c)在慢性病患者中应用的信效度。方法对SC-CI v4.c量表进行翻译,并通过横断面研究验证其信效度。采用准备、正向翻译、对比、反向翻译、反向翻译审查、调适、认知报告、认知报告审查、定稿、校对9个步骤将英语版本问卷翻译为泰语,并对翻译的有效性进行了评估。于2022年7一11月在泰国南部的16所初级保健中心选取410名至少有1种慢性疾病患者为研究对象。采用结构效度、聚合效度和区分效度评估量表的效度;应用自我护理自我效能量表(the Self-Care Self-Eficacy Scale,SCSES)和自我感知健康量表来评估量表的同时效度;采用Cronbach'sα系数、项目总相关系数和组合信度(composite relia-bility,CR)指数来评估量表的信度。结果泰语版SC-CI v4.c具有很好的翻译效度(卡帕系数为0.99)。泰语版自我护理维持分量表与原始模型拟合度很好,其中健康促进行为和疾病相关行为维度中的条目有较小差异;自我护理监测和自我护理管理分量表与原始模型存在很好的拟合度。验证性因子分析显示,泰语版SC-CII v4.c具有良好的拟合度。量表的平均方差提取值(average variance extracted,AVE)范围为0.23~0.51,异质-单质比率(heterotrait-monotrait ratios,HTMT)范围为0.37~0.88。泰语版SC-CI v4.c及3个分量表得分与SCSES(r=0.25~0.65)和自我感知健康量表(r=0.09~0.35)均呈正相关。除自我护理维持分量表(Cronbach’sα=0.68)外,所有量表Cronbach'sα系数都较高,CR指数显示3个分量表均具有可靠性(范围为0.80~0.82)。除与睡眠有关的条目外,其他条目与总分的相关系数均较好,范围为0.34~0.71。结论泰语版SC-CI v4.c对于评估非特异性慢性病患者的自我护理是有效和可靠的。建议对特定疾病患者进行进一步测试。 | Chonchanok Bunsuk Jom Suwanno Nuntaporn Klinjun Wanna Kumanjan Kannika Srisomthrong Chennet Phonphet Chidchanok Mayurapak Chutiporn Dansuwan Juk Suwanno Punnaphat Chramnanpho Umaporn Kamlungdee Wichai Arab Putrada Ninla-aesong Sadee Saithong Hamilton Ladda Thiamwong | 2023 | International Journal of Nursing Sciences2023，10，3： | 0 |
