| 1 | Alliance-Authentication Protocol in Clouds Computing Environment显示文摘Security has been regarded as one of the hardest problems in the development of cloud computing. This paper proposes an Alliance-Authentication protocol among Hybrid Clouds that include multiple private clouds and/or public clouds. Mutual authentication protocol among entities in the Intra-Cloud and Inter-Cloud is proposed. Blind signature and bilinear mapping of automorphism groups are adopted to achieve the Inter-Cloud Alliance-Authentication, which overcome the complexity of certificate transmission and the problem of communication bottlenecks that happen in traditional certificate-based scheme. Blind key, instead of private key, is adopted for register, which avoids the unauthorized Key Management Center (KMC) faking the members to access the resources in traditional identity-based scheme. Compared with the traditional scheme, our scheme can also achieve anonymity, traceability and privacy protection. | 2 | Improved Quantum " Ping-Pong" Protocol Based on Extended Three-Particle GHZ State显示文摘In order to transmit secure messages, a quantum secure direct communication protocol based on extended three-particle GHZ state was presented, in which the extended three-particle GHZ state was used to detect eave sdroppers. In the security analysis, the method of the entropy theory is introduced, and three detection strategies are compared quantitatively by using the constraint between the information eavesdroppers can obtain and the interference introduced. If the eavesdroppers intend to obtain all information, the detection rate of the original 'Ping-pong' protocol is 50%; the second protocol used two particles of EPR pair as detection particles is also 50%; while the presented protocol is 58%. At last, the security of the proposed protocol is discussed. | 4 | Three-dimensional numerical simulation of flow in trapezoidal cutthroat flumes based on FLOW-3D显示文摘To solve the common problem of flumes flowmeasurement accuracy without sacrificing water head, a new type of trapezoidal cutthroat flume to measure the discharge in terminal trapezoidal channels is presented.Using the computational fluid dynamic method, threedimensional flow fields in trapezoidal cutthroat flumes were simulated using the RNG k-ε three-dimensional turbulence model along with the Tru VOF technique.Simulations were performed for 12 working conditions,with discharges up to 0.075 m3$s–1 to determine hydraulic performance. Experimental data for the trapezoidal cutthroat flume in terminal trapezoidal channel were also obtained to validate the simulation results. Velocity distribution of the flume obtained from simulation analyses were compared with observed results based on timeaveraged flow field and comparison yielded a solid agreement between results from the two methods, with relative error below 10%. The results indicated that the Froude number and the longitudinal average velocity increased along the convergence section and decreased in the divergent section. In the upper throat, the Froude number was less than 0.5, which meets the water measurement requirement, and the critical flow appeared near the throat section. The maximum water head loss of the trapezoidal cutthroat flume was less than 9% of the total head, compared to the rectangular cutthroat flume,and head loss of trapezoidal cutthroat flume was significantly less. Regression models developed for upstream depth versus discharge under different working conditions were satisfactory, with a relative error of less than 2.06%, which meets the common requirements of flow measurement in irrigation areas. | 12 | Circular RNA SMARCA5 suppressed non-small cell lung cancer progression by regulating miR-670-5p/RBM24 axis显示文摘Circular RNAs(circRNAs)have good stability and long half-life in blood and other body fluid,and possess regulatory effects on various biological processes as miRNA/RNA-binding protein sponges,or by competing endogenous RNA,indicating their great potential as biomarkers or targets of cancer therapy.In this study,we mainly explored the role and mechanism of circular RNA SMARCA5(circsSMARCA5)in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Quantitative RT-PCR was applied to measure the expression levels of genes,and then,the relationships among circsSMARCA5,microRNA-670-5p(miR-670-5p),and RBM24 were further analyzed.Animal and cell experiments were performed to explore the functions of circsSMARCA5 in NSCLC cells.The results showed that circsSMARCA5 was expressed at low level in NSCLC tissues and cells,while miR-670-5p had high level in NSCLC tissues.Dual luciferase reporter assay verified that miR-670-5p was the target of circsSMARCA5,and RBM24 has the binding site of miR-670-5p.Further analysis showed that circsSMARCA5 could negatively regulate miR-670-5p and had positive relationship with RBM24.Moreover,circsSMARCA5 obviously inhibited tumor growth in vivo,reduced cell proliferation and increased cell apoptosis in vitro,while miR-670-5p mimic or RBM24 knockdown could reverse these effects.Thus,circsSMARCA5 may serve as an NSCLC suppressor by regulating the miR-670-5p/RBM24 axis,and it may have the potential to be a biomarker or therapeutic target for NSCLC. | Danjie Zhang Yuefeng Ma Zhenchuan Ma Shiyuan Liu Liangzhang Sun Jianzhong Li Feng Zhao Yu Li Jin Zhang Shaomin Li Jiantao Jiang | 2020 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,10: | 1 |

| 20 | Methylation of the PCDH8 (Protocadherin-8) gene in gastric cancer显示文摘Objective: To investigate the methylation status of the PCDH8 (Protocadherin-8) gene in gastric cancer tissues and find out the relationship between methylation status of the PCDH8 and clinicopathological features in gastric cancer patients. Methods: We first investigated the methylation status of the PCDH8 (Protocadherin-8) gene in 65 gastric cancer and detected aberrant promoter methylation in gastric cancers; and then analyzed he relationship between methylation status of the PCDH8 and clinicopathological status with SPSS 13.0 software. Results: We first investigated the methylation status of the PCDH8 (Protocadherin-8) gene in 65 gastric cancer and detected aberrant promoter methylation in 36 of 65 (55.4%) gastric cancers. There was no significant difference in the distribution of patients with methylation or unmethylation of PCDH8 in terms of age, sex, tumor size, distant metastasis, or TNM stage. Methylation of PCDH8 was significantly correlated to negative pathological lymph node metastasis (P=0.038) and tumor differentiation (P=0.01). These two factors were proved to be of prognostic importance. Conclusion: Methylated PCDH8 seems to have a trend for worse prognosis in gastric cancer.
