1Visualized optical sensors based on two/three-dimensional photonic crystals for biochemicals显示文摘Responsive photonic crystals(RPCs) constructed by periodic two/three-dimensional(2D/3D) photonic crystals(PCs) and responsive-material hosts,are important visualized optical sensors.Their optical diffraction color can be tuned reversibly by external stimuli,such as pH,metal ions,biomolecules,vapors and solvents,hence leading to wide applications as visualized sensors.This review introduces the recent progress of RPCs based on 2D/3D PCs for visual detection of chemical and biological analytes,including the preparation of 2D PCs,3D PCs films,3D PCs microbeads and their applications as visualized sensors.The different cases of detecting various chemical and biological analytes by naked eyes are presented.Emphasis is given to the description of their respective sensing mechanisms with the different systems for chemical and biological analytes.Compared with 3D RPCs sensors,2D RPCs sensors have shorter response time,better stabilization and higher production efficiency,however,the diffraction intensity of 2D RPCs based on monolayered 2D polystyrene(PS) microsphere array are weak.2D RPCs sensors based on 2D Au nanosphere can significantly improve the diffraction intensity compared with traditional 2D RPCs sensors based on monolayered PS microsphere array.The much higher scattering cross section of Au nanosphere leads to 2D Au nanosphere array with ultrahigh optical diffraction intensity,which are highly helpful for their practical application as visual sensors and further quantitative detection by monitoring the diffraction peak position and intensity.Dandan Men Dilong Liu Yue Li 2016Science Bulletin2016,61,17:6

3Organic Memristor Based on High Planar Cyanostilbene/Polymer Composite Films显示文摘Organic memristors with low power consumption,fast write/erasure speed,and complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor(CMOS)compatibility have attracted tremendous attention to mimic biological synapses to realize neuromorphic computation in recent years.In this paper,organic resistive switching memory(ORSM)based on(Z)-3-(naphthalen-2-yl)-2-(4-nitrophenyl)acrylonitrile(NNA)and polymer poly(N-vinylcarbazole)(PVK)composite film was prepared by spin-coating method.Device performance based on NNA:PVK composite films with different mass fractions of NNA were systematically investigated.The ORSM based on PVK:40%(mass fraction)NNA composite film exhibited non-volatile and bipolar memory properties with a switching ratio(Ion/Ioff)of 24.1,endurance of 68 times and retention time of 104 s,a“SET”voltage(Vset)of−0.55 V and a“RESET”voltage(Vreset)of 2.35 V.The resistive switching was ascribed to the filling and vacant process of the charge traps induced by NNA and the inherent traps in PVK bulk.The holes trapping and de-trapping process occurred when the device was applied with a negative or positive bias,which caused the transforming of the conductive way of charges,that is the resistive behaviors in the macroscopic.This study provides a promising platform for the fabrication of ORSM with high performance.ZHAO Jinjin LI Wei WANG Xuechen WEI Xiao ZHU Huiwen QU Wenshan MEN Dandan GAO Zhixiang WEI Bin GAO Hanfei WU Yuchen 2023Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2023,39,1:0
4Oxidation mechanism of three Fe-Al alloys with and without addition of 0.1 at% yttrium at 800℃显示文摘The isothermal oxidation behavior of Fe-10 Al,Fe-15 Al,Fe-20 Al alloys with and without the addition of0.1 at% Y was studied at 800℃ under 1×105 Pa of flowing pure O2 for 24 h.The oxidation of three Fe-Al alloys can be divided into transient state and steady state oxidation stages.The oxidation of each stage is approximately in accordance with the parabolic law.The addition of 0.1 at% Y changes the oxidation behavior obviously and leads to a significant increase of the weight gain of Fe-10 Al and Fe-15 Al.The scale grown on Fe-10 Al is much thicker and more complicated than that grown on Fe-20 Al,which is composed of an exclusive thin layer of Al2 O3 protective film.Due to the formation of a large number of nodules,the scales grown on Fe-15 AI cannot provide full protection for the alloy.Scale micro structure of the three Fe-Al-0.1 Y alloys is similar to their corresponding Fe-Al alloys.However,nodules with very small size still appear on the surface of Fe-20 Al-0.1 Y alloy.The critical Al concentration to form an exclusive Al2 O3 protective layer for Fe-Al binary alloy is on the borderline between 15 at%-20 at%.For Fe-Al-0.1 Y alloy,the presence of 20 at% Al is not enough to inhibit the growth of nodules.Xunhu Xu Hua Wei Junhuai Xiang Ling Wang Mingfeng Liu Honghua Zhang Dandan Men Jiangshan An 2020Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,10:0
