1Genome-level diversification of eight ancient tea populations in the Guizhou and Yunnan regions identifies candidate genes for core agronomic traits显示文摘The ancient tea plant,as a precious natural resource and source of tea plant genetic diversity,is of great value for studying the evolutionary mechanism,diversification,and domestication of plants.The overall genetic diversity among ancient tea plants and the genetic changes that occurred during natural selection remain poorly understood.Here,we report the genome resequencing of eight different groups consisting of 120 ancient tea plants:six groups from Guizhou Province and two groups from Yunnan Province.Based on the 8,082,370 identified high-quality SNPs,we constructed phylogenetic relationships,assessed population structure,and performed genome-wide association studies(GWAS).Our phylogenetic analysis showed that the 120 ancient tea plants were mainly clustered into three groups and five single branches,which is consistent with the results of principal component analysis(PCA).Ancient tea plants were further divided into seven subpopulations based on genetic structure analysis.Moreover,it was found that the variation in ancient tea plants was not reduced by pressure from the external natural environment or artificial breeding(nonsynonymous/synonymous=1.05).By integrating GWAS,selection signals,and gene function prediction,four candidate genes were significantly associated with three leaf traits,and two candidate genes were significantly associated with plant type.These candidate genes can be used for further functional characterization and genetic improvement of tea plants.Litang Lu Hufang Chen Xiaojing Wang Yichen Zhao Xinzhuan Yao Biao Xiong Yanli Deng Degang Zhao 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:3
2Distribution of electric field and design of devices in GaN avalanche photodiodes显示文摘We have investigated the distribution of the electric field in p-i-n type and separate absorption and multiplication(SAM) type GaN avalanche photodiodes under different reverse bias values.We have also analyzed the influences of the parameters of each layer,including width and concentration,on the distribution of the electric field,especially on the breakdown voltage.It is found that a relatively high concentration of p-GaN(higher than 1×10 18 cm 3) and low carrier concentration of i-GaN(lower than 5×10 16 cm 3) are helpful to restrict the electric field and reduce the breakdown voltage.In a SAM(p-i-n-i-n) structure,a suitable choice should be made for the concentration and thickness of the intermediate n-GaN layer in order to decrease breakdown voltage and prevent the device from degenerating into a p-i-n structure.Finally,the optimized material parameters of each layer are proposed.WU LiangLiang ZHAO DeGang DENG Yi JIANG DeSheng ZHU JianJun WANG Hui LIU ZongShun ZHANG ShuMing ZHANG BaoShun YANG Hui 2012Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2012,55,4:2
3Reaction dynamics in the combustion synthesis system of Al-CrO_3-Al_2O_3-NaF-N_2-O_2显示文摘A new material with heat-resistant and adiabatic characteristics and high strength was prepared using the combustion syn- thesis method by mixed powders of CrO3, Al, Al2O3, and NaF in atmospheric gas. The reaction dynamic process of the Al-CrO3-NaF-Al2O3-N2-O2 new material system by the combustion synthesis method was discussed based on the observation results by SEM, EDS, and XRD in combination with the combustion front quenching method (CFQM) and the relation curves between re- action free enthalpies and the corresponding temperatures. 4Effect of B_2O_3 Additives on the Sintering and Dielectric Behaviors of CaMgSi_2O_6 Ceramics显示文摘The effects of B2O3 addition, as a sintering agent, on the sintering behavior, microstructure and dielectric properties of CaMgSi2O6 ceramic have been investigated. The CaO-MgO-B2O3-SiO2 glassy phase came forth by adding B2O3 into CaO-MgO-SiO2 ceramic powders, and it was advantageous to lower the synthesis temperature of CaMgSi2O6 crystalline phase. Moreover, the emergence of CaO-MgO-B2O3-SiO2 glass phase could effectively lower the sintering temperature of CaMgSi2O6 ceramic and promote the CaMgSi2O6 grains growing. 14Energy transfer and 2 μm emission in Tm^(3+)/Ho^(3+) co-doped(Y_(0.87)La_(0.1)Zr_(0.03))_2O_3 nanopowders显示文摘(Y_(0.87)La_(0.1)Zr_(0.03))_2O_3 nanopowders doped with various concentrations of Tm^(3+) and Ho^(3+) were prepared by the citrate method. The standard cubic Y_2O_3 phase can be matched in the Tm^(3+)/Ho^(3+) co-doped(Y_(0.87)La_(0.1)Zr_(0.03))_2 O_3 nanopowders. The nanopowders exhibit average particle sizes of 40,60, 80 and 100 nm after calcinated at 900,1000,1100 and 1200℃,respectively. The energy transfer from Tm^(3+) to Ho^(3+) and the optimum fluorescence emission around 2 μm were investigated. Results indicate that the emission bands at around 1.86 and 1.95 μm correspond to ~3 F_4→~3 H_6 transition of Tm^(3+) and ~5 I_7→~5 I_8 transition of Ho^(3+), respectively.Better spectral properties were achieved in Tm^(3+)/Ho^(3+) co-doped(Y_(0.87)La_(0.1)Zr_(0.03))_2O_3 nanopowders with the average size of 100 nm obtained at the conditions of the treatment of precursors calcinated at 1200 ℃ for 2 h doped with 1.5 mol% Tm^(3+) and 1 mol% Ho^(3+).Yaqian Chen Huanping Wang Xiaoting Zhang Zhen Xiao Qinghua Yang Ruoshan Lei Degang Deng Lihui Huang Shiqing Xu 2018Journal of Rare Earths2018,36,5:1
