1Tectonic evolution of the Dabieshan orogen: In the view from polyphase deformation of the Beihuaiyang metamorphic zone显示文摘The Beihuaiyang metamorphic zone was formed by the Early Mesozoic collision of the North and South China Blocks. It consisted of the Foziling and Luzhenguan complexes and was thought to have never afforded a deep subduction. A similar feature of the deformation in the Dabieshan UHP metamorphic rocks implies that these different tectonic units share the same geodynamic background. The early stage of deformation can be preserved on account of their relatively shallower subduction than that for UHP rocks. On the basis of an analysis of the geo- logical structure and geochronological results, five deformational stages have been recognized: a D1-Early compressional deformation which represents the continental subduction; a D2-Early exhumation deformation producing a syn-convergence exhumation; a D3-Main deformation, represented by an exhumation deformation with Late Triassic age; a D4-Doming and its margin extensional gravity collapse deformation and finally a D5-regional extensional deformation of Cretaceous that was mostly introduced by the migmatization and plutonism.LIN Wei1, 2, Faure Michel3, WANG Qingchen1 & Arnaud Nicolas4 1. 2^(40)Ar-^(39)Ar ages of the Louzidian-Dachengzi ductile shear zone near Chifeng,Inner Mongolia and their tectonic significance显示文摘The Louzidian normal fault occurs as the eastern detachment fault of the Kalaqin metamorphic core complex. Field observations and microstructural analyses reveal that the Louzidian-Dachengzi ductile shear zone developed in its lower-plate was genetically related to sinistral strike-slips and extensional faulting. Two samples from this ductile shear zone yield 40Ar-39Ar plateau ages of 133 Ma (Bi) and 126 Ma (Kp), which are concordant with their isochron ages. The plateau age of 133 Ma (Bi) records the formation age of the ductile shear zone. The inconsistent relationship between the earlier strike-slip ductile shear zone and the later normal fault makes the Kalaqin Quasi-metamorphic core complex distinctive from Cordil-leran nietamorphic core complex. 4A Study on 3D FE Simulation Method of NC Bending Process of Thin-walled Tube显示文摘The numerical control (NC) precision bending process of thin-walled tube is on e of advanced plastic forming processes with high efficiency, forming precision, strength/weight ratio and low cost, thus it is playing more and more important role in manufacturing parts in aerospace and automobile industries. However, the determination of parameters crucial to make sure tube parts qualified is heavil y experience-based and involves repeated trial-and-errors in practice, which makes the production efficiency reduce drastically and does not fulfill the deve lopment of high technology. With quick development of computer technology and gr adual perfect of plastic forming theory, computer numerical simulation based on finite element method (FEM) has become one of important tools of researching and developing plastic forming technology. Development trend of NC precision bendin g process of tube is simulating its forming process by FEM. Because NC tube bend ing is of 3D nature, it is of great importance to analyze the forming mechanism and find out the influence law of forming parameters on forming process in the N C precision bending process of thin-walled tube quantitatively by 3D FE simulat ion. Based on the rigid-plastic finite element method (FEM) principle, a 3-dimens ional (3D) rigid-plastic FE simulation system named TBS -3D (tube bending simu lation by 3D FEM) for the NC bending process of thin-walled tube has been devel oped, a reasonable FEM model has been established. By use of this FEM simulation system, a NC bending process of thin-walled has been simulated. And deformed m eshes under different bending stages, stress distribution along bending directio n, relationship between maximal wall thickness changing ratio and bending angle have been obtained. And then some forming laws of NC tube bending obtained are a s follows: (1) NC bending process make tube elongate to some extent; (2) Charact eristic of stress distribution is that the outer area is undergoing tensile stre ss, the inner area is undergoing compression stress, and stress neutral layer mo ves close to the inner area, which is in good accordance with the practice; (3) Maximal wall thinning ratio in the outer tensile area changes only a little with increase of bending angle, and maximal wall thickening ratio in the inner compr ession area increases linearly with bending angle. It are was known that it is not possible to the the rail of railroad directly to the cross- ing of railway track made from a steel containing about 14% of manganese (wt. ) because of so many differences between the two kinds of steels such as composition, microstructure,mechanical properties and weldability.A method was used to solve the problem by presetting an intermediate layer on each side of the joint and other special procedures were used.The result of test indicated that a good weld joint was obtained.M. 9INVESTIGATION OF UNSTEADY EXCITATION EFFECTS ON AERODYNAMIC PROPERTIES OF AIRFOILS显示文摘In this paper, the techniques to manage and control the flow over airfoils by using the external unsteady excitations are investigated. The mechanisms of these excitation effects are also explored. The principal goal of this study is to gain a better understanding and to find the possible ways for enhancing the aerodynamic efficients. The experimental investigations are carried out in two low-speed wind tunnels. The test models are two dimensional airfoils with different section geometries. Four means of excitations have been used in these experiments. (1) The pitch oscillation of the airfoil high-angle-of-attack situation. (2) The moving surface effects of the airfoil with a leading edge rotating cylinder. (3) Oscillating leading edge flaperon. (4) Small oscillating spoiler located near the leading edge of the airfoil. The lift, drag and pitch moment coefficients are measured in these experiments. 12Virtual Facilit Layout Design Using Virtual Reality Techniques显示文摘Manufacturing facility layout design has long been recognized as one of the most critical and difficult design tasks in manufacturing industries. Traditional layout methods can not fully solve this complex spatial layout problem. Virtual reality (VR) is a new form of human\|computer interaction, which has the potential to support a range of engineering applications. This paper discusses the reasons why manufacturing facility layout design is considered to be an appropriate new area of VR utilization. A VR\|based layout design framework is proposed. The virtual environment construction issues are discussed.
