2Minimum Cost Multi-Path Parallel Transmission with Delay Constraint by Extending Openflow显示文摘Sometimes user has the requirement to run a high bandwidth application over a low bandwidth network. But its implementation is not easy as the traditional network transmits data with only one path where its bandwidth is lower than the demand. Although the current network technology like SDN has the ability to precisely control the data transmission in the network, but till now the standard openflow protocol does not support splitting one flow to multiple flows. In this paper, a flow splitting algorithm is proposed. The algorithm splits a data flow to multiple sub-flows by extending the openflow protocol. A multiple paths routing algorithm is also proposed to implement the multi-path parallel transmission in the paper. The algorithm selects multiple paths and minimizes the cost of transmission under the constraint of maximum delay and delay variance. 11Formation of thermogenic adipocytes: What we have learned from pigs显示文摘Thermogenic adipocytes, including brown and beige adipocytes, are capable of dissipating energy via heat production in response to external stimuli, such as cold exposure and exercise. This distinct feature makes them promising targets for therapy of obesity and related metabolic disease. In most mammals, the thermogenic function relies on uncoupling protein 1 (UCP1), which creates a proton leak across the inner mitochondrial membrane, diverting protons away from ATP synthesis and resulting in heat dissipation. However, that is not the case in pigs. Accumulating evidence suggested that in pigs neither functional UCP1 nor brown adipocytes were identified, which might be the leading cause for cold stress-caused neonatal mortality and greater adiposity. In our previous study, beige adipocyte formation was found in cold-tolerant pig breeds, together with the finding that UCP1 knock-in improved thermoregulatory ability and decreased fat deposition in pigs, suggesting the potential application of beige induction in pigs for both agricultural purpose and biomedical implication. In this context, we review the anatomical features, developmental origins, plasticity, transcriptional regulation, and the metabolic benefits of thermogenic adipocytes. Particularly, we describe the contribution of beige adipocytes and reconstitution of UCP1 to improve cold sensitivity and decrease fat deposition in pigs. 12Space-Terrestrial Integrated Mobility Management via Named Data Networking显示文摘In Future Space-Terrestrial Integrated Networks(FSTINs), mobility is the norm rather than the exception,the current TCP/IP architecture is not competent. As a promising future network architecture, Named Data Networking(NDN) can support content consumer mobility naturally, but the content producer mobility support remains a challenging problem. Most previous research simply considered this problem in terrestrial scenarios, which involve stable infrastructures to achieve node mobility management. In this paper, we consider the problem in an FSTIN scenario without special handover management infrastructures. Specifically, we propose a tracing-based producer mobility management scheme and an addressing-assisted forwarding method via NDN architecture. We formally describe Multi-Layered Satellite Networks via a Time Varying Graph model and define the foremost path calculating problem to calculate the route of space segment, as well as an algorithm that can function in both dense(connected)and sparse(delay/disruption tolerant) scenarios. Finally, we discuss the acceleration method that can improve the Space-Terrestrial Integrated forwarding efficiency.
