| 1 | “量化自我”运动中隐私关注的阻碍作用--以智能手环用户采纳行为为例显示文摘隐私关注反映与个人隐私相关的用户心理,被认为是阻碍智能设备采纳的重要因素。然而,在我国并没有开展过有关该领域的实证研究。本文基于两个经典的技术采纳理论,将隐私关注纳入到整合模型,探讨我国消费者使用智能设备参与'量化自我'运动的动机和行为模式。通过严格的实证研究程序,首次在国内情境中检验了隐私关注的完整测量工具,比较了传统采纳理论和竞争模型在预测用户心理和行为时的有效性。研究结论证明了在'量化自我'活动中个人隐私关注确实存在显著的阻碍作用,而感知易用性对使用态度的影响不再显著。为提高智能手环使用率,文章提出企业应恰当使用和正确管理用户信息、增强产品和服务实际效用等管理建议。 | 陈小燕 Gerard Cliquet | 2020 | 企业经济2020，39，4： | 8 |
| 2 | 隐私权衡理论视角下用户隐私关注研究显示文摘隐私侵犯引起用户隐私关注从而影响消费者决策是近年来国际理论界研究的重要课题,但在国内的实证研究还较有限。本文以位置服务(LBS)为例,探讨复杂移动服务中隐私权衡理论架构的作用机制,通过对291位LBS用户的问卷收集和数据分析,证实消费者任务-技术匹配对感知披露价值有正向影响;消费者过往经历对他们感知的信息披露风险存在正向影响;消费者的感知披露价值与披露信息的意愿正相关;消费者的感知披露风险将增加他们的隐私关注水平;隐私关注对透露个人信息有负面影响。同时,实证结果表明此前学者认为消费者的感知披露价值将减少他们的隐私关注水平这一结论并未得到证实,相反消费者的感知披露价值将增加他们的隐私关注水平。通过本文的研究丰富了LBS领域研究的视角,提出了对管理实践的启示和未来研究的展望。 | 陈小燕 Gerard Cliquet | 2020 | 技术经济与管理研究2020，，5： | 5 |
