1Chromodomain-helicase-DNA binding protein 5, 7 and pronecrotic mixed lineage kinase domain-like protein serve as potential prognostic biomarkers in patients with resected pancreatic adenocarcinomas显示文摘Pancreatic cancer is one of the deadliest cancers with a very poor prognosis. Recently, there has been a significant increase in research directed towards identifying potential biomarkers that can be used to diagnose and provide prognostic information for pancreatic cancer. These markers can be used clinically to optimize and personalize therapy for individual patients. In this review, we focused on 3 biomarkers involved in the DNA damage response pathway and the necroptosis pathway: Chromodomainhelicase-DNA binding protein 5, chromodomain-helicaseDNA binding protein 7, and mixed lineage kinase domain-like protein. The aim of this article is to review present literature provided for these biomarkers and current studies in which their effectiveness as prognostic biomarkers are analyzed in order to determine their future use as biomarkers in clinical medicine. 2Immune checkpoint molecules in natural killer cells as potential targets for cancer immunotherapy显示文摘Recent studies have demonstrated the potential of natural killer(NK)cells in immunotherapy to treat multiple types of cancer.NK cells are innate lymphoid cells that play essential roles in tumor surveillance and control that efficiently kill the tumor and do not require the major histocompatibility complex.The discovery of the NK’s potential as a promising therapeutic target for cancer is a relief to oncologists as they face the challenge of increased chemo-resistant cancers.NK cells show great potential against solid and hematologic tumors and have progressively shown promise as a therapeutic target for cancer immunotherapy.The effector role of these cells is reliant on the balance of inhibitory and activating signals.Understanding the role of various immune checkpoint molecules in the exhaustion and impairment of NK cells when their inhibitory receptors are excessively expressed is particularly important in cancer immunotherapy studies and clinical implementation.Emerging immune checkpoint receptors and molecules have been found to mediate NK cell dysfunction in the tumor microenvironment;this has brought up the need to explore further additional NK cell-related immune checkpoints that may be exploited to enhance the immune response to refractory cancers.Accordingly,this review will focus on the recent findings concerning the roles of immune checkpoint molecules and receptors in the regulation of NK cell function,as well as their potential application in tumor immunotherapy.Yuqing Cao Xiaoyu Wang Tianqiang Jin Yu Tian Chaoliu Dai Crystal Widarma Rui Song Feng Xu 2020Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2020,5,1:2

5Theory Study on Structures and Vibrational Frequencies of Pyruvic acid显示文摘Density functional theory BLYP (using Becke’s and Lee-Yang-Pars’s correlation functionals), ab initio Hartree-Fock (HF) and hybrid DFT/HF B3LYP calculations were carried out to study the structure and vibrational spectra of pyruvic acid. 6Synthesis, Structure and Properties of Tetrakis (thiourea) mercury (II) Tetrakis (thiocyanato-N) zinc (II)显示文摘A new nonlinear optical complex crystal tetrakis (thiourea) mercury (II) tetrakis (thiocyanato-N) zinc (II) was synthesized and its structure was determined. It belongs to the tetragonal system, Ispace group. The crystal structure consists of discrete [Zn(SCN)4]2- anions and [Hg(NH2CSNH2)4]2+ cations with slightly distorted coordination tetrahedra ZnN4 and HgS4. 9DFT Calculations for Electron Transfer Bond-breakingReaction of CH_3-X显示文摘DFT/6-311+g** level calculations are performed to study the electron transfer bond-breaking reaction of CH3-X. The calculated values are in good agreement with the experimental results or the empirical model. 12Analysis of Vibration Mode for H_2+F→HF+H Reaction Mechanism: Density functional Theory Calculation显示文摘Three density functional theory methods (DFT) have been used to investigate the H2+F?HF+H reaction comparing with the Hartree-Fock method and Moller-Plesset (MP2) perturbation theory method. 13Synthesis,Characterization and Non-linear Optical Properties of a New Organic Dye:DEAHAS显示文摘Trans-4- (N-2-hydroxyethyl-N-ethyl amino)-4ˊ-(diethyl amino)stilbene (DEAHAS) has been synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, IR and elemental analysis. Linear absorption, single-photon induced fluorescence and two-photon induced fluorescence are experimentally studied. 15Synthesis, Structure and Non-linear Optical Properties of Iron Mercury Tetrathiocyanate显示文摘Iron Mercury Tetrathiocyanate (FeHg(SCN)4) has been synthesized and its structure hasbeen detendned. It belongs to the tetragonal system, 14 space group. The Hg-S-C=N-Fe bridgeleeds to the formation of an infinite three dimensional network. 17Large second-order optical nonlinearities of s-triazine derivatives: View from micro molecules to macro crystals显示文摘Three s-triazine derivatives have been synthesized and their structures been de-termined. These are Compound I: 2,4-dimethyl-6-(p-N,N-dimethylaminostyryl)-s-triazine (abbre-viated to NMe-1), Compound II: 2,4-dimethyl-6-(p-N,N-diethylaminostyryl)-s-triazine (to NEt-1), and Compound III: 2-methyl-4,6-bis(p-N,N-dimethylaminostyryl)-s-triazine (NMe-2). NMe-1 and NEt-1 molecules belong to the D-π-A type with a one-dimensional charge-transfer character. NMe-1 crystallizes to centrosymmetric P1 space group, while NEt-1 to non-centrosymmetric polar Cc space group with all of the molecular charge-transfer axes taking the same orientation. Under the irradiation of 1064 nm fundamental laser, NEt-1 powder crystals radiate a 2-order harmonic light with an intensity 46.8 times that of urea. The Λ typed NMe-2 molecule, which has a two-dimensional charge-transfer character, crystallizes to polar P21 space group. Its powder crystals exhibit a 2-order harmonic intensity 46.2 times that of urea.