15Luminescent and thermometric properties of dual emitting Eu^(2+)/Sm^(3+) co-doped Sr_(4)La(PO_(4))_(3)O phosphor based on energy transfer显示文摘Eu^(2+)/Sm^(3+)co-doped dual-emitting Sr_(4)La(PO_(4))_(3)O phosphors were synthesized through a convenient high temperature solid state reaction in reductive atmosphere.The structure,luminescence,energy transfer and temperature-dependent luminescence properties of Eu^(2+)/Sm^(3+)co-doped Sr_(4)La(PO_(4))_(3)O phosphors were researched and analyzed in detail.The blue emission of Eu^(2+)and the red emission of Sm^(3+)can work together as FIR signals.Based on the different response characteristics of these two ion emissions to temperature,Sr_(4)La(PO_(4))_(3)O:Eu^(2+)/Sm^(^(3+))phosphor achieves the relative sensitivity of0.48384%/K and a wide range of temperature measurements from room temperature to 573 K.The results reveal that the Sr_(4)La(PO_(4))_(3)O:Eu^(2+)/Sm^(3+)phosphor has application prospect in the field of high temperature optical thermometry.The energy transfer mechanism is proved to be the dipole-dipole interaction between Eu^(2+)and Sm^(3+)ions.Fuwen Liu Degang Deng Ming Wu Bowen Chen Liuyan Zhou Shiqing Xu 2021Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,3:1
16Novel ultra-wideband fluorescence material:Defect state control based on nickel-doped semiconductor QDs embedded in inorganic glasses显示文摘In recent years,the development of an environmentally friendly quantum dots(QDs)embedded luminous solid by a simple method has attracted considerable attention.In this study,semiconductor ZnS QDs were successfully prepared in an inorganic matrix of amorphous glass,which yielded beneficial broadband emission in the long-wavelength region of the visible range.The strong red emission belonged to the defect state energy level of the ZnS QDs,which could be enhanced by incorporation of nickel ions into the fixed matrix to regulate the defects state.The novel material had a small self-absorption,wide excitation and emission ranges,and thus potential applications in light-conversion devices,luminescent solar concentrators,and solar cell cover glasses.Zheng Wang Feifei Huang Muzhi Cai Xianghua Zhang Degang Deng Shiqing Xu 2023Journal of Materiomics2023,9,2:0
17Emission tunable of Mg_(0.695)Si_(0.695)Al_(1.39)O_(3.65)N_(0.35):Eu^(2+),Mn^(2+) oxynitride phosphors via energy transfer for WLEDs显示文摘A series of Eu^(2+)doped and Eu^(2+)/Mn^(2+) co-doped Mg_(0.695)Si_(0.695)Al_(1.39)O_(3.65)N_(0.35)(MSAON) phosphors were synthesized by solid-state reaction at a lower temperature of 1500℃.The crystal morphology and structure of MSAON host were characterized by SEM,TEM and XRD.The quantum yield(QY) for Eu^(2+)doped MSAON phosphors was measured as high as 62%,indicating the excellent luminous efficiency.For the Eu^(2+)/Mn^(2+)co-doped MSAON phosphor,the photoluminescence spectrum and delay curves reveal the efficient energy transfer(ET) process from Eu^(2+)to Mn^(2+)ions.Meanwhile,the corresponding energy transfer efficiency,critical distance and mechanism are discussed in detail.Temperature-dependent emission spectrum shows the thermal and color stabilities.The emission color of MSAON:Eu^(2+),Mn^(2+)phosphors could be tuned from blue through white to red via varying the concentration of Mn^(2+) ions.White-light-emitting diodes(WLEDs) were successfully fabricated by encapsulating the phosphors in nUV LED(365 nm) devices obtaining white light with color rendering index(CRI) as high as 87.7.The results reveal that the MSAON:Eu^(2+),Mn^(2+)phosphors could have potential application in the field of n-UV WLEDs.Yijun Yu Yi Chen Liang Chen Yuyu Shen Xiao Liu Degang Deng Shiqing Xu 2021Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,6:0
18A study on the minority carrier diffusion length in n-type GaN films显示文摘The minority carrier diffusion length of n-type GaN films grown by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) has been studied by measuring the surface photovoltaic (PV) spectra. It was found that the minority carrier dif- fusion length of undoped n-type GaN is considerably larger than that in lightly Si-doped GaN. However, the data suggested that the dislocation and electron concentration appear not to be responsible for the minority carrier diffusion length. 19An optical thermometer with high sensitivity and superior signal discriminability based on dual-emitting Ce^(3+)/Eu^(2+)co-doped La5Si2BO13 thermochromic phosphor显示文摘A novel non-contact optical thermometer,qualified with high sensitivity and temperature resolution,is urgently needed for temperature measuring of micro devices,moving objects and specific severe environments.Hence,a series of dual-emitting La_(5)Si_(2)BO_(13):Ce^(3+),Eu^(2+)phosphors were synthesized.The two ions show diverse responses with the changing in temperature.The variational emissions of Ce^(3+)and Eu^(2+)can be converted to FIR(fluorescence intensity ratio)signals.The maximal absolute sensitivity Sa and relative sensitivity Sr reach up to 0.07526%/K and 3.2241%/K,respectively.It is worthy noting that the Sa and Sr possess the same variation tendency and both have high values in the low temperature region(293-373 K),showing the great temperature measuring property especially in low temperature region.The temperature sensing characteristics are superior to the results of most previous reports.The energy transfer(ET)process is certified to occur from Ce^(3+)to Eu^(2+)ions.These studies indicate that La_(5)Si_(2)BO_(13):Ce^(3+),Eu^(2+)phosphor could have a good prospect for optical thermometry.Fuwen Liu Ying Tian Degang Deng Ming Wu Bowen Chen Liuyan Zhou Shiqing Xu 2021Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,11:0
