1An approach to visual analysis for task flow management显示文摘Efficient management of task flow plays an important role in prediction,planning,control and optimization of tasks.In this paper,according to major indicators to evaluate during task flow management such as time performance,resource allocation efficiency and executory costs we establish a task flow management oriented business model and analyze important operations performed in evaluation,analysis,and optimization of task flow.Based on the business model,in the view of problems from multi-source and heterogeneous data without standardized description,we define a unified data model to give a description for the massive and heterogeneous task flow data.Then we further demonstrate a complex task flow oriented visualization morphology design,with corresponding layout algorithm,and introduce the Focus + Context technique to assist users in analyzing task flows and making accurate decisions.Finally,we develop a task flow management oriented visual analysis prototype system,and apply it into medical process management.Experimental results show that this system can effectively support analysis and evaluation of execution progress,time performance,resource utilization,cost,etc.,which can improve efficiency of the task flow management and contribute to quick and accurate decision-making.TENG DongXing SONG ShaoLei YANG HaiYan MA CuiXia WANG HongAn DAI GuoZhong 2013Science China(Information Sciences)2013,56,5:2

3Computer-aided diagnosis of retinopathy based on vision transformer显示文摘Age-related Macular Degeneration(AMD)and Diabetic Macular Edema(DME)are two com-mon retinal diseases for elder people that may ultimately cause irreversible blindness.Timely and accurate diagnosis is essential for the treatment of these diseases.In recent years,computer-aided diagnosis(CAD)has been deeply investigated and effectively used for rapid and early diagnosis.In this paper,we proposed a method of CAD using vision transformer to analyze optical co-herence tomography(OCT)images and to automatically discriminate AMD,DME,and normal eyes.A classification accuracy of 99.69%was achieved.After the model pruning,the recognition time reached 0.010 s and the classification accuracy did not drop.Compared with the Con-volutional Neural Network(CNN)image classification models(VGG16,Resnet50,Densenet121,and EfficientNet),vision transformer after pruning exhibited better recognition ability.Results show that vision transformer is an improved alternative to diagnose retinal diseases more accurately.Zhencun Jiang Lingyang Wang Qixin Wu Yilei Shao Meixiao Shen Wenping Jiang Cuixia Dai 2022Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2022,15,2:1
4Basic leucine zipper gene VvbZIP61 is expressed at a quantitative trait locus for high monoterpene content in grape berries显示文摘The widely appreciated muscat flavor of grapes and wine is mainly attributable to the monoterpenes that accumulate in ripe grape berries.To identify quantitative trait loci(QTL)for grape berry monoterpene content,an F1 mapping population was constructed by a cross between two grapevine genotypes,one with neutral aroma berries(cv.‘Beifeng’)and the other with a pronounced muscat aroma(elite Vitis vinifera line‘3–34’).A high-density genetic linkage map spanning 1563.7 cM was constructed using 3332 SNP markers that were assigned to 19 linkage groups.Monoterpenes were extracted from the berry of the F1 progeny,then identified and quantified by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry.Twelve stable QTLs associated with the amounts of 11 monoterpenes in berries were thus identified.In parallel,the levels of RNA in berries from 34 diverse cultivars were estimated by RNA sequencing and compared to the monoterpene content of the berries.The expression of five genes mapping to stable QTLs correlated well with the monoterpene content of berries.These genes,including the basic leucine zipper VvbZIP61 gene on chromosome 12,are therefore considered as potentially being involved in monoterpene metabolism.Overexpression of VvbZIP61 in Vitis amurensis callus through Agrobacterium-mediated transformation significantly increased the accumulation of several monoterpenes in the callus,including nerol,linalool,geranial,geraniol,β-myrcene,and D-limonene.It is hypothesized that VvbZIP61 expression acts to increase muscat flavor in grapes.These results advance our understanding of the genetic control of monoterpene biosynthesis in grapes and provide important information for the marker-assisted selection of aroma compounds in grape breeding.Yuyu Zhang Cuixia Liu Xianju Liu Zemin Wang Yi Wang Gan-yuan Zhong Shaohua Li Zhanwu Dai Zhenchang Liang Peige Fan 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,9:0
5Virtual-OCT:A simulated optical coherence tomography instrument显示文摘We report the virtual instrumentation of both time-domain(TD)and spectral-domain(SD)opticai coherence tomography(OCT)systems.With a virtual partial coherence source fromeither a simulated or measured spectrum,the OCT signals of both A-scan and B-scan weredemonstrated.The spectrometric detector's pixel number,dynamic range,noise,as well asspectral resolution can be simulated in the virtual spectral domain(SD-OCT).The virtual-OCT system provides an environment for parameter evaluation and algorithm optimization for ex-perimental OCT instrumentation,and promotes the understanding of OCT imaging and signal post-processing processes.The authors thank Dr.Thomas FitzGibbon forcomments on earlier drafts of the manuscript.Ning Liu Cuixia Dai Yuanhe Tang Peng Xi 2014Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2014,7,5:0
