20不同饲养环境下日粮纤维含量对断奶仔猪生长性能和营养物质消化率的影响显示文摘本研究共开展两个试验,研究了不同饲养环境下日粮纤维含量对断奶仔猪生长性能和营养物质消化率的影响。两个试验均采用完全随机区组设计,对照组日粮含有2.2%的粗纤维,其他8个试验组含有相同的营养水平,但是分别添加2.5%或5%的甜菜渣、稻草秸秆、燕麦壳或小麦次粉。采用多种比较方式分析:1)纤维含量(对照组与8个试验组平均值);2)纤维来源;3)纤维水平;4)纤维来源和水平的交互作用。试验一(饲养环境较清洁),日粮纤维水平的提高,提高了仔猪的断奶后腹泻,降低了饲料转化率和营养物质(粗蛋白质除外)的全消化道表观消化率。纤维水平和来源对仔猪的生长性能没有显著影响。燕麦壳组和稻草组的营养物质全消化道表观消化率显著低于小麦次粉组和燕麦壳组。与对照组相比,纤维添加组日粮总能和干物质的回肠表观消化率显著降低,其中稻草组和甜菜渣组显著低于燕麦壳组,小麦次粉组消化率适中。添加纤维对仔猪回肠绒毛高度和隐窝深度比值没有影响。添加5%的纤维饲料原料显著提高仔猪盲肠中大肠杆菌和乳酸菌的数量,但是对两者之间的比例没有影响。试验二(饲养环境较差),添加纤维对仔猪生产性能没有显著影响,但有提高仔猪断奶后腹泻的趋势(P=0.07)。添加纤维降低仔猪全消化道的营养物质表观消化率,但对粗蛋白没有显著影响。日粮纤维来源和水平对营养物质的全消化道表观消化率没有显著影响,但甜菜渣组干物质消化率高于稻草组。结论,与较差的饲养环境相比,清洁饲养环境有利于改善仔猪生长性能,降低腹泻率,提高日粮干物质和总能的消化率。在清洁饲养环境下添加纤维对仔猪有负面作用。在两个试验中,纤维来源和水平对仔猪生长性能的影响均有限。温晓鹿 Berrocoso J D Menoyo D Guzmán P 2016广东饲料2016,25,12:0
